Had a lovely walk to this special wee cached area. Alas as rest have said nought to be found in any area strokable or not. Cache needs replacing. Cute little sculpture though. Relief 1@
I gave this a good look but no joy. Thought this would be worth a check by owner since several DNFs . nice artwork. ;D
Nope. Here with juju_nz and no luck. She is more of a dog person anyway. Saw Shane Cameron at the food court too, he frequents the sushi place there, so they say.
A great piece of artwork, thanks for bringing us here. Unfortuately could not find the cache. We had to stop after a short while due to too many muggles around. Will come back at another time when there are fewer muggles.
Going to have to add my DNF to the list. Hope that's not over enthusiastic cacher efforts causing damage to the sculpture.
Stroked both cats everywhere, even where it didn't fit the description or hint. Neither of them purred.
Fascinating spot but I think the nano has 'left the building'. Looked at both the cats.
missed it the first day I tried due to too many muggles but with a 5 am start had the place to myself what a great pice of art work worth a favourt
One of over 100 caches found while here for the NZ Mega. I apologise for the generic logs, but with limited internet access it's the only way to catch up! Many thanks to all the NZ cachers for such quality caches in great locations, I'm enjoying the journey you're taking me on!
Nice find while kids played bball nearby had to investigate both cats to be sure and being a Cat myself I did spend some time searching for the Dragon but never located the Corrugated kind

Such a cute hide ! Silly GPS made me drive in circles round the carpark ! ....or maybe it was Ric !
After failing in our Onepoto Observations, we came to Northcote for some rather overdue lunch. After lunch we noticed this nearby cache and came to find it. Looked at the wrong cat to start with, but soon found the right one. Had to linger for a muggle-free time, but spotted the cache with a sideways glance while we waited, allowing a quick grab.
After going over almost every possible hiding place, must have missed it the first time....another sweep had the cache, tftc
Find of the day.
Took a lot of work to find it - with all four of us having a thorough look all over the ache site.
Got muggled by YuGeo4. Had a good chat, signed the log, then headed off on our way.

11258... Quick find after some yummy lunch at Love a Duck. Caught team KiwifruitsNZ and parents petting the Corrugated Cat. Nicely hidden cache soon located and retrieved. Always nice to catch up with KFNZ. TFTC.
I located the contsiner however it is out of reach to retrieve. Next person may need a tool
Found it after searching in tge wrong place (were my cat likes to be scratched ) TFTC
Checked the wrong place first-then realised they like to be scratched somewhere else.Great pieces of art-thanks for bringing us to see them.
We did a quick find here and no one around - perfect.
We found another cat and two giraffes just round the corner. Lovely artwork, thanks for bringing us here.

Over the bridge for a spot of caching this evening. Initially walked past the cat without noticing it. Made a nice quick find here after waiting out some passing Muggles. Rubber ring has had it. Starting to rain now - home time! Cheers for hide!
Out early this morning trying to beat the locals to the shops, except I wasn't going there but to the jungle with the wild cats nearby.
Took a couple of minutes to locate under which bit of fur it was.
Cheers for the cache.

Hahahaha, had we looked at the cache page pic it would have saved us about 20 minutes of DNF drama... that is until we discovered another cat on the wall around the corner.....
Poor tiger got well and truly molested.......

Nice quick find, we own cats. Couldn't resist using all the exercise equipment nearby. TFTC
Had a bit of time to fill in between dropping off and picking up children so swung by here for lunch and of course the cache. We are a real cat family and know exactly where they like to be tickled so the cache was in the first place we looked. Thanks for another excuse to stop and love the artwork.
Had to be discrete when looking for this one, as a lot of muggles are constantly walking through here. Found the cache after a few aborted tries. Now for the hard bit, extracting the log and worse still, getting it back into the container. My fingers are not used to working with fiddly nano's (Grrr darn nano's)
Park had plenty of muggles as we arrived, but they seemed to disappear after we got out of the car. A nice walk to GZ, a bit of a look and then the find. TFTC.
This was our second attempt for the one as there were plenty of muggles around on our last trip. This time there was only a couple of kids shooting the hoop nearby. Once at GZ we made a quick search of the object and soon found cache. On our journey home while driving though the local streets we were stopped by a policeman to check on our alcohol levels. This was 2:30 in the afternoon!!! TFTC.
Grabbed this one on way to the gym. Nice hide and not quite what I expected. Had to wait for some layabout muggles to vamoose before I could stalk this tabby. TFTC.
Quickly nabbed it this visit, 1st visit a few hours before was thwarted by about 100 asians practicing Tai Chi and facing the GZ.

Tried again today and reached a little further and there it was. Cool cat, looks a bit like our Charlie cat. SL. TFTC.
Didn't need to fill the calendar today, but thought it would be nice to keep the days in row tally going. Alas not to be. After 3 previous that couldn't get near for weather and muggle reasons, thought I'd give this one a go. Search every nook and cranny of the marvellous cat, but nothing there. Wondering if its still there.... as there's only been the FTF on it.
My first FTF for a very long time . Got a text from Geomatt123, picked up the umbrella and the GPS and off I went. Only problem, I forgot the tweezers... so I struggled a little bit to extract the log [:o)] I probably searched all the gaps before checking the right one... Shows how good I am with cats... TFTC
