A nice easy find on a warm day walking around Williamstown. Took 2 of the trackables and left a new trackable and a nice girly swag. TFTC
A quick spot of caching in the W'town area, on our last day in beautiful Melbourne.
This was the first of our finds on a warm, sunny, summer's day.
Straightforward find; cache in order, log signed, safely re-hidden, just as found.
Dropped some travellers in to enjoy the sea view.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

Out for a bike ride on a cold windy day with some friends. Was hoping for a quick find but no luck.
Friday fun one. Finished work and decided to head out with the Geofamily to tidy up a little more of the Williamstown precinct glad to finally put a smiley face on this cache.

This was day 8 of our trip to the southern parts of our country being Victoria and Tasmania. We decided to pick up a few caches around Williamstown while we explored some parts of the area. This was quickly and easily found as there were no muggles around to hinder the search. After the log had been signed the cache was replaced as found. TFTC.
This cache is in a great spot in Williamstown. The cache was an easy find a bit exposed still in good condition. Covered it better than I found it. TFTC

Today is my last day in Melbourne and Australian. I took the train to Spotswood and went to the coast to Seaholme.
Unfortunately it was very windy.
After a while, I could find the cache.

Found it during a small trip around Williamstown. Nice place. Thank you very much for nice earthcache
Out and about looking for caches around Altona. The GPSr wouldn't settle here so walked back and forth until the cache was spotted virtually out in the open. Signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache °
Thanks for the cache °
Up from Geelong for the afternoon to collect some more smiley face and convert some green boxes, a yellow and a couple of EarthCaches too.
After our adventure out to Skeleton's mouth, we figured we'd grab an extra cache or two as we were here and this also was close by.
Thanks ° for the cache and smiley face
Log signed and cache replaced as found

TFTC. In the area collecting information for Earthcache day and this one was close by. Nice easy find on a sunny day. I usually whizz by this area on the bike, walking was a pleasant change.
Today I was determined to make the final push to complete the final batch of mystery caches to fulfill the qualification for the Mystery Cache Monthly Challenge. After that I decided that I would slow the pace down and just grab a few more that happened along my path.
I put the bike on the car and headed off to the Newport/Williamstown area for a ride on a col and windy day.
A quick find. TFTC.

Nice find today! Good hiding spot as well! So use to this place but who knew what was hiding! TFTC!
Out tonight with the bike after working in the city today. Thought I would take the opportunity to tackle the other side of the city. Tftc
Liked the location for this one and I thought the theme was really cute too! Tftc

We were almost not going to venture out on a geocaching day today with the kiddies as the weather looked nasty but we couldn't resist the chance of exploring some more around this area. With the nearby event happening, we couldn't resist another close by. The idea of this location stop was to collect a few hides and obtain the information for the Earth Cache within this area. Found this one quickly once at location. Stamped and replaced as found.
[blue]Thanks for this trad cache hide, º [^]
Log and container in good condition.

Find #1505 logged at GZ at 6:45pm, will update shortly.... T4TC º!
A very enjoyable late afternoon walk in this area in cool sunshine. Collected a cluster of caches including this one.
I was only carrying my smartphone, and it was all over the place. Then when I was about 30 metres from GZ, it ran out of power.
I remembered the hint and looked in a couple of places that seemed to be appropriate. Nothing. After about six minutes, I decided to give up. I was walking away, then turned around to see the descending sun. But I had to look down when I realised it was still too bright. Wait, what's that on the ground?
So a lucky find for sure!
Thanks for a simple hide that didn't require trekking gear to approach.

I always approach an º cache with a degree of trepidation. After all, this CO is famous for his caches that involve specialist equipment, if not a safety harness
That said, I was presently surprised by this one, a straight forward traditional cache ! I had a wonderful breakfast on the beach at a nearby cafe and a pleasant stroll along the waterfront and wetlands here. Being such a nice day, there were a few muggles along the track but it wasn't too hard to grad the prize. I can see it being rather more difficult on a busy weekend or holiday though. I can also see why Maggie loves this area.

'Twas an afternoon caching run in Williamstown for manzie and I on a lovely summer's day
Stealth was required for this one, as there were lots of muggles out enjoying the sunshine, and there was someone sitting right near GZ. Thankfully she didn't stay for long and my search could begin. It was a short search, as cache was partially exposed. I signed log and returned cache to its hiding spot, hopefully with better camouflage. TFTC!

Took a muggle friend out to show her the game and she found it before me.

Sorry for my delayed log, it has been in suspend in the old app which is soon retiring so have to get rid of all my old unlogged finds.

Went for a stroll with Jac7 and found this one easily. Then we walked around to the other beach nearby and saw all the people enjoying the sunny day. Left 5 cents, took The Traveling Bronco TB (#TB5NEJ7)

During my work and travel year in Australia I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge. Having a moving home zone should make this definitely way easier.
I visited this area some more times and every time I only searched for one or two caches, always having the challenge in mind. Most times I started the hunt late in the eventing, so I could get at least two boxes around midnight.
This night it had been Bill's bones and Maggie, which both could have been found fast and easy.
The answers for the earthcache the Jawbone also were no problem.
TFTC and greetings from Germany

What do you do when you have an unexpected day off and just recently bought a car??? You go GEOCACHING!!
It was a lovely spring day- so I'm puzzled why the area was deserted. But I just thanked the Geocaching Saints, and went down the path!!!
Strange how you can have your dog, here but not there, or there, or there.
Cache was in great condition.
Thank you!

Visiting the area for work, and with a bit of time before I needed to head back to the hotel I went for a few finds. Started on the wrong track but that was quickly fixed, and as I got to GZ spotted the hide. A couple of seagulls were circling and almost swooping, by the time I had signed and replaced the whole flock had arrived and were quite indignant about my presence. I wonder if I was near a nest? I was having visions of the whole Alfred Hitchcock "The Birds" experience from decades ago and as soon as I moved away they lost interest. Interesting but I survived the attack of the killer seagulls. Thanks for the hide.
Fourteenth find of the day. Had the geofamily drop me and the bike at the head of the trail on the way to visit the in-laws at Willie, so while they lunched, I cached .
After stopping for lunch in Altona, I cached my way round the trail. As I approached this point, the cavalry called to say they were about 5 minutes away and where was I? Well, I was just about to find this cache! So, with the clock now ticking, I zipped over to GZ and fortunately had the place to myself as I made a quick find (which was just what was needed).
Then, it was back to find the hoards and a couple more finds before heading back to Geelong.
Thanks º !

Found with Ostara74. After waiting for a skateboarding muggle and for some other muggles to wonder past we were able to quickly grab the cache and sign the log. We had the cache re hidden before any other muggles could disturb us. Thanks for the cache Phillipp.
Found together with Pathfinder24 on a sunny day.
Upon rival at GZ we discovered that there was a boy sitting right by the spot we wanted to look in. More people came wandering by and so we got to enjoy the view before we in the end could retrieve the cache. The log got signed and the cache put back without any more disturbance.
Thanks for the cache, located at a nice spot.

It is school holidays and my wife headed off on a drive to Sydney with the kids to see relatives so I was free from late morning onwards and also still on work duties during the week. I sat on the couch for a little while waiting for the showers to stop but they didn't so I went out anyway. I ended up driving over to Williamstown and didn't have a drop of rain all day which is fantastic. When I arrived back home mid afternoon it was still wet...glad I didn't wait or I'd still be on the couch.
After returning from the jawbone point I headed out here before returning to my car and after a very short search I had the cache in hand in a very deserted location which was good. Signed the log and was on my way.
Thanks o for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

This was our last cache of the day. After a strong windy walk to GZ we soon made the find after looking in many places. Did leave a Compass Rose TB but it looks like someone has grabbed it already.

A quick and easy find while caching the foreshore...although the geo-girls were disappointed it wasn't as 'girly' as expected, but a find is a find, right?
A quick find while doing a geo-tour of Willy with my geo-son who's a local. Nice area and the geo-kids had fun clearing the paddock of yellow flowers.
In the area grabbing a few caches. Was suprised to find 3 TB in here so I took them all. TFTC
In the area checking a few caches and grabbing a few more, and decided to brave the cold sea breeze and look for this one. Nice quick find and my caching buddy was happy to find 3 tbs to replenish his TB hotel back in Geelong. Nice area and would be a lovely walk on a nice warm summers day. TFTC

Easy find ,agree with other caches about the damage may be it needs to be moved a bit ,lovely area for the cache.thanks.
Found after a bit of a search and tying to trample the bush as little as possible. Once I was in the right spot it was a very easy find.
Sorry °, but I ran into a problem here - my GPS was pointing to a path, and following the hint I searched for some time in the wrong area, and was very concerned about the amount of damage I did, and other searchers appear to have also done. The problem is that there are two paths, and the hide is actually fbhgu of the one that I was on, but abegu of the other one.
Perhaps move the coords south a fraction or change the hint to avoid more vegetation damage?

Back in the area with a few solved puzzles in the GPSr, I saw that this one had been quickly replaced so came back for another look. Sure enough, it was right where I had been looking the other day, so it was found quickly. TN left smiley button

This cache is SO SO SOAKED it needs a MAJOR Maintenance . Logs are un- writeable.
This cache was an easy find, however, logging it was a challenge! The paper is soaked and we are not sure if anyone would ever be able to read the log. We can send a picture we took on request!
Apart from being wet, the cache smelld like Maggies piss... please replace the log!

We really like this walk along the coast. Many exercisers, runners, cyclists enjoying the trail on this nice Father's Day. Tftc
We headed here from "The Jawbone" and as we got closer we were surprised by a group trying to sunbake on the rocks across the water, it would have only been 15°, bet they hate summer. At GZ we quite happy we did not need a four legged friend to help us find the cache. It did have a girly theme but was called Pinkies not Maggie's and also the log was VERY wet. We dried the container and did our best with the log but unfortunately it will need replacing before it turns to mush.
Many thanks ° for a cache dedicated to mans best friend.

One of 40 plus finds tonight on a big cache run with Trailrunning and Rebel Acts. We had no shortage of new caches to choose from tonight as well as some older ones we wanted to pick up along the way. The traffic at the beginning of the run slowed us down a little, as can be with city caching at this time of the evening, but once the peak hour rush had passed we made some really good time.
The weather was good for us once again, which was great as we had a couple of decent walks during the night. A nice variety of caches found with some multi's, puzzles and even a FTF to make for a great fun night of caching. Thanks to all the CO's who placed and maintain the caches we found.
Found the cache rather exposed so signed the log and rehide it much better so no passing muggles would spot it. Thanks.

A quick find thanks, just as it was getting dark. Dropped Flutey off so he is now closer to the beach and can hopefully continue visiting the beaches as requested.

Almost at the first anniversary of this hide, we made a very quick find today, but it was just a little disconcerting that the name on the cache and the log book indicated color (Pinkies) rather than canine! Recycling perhaps!

What a top spot for a cache! I had the container in hand quickly and it's in good condition. I regret that I didn't have any trinkets in my pocket to throw in as the container looks very empty. Thanks for the smiley.
