I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Helbren, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

This shouldn't be this hard, plenty of magnetic options but no cache anywhere, made sure to stay on the path as logs say don't have to enter property but still nothing
Easy find but neighbours was watching us like a hawk so took some time to recover.
An early evening park and grab in this location. My wife was visiting a friend so I took the opportunity to grab a few cache in this area.
Nice quick find but took a while to retrieve because neighbour was watering grass. TFTC
Perfect at GZ for me. Your hint and the find reminded me of my favourite LRB song. SLTFTC.
The GPS was jumping all over the place but I found the cache after it settled. Signed and replaced safely. Tftc
Having recently moved to the local area, I had an appointment as a patient here... Luckily the cache was found quickly as the patience was needed for the wait inside. Thanks for the hide Helbren.
Despite the potential for rain today, I decided to head out in search of a few caches. it was an enjoyable day of caching despite the intermittent showers, with some good quality finds in between. however, as the day wore on, the rain set in and became more and more steady, the decision was made to finally call an end to the day and head back home. All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise stated.

I think I may have tried for this one a few years ago but without any success. Today was much better with the cache spotted even though it was no longer attached as indicated in the hint.
Put it back in the right spot

It’s Wednesday , Kapelula and I are kid free so why not hit the streets geocaching or more specific hunting ducks and maybe a few other caches in between.
Quick find here.
Quick find here.
Having not been found for nearly a year I was dubious if this cache would still be in place. None the less, took a quick search and there it was! Signed and returned quickly with out drawing any attention. TFTC
Needed to pop down to the Dept of BCA in Kensington to collect a book so took the opportunity to pick up a few stray caches in the area. The car temp reading was 42 this afternoon so was keen to limit the caches to mainly drive-bys / short walks! Not sure if the surgery was closed today but there was no-one around at all? Wasn't complaining as it meant I could park up right by GZ and make a very quick find without any trouble at all If only that was always the case, lol. All ok here, no problems today - TFTC
After visiting a nearby dentist and depleting my bank account, I thought I’d better do something that is free!
Thank you geocaching!
Thank you geocaching!
Today we ride with our bicycles arround Perth.
It was not too busy and so we had time to search.
We are able to find the container after a while.
Thank you and greetings from Germany

Was in the area for an appointment so parked nearby and had a good search for the cache. Couldn't find it for the life of me so wandered off to my appointment. Had another look when I returned to the car, and sure enough found it after a minute of searching. Shows that a break and fresh eyes makes a difference.
Thanks for the cache

Day off today, so headed out for a cache or two. And maybe some lunch.Tftc. sl tnln.
It wasn't a matter of patience today, it was a matter of simply looking from the right angle. I took a step back!
After a very, very long day at work I was dropping my mum off in South Perth to have drinks with friends (oh, how I wish it was me having a cold one...). Nabbed a few caches while in the area.
This was a quick pitstop, the first of the evening. the Doctor's Surgery is currently closed (permanently), however, according to the development advertisement posted by the City of South Perth, the site will soon become a three storey development with medical practice. So, this cache is likely to be removed in the imminent future as the demolition and clearing of the site begins - heads up!
Cheers Helbren!

Find 10 of 13 on a nice 20km ride around South Perth with our geoson as a very special guest. With 8 weeks of school holidays ahead of him, this was a good way of getting him outside for a bit.
Crazy cachers reporting for duty. Quick find here.

It's been a long time since we last tried to find this cache. This time it was a quick find. Coordinates were very good. It's not on the power box so don't post with that.
Our son had an appointment at the Uni this morning. What better way to fill in a morning than to grab some of the smileys on offer in the area, cheers and TFTC.
G’day there Helbren, I was in this area today and found your cache Patience GC3R2ZN. I added my name to the log book at 8:44 am on 28 April 2018. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

Out and about on another smiley hunt with Neva2old, happy to say we came up trumps here TFTC
Fortunately this wasn’t as busy as the one I had to abandon earlier. Just managed to grab my daily dose to keep away from the doctor just before the staff started arriving. Might need a doctors note to explain to my team why I’m later than usual though. I’m sure they have always thought I’m mad!
All is good here Helbren. Nice that the cache is easy to access and in an area that things can be done without creating too much attention.
Thanks Helbren for the cache. It was found in Good Condition
This find brings my total number of Finds to 3578.

Despite the peak hour traffic I felt I had all the time in the world and no one wanted to come down this street. Easy find. Tftc
Today we were out to grab a few geocache finds nearby consisting of 1 mystery cache and 3 tradition caches.
We arrived at GZ with us looking all over the meter box but then read the hint and Geo-Kid No.2 found the cache quite quickly!
TFTC!
That brings us to 227 finds now!
Cheers,

DNFed this one over 3 years ago. Quick find this morning on a SoR cache run. TFTC
After visiting the Sir Mitchell Partk I deciced to catch some crabs. This was the first one. Still in good condition. TFTC
I am in Perth to participate in the 2016 World Master Athletics Championships all the way from South Africa and I am flying back late this afternoon as we had our last event yesterday and I am proud to announce that I was lucky enough to win a bronze medal. This means I have the whole the morning to do a bit of traveling and caching.
Manage to find the cache quickly. The cache is still in a good condition. Thank you for placing this cache!!

Had to drive past early this morning and decided to give this cache, which had proved illusive years ago, another go. Had the PF2 on board and the younger set of eyes spotted it but only after a good 10 minute search. Seemed like an hour in this exposed location. Glad to rid the map of this green eyesore. TFTC, Helbren.
Nice quick grab here after dropping the MIL off nearby. Thankfully a quick park and grab. I don't know how many times I have to reload the better half's car with heaps of pens, but they always go walkabouts...luckily there was a pencil in the cache.
TFTC Helbren.
Helbren, I found your cache Patience on 30/06/2016 at 11:49 AM.

My 4th WA find. I just flew in from Melbourne today. I brought my torch so have been doing a spot of night caching. A quick find here. Thankfully not a nano. Tftc
Out caching this afternoon with Lazarus_68, passed nearby so we stopped and found the cache. Quickly located with a hint from Lazarus. many thanks Helbren for the cache.
Didn't take long to find this one on a nice rainy Anzac day. Signed log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache.
Found on my way to work on a sunny autumn morning. The find was made much simpler by having the co locate the container for me! Nice to meet you this morning, Helbren. Very impressed by your geomobile!

Needed a bit of a hint from the CO to find this one. It really is obvious once you see it - this second visit to GZ, geoson had it in hand before I'd even got out of the car! TFTC
Having met the CO an hour later, it is apparent that we were not thorough enough!
This one took a bit, but just as we were going to leave it was spotted out of the corner of my eye. TFTC.
Found it with BissraFranky on one-year anniversary of geocaching. Nice and easy found. TFTC Helbren
The six of us looked like a pack of dorks looking for this. Staring us right in the face for a good 30mins hahahaha.
