Found a spot where I thought the cache may have been but only found a pencil.

This certainly is a little park and a very cute one too! Visited with the little geogranddaughter who enjoyed having a play on the equipment while I searched.
And a very tricky hide was spotted - thankfully quite quickly as there were so few places to look. Retired to the bench to sign log, replaced back in the hidey hole and then went and had a sea-saw.

Unusual park, unusual place for cache but it was fun

Last find on a dark and stormy afternoon. Pretty much zero-ed in on this one straight away .. only a few places it could be. Loved the construction and how it went back in so snuggly ... fav awarded! TFTC.

Had nearly given up but decided to make one last effort and voila!!

End had come off and someone had gaffa taped it but was full of sand and falling of. Re did with black electrical tape.

Had to go grab this one after Menzies, as we were so close. Managed to bribe geotoddler with the promise of another playground. Another hint from dnanx and after waiting patiently for a couple of muggles to go I managed to search & find while 3yo had a play. Heaps easier to get the log from this one. You are so clever with hides! A fav from me. TFTC!!

GSAGC #640. Any easy find 2nd time around in spite of the little muggles spilling out of the nearby pre-school. Mummy, what's that big person doing all by himself in our playground? Don't look dear and get in the car quickly! TFTH.

Find #4 today!

After walking to the Police Station to hand in the lost/stolen property that I found this morning at 'Zoo Escape - Tiger', I was a bit annoyed to discover it was 'non-operational'!

Well I couldn't let the extra kilometer or two of walking go to waste so decided to pick up a few caches on the walk back!

This was the first extra one - and quite sneaky!

Had to sit and wait on the bench for a bit while a muggle opposite adjusted a sheet along a fence...

Funnily enough, I actually sussed where the hide was quite quickly, but when I eventually got up and had a look, I was pleasantly surprised! The cache was well disguised and more substantial than I anticipated, although it was a bit fiddly to remove, for which I needed to employ the use of a local item...!

Good hide, missed it the first time

Fairly quick find after eliminating a couple of possible hiding places, then feeling my way around some others. Glad there were no muggles present, as I didn't have kids with me. Great hide ... very creative and nicely worked. Definitely a fav for this one. SL. TFTH Bigbird11

Over this way with kids ran into this park looked all over the place of hints then read some posts - started raining but wasn't leaving till had found it - reread posts again and soon had the cache in hand very clever. Geodaughter was very impressed with it - loved the reuse of hiding implement! TFTH

With the help of a hint from the CO. Turns out I had my hands on the hiding spot just didn't quite find it! TFTC and the hint BigBird!

Had a good look around but bigbird has outsmarted me again! Will have to come back and try again. TFTH.

[:(!] Went for an afternoon of caching with the geowife, parked the geocar close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ and and wondering around for a couple of minutes, we finally had the cache in hand.

Been to this park three times and I have finally found this beauty! Now if I can only find that mondayitis cache...

Well this was supposed to be the first cache of the New Year but when we pulled up there was a Father and Daughter at the playground so we went around the corner and came back.

Luckily they were gone and we commenced to search. Mrs Felix has been reading the logs on this cache since it was first published the the search area was zeroed in on fairly quickly and Mr Felix retrieved the clever cache. He proceeded to study the hid and marvel at the engineering so a fave from us for sure.

probably the smallest park i have ever seen

When I parked the car next to the park I noticed the lady right across the road was sitting out the front on her porch. While waiting to see if she was going to move inside I read the cache description and previous logs which gave me a bit of info.

I decided to head into the park, and once I was at GZ I sat down on the grass, and noticed that she could not see me from here, so I had a bit of a look, and was extremely pleased to find the cache in the second place I looked!

Unfortunately this was not a sign of things to come. Thanks for the clever cache Bigbird11!

Another blank calendar day to fill in so I thought I would tackle this one. It took a little bit of searching, luckily I had the park to myself at this hour of the morning. I searched each object a couple of time before coming across the cache. The the challenge was removing it. A couple of minutes I had the cache in hand. Nice container and nice to see a log extraction tool included.

After finding a smart little Cache close by, I nipped round the corner to this park for another intriguing challenge.

Nothing evident on my first sweep, so started a more detailed look and soon came across the hide.

Another clever one and another FAV point.

Came back with grandkids which gave me chance to give the area close inspection .Very tricky hide Bigbird ,well done .

If anyone else gets busted by the cops, can you tell them the guy that was here on Thursday night eventually found it? That was my third run-in with the "boys in blue" since I started caching.

Oh damn, Must be missed Duncdonut73 at by few minutes - I arrived there after 18.30 and search with torch until 19.10pm - Must be good hidden ? ? Perfect Coordinate??

Searched high and low at GZ without success. Must be tricky because there was evidence that we weren't the first searchers. Looks to be a challenge...will come back another day!!

Three trips with three different GPSr and all lead to the same spot , searched up and down and for 10m each direction , but no sign of a cache

It's 9.30 pm and I have to give up and go home, which is unfortunate because when the police came along and I had to explain what I was doing, one of them said, "no, don't give up yet!" But I haven't had anything to eat yet and anyway my bed is calling. Luckily for me as soon as I said, "I'm a geocacher", one of the constables piped up with a full explanation of what it is and said he was surprised the others didn't know about it. One of the neighbours had complained and I explained that they would probably see a few more people coming to try for the elusive FTF, so they were going to give the complainant a call. So take extra care not to destroy anything here. Happy to have taken that chat for everyone ...
