Hi jtnsilo, I found Be Cheeky and Smile today.

A caching day in Bendigo with Posums saw us target the smilie face! I really should have read up on it more as I didn’t realise we had to walk a bit! Ha ha. We found all caches in about 3.5hours. It really is such a great series being made up of trads. Well done - not an easy feat!
After spending the week before away caching I thought that I better catch up with a few things around home over this weekend.
Sitting at Friday night my phone went bing and it was a message from Gemma Sistema, the question was asked are we still on for our 6 weekly caching catch up tomorrow.
Opps I had totally forgot about that so the response was of course and what Geovehicle do I need to bring.
A quick run around to get organised and the day was planned.
I’m just the chauffeur on these trips as always Gemma tells me where to go.
Met early in Castlemaine and headed to Bendigo for a fun day out.
After finding a few right in town now to head out to see what Gemma has planned.
No wonder she asked me to bring the Geocruiser when I noticed where we were heading.
How you set this geoart up with trads was a great feat and a lot of effort so well done to you.
Found some tracks that didn’t really appear on the satellite maps on the journey and walked in to a few as well.
A different type of bush out here compared to other places.
All caches found easily with great coords.
Thanks tigersden TFTC.

Saw this series and thought how cool, a completed caches series of smileys of a smiley!. It was nice to park and grab some, walk in the bush to some and wander around the lovely park area. We didn't see any animals though. TFTC
A full afternoon of completing the smile! A great variety of caches to find. This was a beautiful area to explore. Thanks for being us here.
Out for an afternoon drive with Bogonghazy. Finally completing this series. Thanks for placing the geocache
The sun is getting lower and the bush has taken on a lovely serenity. Thanks for getting me out here
Just while we negotiate this lockdown period and I can get out there again to do a maintenance run.
As a former member of TeamOZCAT, I am now claiming these caches under my profile as I visited this series on the 12th February, 2021. I have been waiting for the CO to re-enable them whilst I have been living in Shepparton so I may visit them and sign the log a fresh. Maybe one day I will be back there again as planned with someone special in my life. Thank you Tigersden for placing this series.
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Reg

TeamOZCAT left Albury Wodonga Thursday to cache Bendigo district, and some on route. The Smiley series was one, as well as some Adventure Lab and others. We thank all CO's for placing and maintaining their respective caches, and if there were issues, we would have messaged CO with details.
Nice little walk to this one.
Passed a big wasp nest on the way in so be careful.

Trudging along, paying attention to the possibility of snakes, I progressed through the outer ring of the smiley face. After a while I became concerned that the other people back at camp may have eaten all the nibbles, and drank the wine before my return. This caused me to put some more urgency into the hunt. Life is tough sometimes!
Thanks to tigersden and jtnsilo for this series. Cache in good condition.

Found at 12:54 PM GAFF1.
This must be the furthest that we have had to run into the bush to get a cache today - about 260 metres. However when we found the cache there were problems.
Thanks jtnsilo.

Heading south for the St. Arnaud event next month after leaving QOGM in Blackall. Day 58 of our trip. Caching along the way. A total of 23 caches for the day and 1660 for the trip. TFTC
I thought I should probability should finish off the face, so I did it.
Thanks Tigersden for the CG

This was our first find on the smiley face series today and what a day it was with the geo navara deciding it did not like some tracks earlier in the day resulting in walking to a couple of caches and then some off road driving was also required on the way back out along Plant Road as it was blocked by several fallen trees possibly as a result of lighting based on what we saw as we drove thru the area. This one was a fairly quick walk in and the baby formula tin is holding up well in its hidey hole. log was duly signed and then it was off to collect be tickled pink and smile. TFTC from the inspectorrexteam
Be cheeky and smile like most children do!
Thanks for the cache and the fun of finding them
Log signed and returned to its cubby

Found with Tassie expat. See her answers for further tips. Thanks for placing these caches, we had a terrific walk; series like this are the reason I took up geocaching.
frmen1 and I spent the morning wandering around the forest in foot. Easy walking mainly. The lid has disintergrated. Tin placed upside down as was found to keep log dry. Needs to be looked at by CO. TFTC
Tftc it was great being in the bush thanks to all who contributed to this happy circle

#293 It was a boring day for me, and my friend was being nice and brought me out here while I showed her the wonder of geocaching. TFTC. I really liked the smiley idea.
Revisit 2 years after original log. This time with roizub. Still an awesome series. Going for all 25 in 1 day this time. Tftc. Number 14 for today.
Oh and the pen wouldn't work because it's slightly damp so this is us...
Today we set our sights on the smiley face and managed to find them all. The geoart will look great on our map. Thanks for the time and effort in setting up this face. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the forest. Certainly lots of big spiders ad webs. TFTC
Another good find while exploring the area.
This smiley face trail of caches was a major target for me to try and find as many as possible.
Tracks in the area were ok(ish) for the drive around and walked to quite a few of them.
*Thanks for making my trip fun!*
SL - Needs a new container

Quickly found with little blue wren signed and replaced. Yes it does need a new container here we would have put one here but never had one with us. Shame if it all
gets wet. A good place for a cache, TFTC.
