Another DNF today while caching around in the area...and having went through all the places to hide a cache within the vicinity of GZ, I decided to move on.

18-Dec-12
Our first cache for the day was not found-- looked everywhere in various rock wall knooks and crannies with no luck -- with all vandalism by youths in this area over the years wouldn't be surprised if it was found & taken...

15-Dec-12
Had just found the nearby puzzle cache and decided to give this one a go. We checked every nook and cranny (or as we thought) but a DNF for us. There's always a next time.

My GPSr wanted me beyond the wall, but the hint said otherwise. Eventually it was revealed by my torch light. A very clever use of an unusual container, thanks again ALL7.

This was one of twenty four finds today on what turned out to be a very pleasant day. Fifteen finds in he Wyee-Wyong area and then nine near Rouse Hill. Thanks to all concerned for the hides.

Came down to Central Coast to pick up some new caches today. Arrived to find council workers sweeping up sticks and leaves right near GZ. There was no way we could do this unobserved, although we did a walk by just to suss out the area. Will have to come back as the work muggles seemd in no hurry to sweep up these courts.

We spent some time here and even wandered over to a nearby area which had the biggest mudhole I have ever been in, completely over my shoes. Another thorough search gave us no joy, and then DOC-WHO arrived. Unfortunately I looked up so fast I banged my forehead, which now has a really big lump. DOC-WHO was more adventurous than us and soon found the cache so we all logged and had another chat. Always good to meet a fellow cacher, in fact we must have just missed Colleda today. Thanks again to ALL7, another good hide.

We parked near this one in the dark, stuck our head out the window and upon seeing the likely GZ said "Oh NO".
We always seem to have trouble making the find with these hides. Never the less the hunt was on. We didnt come prepared for a hunt in the dark but the daylight was gone. As expected it took a while to find but we did eventualy and had fun doing it Smile. TFTC.
