OCW PelDroedGwin Staying nearby we took a walk after breakfast. Beautiful beach and a very clever hide with perfect camo.Have a FP from me, Tftc
Very clever hide. Took a while but I found it eventually. Log signed and put back. fav point awarded. TFTC
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi. Tried this cache last night but didn't find a cache. Back again tonight, and this time GPS had me in a different spot, away from my location last night. So, I restarted the search with a different mindset and looked at the hide, but not properly. Searched again and then returned to a particular spot, but this time made a more thorough search and surprise surprise, there was the cache. Signed the log and replaced as found.Do love a well engineered hide, and this fits the bill for a fave. However, where I am from, we have the nano rant, so, queue the nano rant.BNSOSBDTNFAEEWSODN.Gratias pro cache Squash2
After a bit of head scratching and wandering around aimlessly went back to the first place I looked, great camo have a fav
On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Karijini NP, Exmouth and now down the coast to Perth .After Coral Bay, Carnarvan and Monkey Mia, we headed further on the road and stopped for this one .Cool, I looked already there, but my wife found it after the second investigation .Worth a favo!TFTC# 17'338
Staying nearby this was a must do. Thought we checked everything but didnt apply enough pressure but a PAF told as to try that location again and cache was in hand and log signed .tFTC
Found at 3:26 PM GAFF1.After the previous cache was a DNF we needed a good quick find to re-build our confidence and even though this is an absolutely cracker of a cache hide, p-pprass found it in the second place that he tried [^] Confidence re-built thank you very much Thanks to Squash2
Driving into Geraldton we spotted some great bike paths and after checking into our accommodation we went for a ride. The cache was elusive.. we rechecked places we'd already rechecked but still no cache. It was then we realised where it must be. Should have done it sooner.. the cache was found quickly after that. Clever hide! TFTC Squash2.
Made our way up the turquoise coast to Gero from Perth on a caching trip for a few days. Rain has been heavy and relentless but we are still making progress and today was a good day with limited rain. Your cheeky Cache was found, we signed log and replaced as found. TftcMM
Hi there Squash2. We're here in Geraldton for several months house/dog sitting while the owners are away holidaying. We found this cache today at about 10:59:00 AM. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to Squash2 for this cache - our find 10802 and the 1st of 2 finds for the day.FieldNotes: The cache and log were both found in good condition. The owner of this cache deserves a FavPt for the work put into it, but I can't give him/her one, so I'll give it to the cache instead.
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything, I have no idea where it should be?
Second visit and finally found it. Picked off a couple this end of town and ran into the cache owners! A lovely couple with some quiet clever hides. Thanks again guys! Was a great hide
Good hide! Beautiful beach this one. Beautiful warm morning. Was talking to a couple just before I found the cache and they were telling me how cold it was. They obviously aren't from southern Victoria! TFTC
On an overnight trip with geo friends to Geraldton for some sightseeing and picking up a few caches along the route.
Thought we would swing by here and see if this cache was obtainable, but unfortunately, it is still closed off.
Thanks Squash2 for placing.

Heading north on a road trip with richlink enjoying the locations we visit and grabbing some caches along the way.
The area was behind a construction fence, and we didn't have time to find another way around. Hopefully, we will have time to return before we leave Geraldton. Thanks Squash2.

Yep - brilliant sunsets along this strip. This was a night search so a tad tricky. Glad we detoured this way and stayed a few days. Have travelled WEST from home base 3500 km away and that includes altitude as well so enjoying the landscape and habitat changes of this BIG country. TFTC and the lure
Today we went with the e-bikes on the Fun in the Jungle - round. We couldn't find all the caches, but that's not bad. We also found one or the other cache on the way.
Many thanks to the owners for setting the caches !
On the way back. a great hide.

Surprisingly quick find. I’d put it off for fear I’d be looking for hours over many attempts. Great work.

A quick find here this afternoon, caching solo whilst Deefa71 takes a nap. Tftc
Caching in the Greater Geraldton area today. Our intention for the day was to attack some power trails and do map cleanup around town.
Had to do a PAF. Turned out we were on the right track, but just needed a bit more muscle! Excellent cache, have a favourite point. Cheers Squash2!

Day 3 of the road trip with the boys C10,B12,L1.77 - lots of laughs and perhaps a little therapy will be needed after this trip. But one thing is for sure - I am determined to get a few more yellows on the map on my final full day here in Gero. Many thanks to the COs for the mix of caches. Sorry for the genetic log
This was very clever and worthy of a fav point. Thanks squash2 - you have some awesome ideas!

Enjoying a long, hot, weekend up in Geraldton Picking up a few caches while here, and even better converting a few previous DNFs into smileys This was one that I stopped off at today. There was no-one around at all, likely owing to the midday heat and something about only mad dogs and geocachers... Not many places to look once at GZ but still surprised myself when I made a very fast find. Very nice camo here - have a fave point. All ok today, thanks for bringing me to this spot. TFTC
A very sneaky hide that took a bit of searching to find. Great camo on this one TFTC
Came back with reinforcements. Great camo & construction. Well worth a favourite.
As a bonus we met the CO, what a gentleman! TFTC Squash2

Found it. TFTC Squash2. Came here as part of the reinforcement crew with PP2. Made a joint find with this interesting design. Also meetup with the CO here. Really nice guy (like me) Replaced as found. A fav from me. Well done.
The problem of this caches (Sunset Beach) new location being too close to another cache (Surfers Domain) has been resolved.
The Co (Gabs1963) of Surfers Domain has kindly agreed to archive her cache which had also been affected by the seemingly ongoing council works. This has resulted in the Sunset Beach cache now being within the location distance guidelines.
Thanks Gabs, owe you one.

Replacement cache is complete and will be slightly relocated in next two days. Thanks
Unfortunately the council has ripped into this area without any warning. Cache and GZ has been destroyed so will wait until they finish.
Staying at the caravan park and popped out after a rainstorm to find this cache ... only took a few minutes and I found it! TFTC
No joy. Thought the comment to keep off the dunes was a massive clue, but alas no.
A fave. Excellent camo only chanced on it by luck. Sneaky and we'll constructed. Tftc
Even though there is still work going on at the north end of the reserve it does not interfere with searching for this cache.

The trip through the North West of Western Australia continues. Seeing fantastic sights, brilliant views and many wonders. But also managing to grab a cache or two along the way.
Thanks to all the CO for placing the caches.

Appears Council workers? have been around the place again. Unfortunately will have to wait until things settle down.
Had a good look around both sides of the path. Found a post with two empty holes, but no cache.

Day twenty of our 'loop tour'. Geo-hubby headed down the path to find this one. Thanks Squash2
This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 9911. We found this as part of our 2018 Round Australia trip.
As we were staying at the nearby park we had to try this one. It was a bit of a tough hide and I'd initially DNF'd this one but thought I'd give it one last try. I expanded my search and made the find. I found the coords a bit out.
Thanks Squash2 for the cache.

Found on Xmas day while staying in a cabin looking across to cache haven’t been caching in months, great to see I haven’t lost my caching sixth sense! Tftc, great hide!
Found at 3:41:00 PM. Staying at the nearby caravan park so it was only a short stroll to GZ. We drew a blank at first but when we expanded our search area the sneaky cache was soon in hand. Favourite point.
Thanks Squash2.
Thanks Squash2.
I almost didn’t see that there is a cache just outside our campground. But before we left there was plenty of time to look for it. And this one was really so sneaky! Nevertheless my husband quickly found it – although the coordinates were off about 6m! Thanks for this cahe.
We were staying with muggle friends at Nanson and they wanted to know a bit more about Geocaching so we joined forces with ProspectorsWA and headed out for a days caching.
We weren't that surprised that the car park was empty when we arrived here as we think the wind was blowing straight off the south pole and it was one of those lazy winds that would rather go through you than around you.
The well hidden cache took a little while to locate, ProspectorsWA came up with the goods and we happily added our initials to the log.
We were just discussing whether when we should wander down to the beach to see if there was any one brave enough to be out today when the rain came down so our minds were made up and it was back to the car for us.
Thanks Squash2 for the cache.
