After a 23hr flight from London nothing better than a long walk and some caching. Can easily see where this should have been but as previous reports there nothing here.
Had some time to look after a job nearby but couldn't find it, found the perfect spot but nothing there unfortunately
Pretty sure it's gone. Found a perfect little nook but nothing inside. Broadened the search to no avail. Had reviewed pictures from previous finders and we were definitely looking in the right spot.
Suggest CO check this one, as there have been a string of DNF's. My search was reasonably thorough.
Add me to the list of DNF's. This was the last attempted before meeting CotE at the Australia Museum, with the string of DNF's, I left it to see if I had time. I will log a "Needs Maintenance" also, so that the CO is notified of its likely muggling.
Had a look around this morning. Nice and quiet. But couldn't see cache. Went to the logs and saw it hasn't been found in ages. Perhaps it's missing! Who knows.
Pretty sure I found GZ, but the concealment is not in place and no sign of cache.
After a very long wait for an opportunity to strike, I found what I assume to be the hiding spot, but no cache. Either I should've sat around longer, or it's missing.
I'll try again once it's presence has been re established.
I'll try again once it's presence has been re established.
Definitely found GZ but unfortunately no cache please replace soon so I can retrieve before I leave!! Thanks
Tagging along with MDSearcher and Stevebu37. Found this on the evening of our first day in Sydney. TFTC
Went to explore the park near our hotel in the evening and managed to find this one quickly. Not many muggles out at the time. Nice hide. TFTC.
Yeah stealth was needed but not soo much. Found the crisp clean replacement. Thanks! TFTC

Well, didn't find the cache actually, but I did spot its hiding place. I put in a replacement since I had one in hand. TFTH!
Was here for a while, couldn't get this one out!! Good luck to the next people
If it is at the bottom of the stairs beside the last stair the hole was open and nothing inside....

Our first full day in Australia! A walk about tour of Sydney following the GPSr through Hyde Park and the Botanical Gardens. We then passed the swimming pool and military harbour on a walk up to Mrs Macquarie's Chair (where we stopped for coffee and panoramic views over the harbour). Then onwards to Circular Quay and the Opera House. After a much needed ice cream we went to Barangaroo, and Darling Harbour. Eventually we made it back to the hotel. Having walked 14 miles we earnt our luxury dinner - an amazing meal at Moon Park Korean Restaurant with my Cousin, Roger. What a fantastic day! http://izziewhizzie.blogspot.co.uk/search?updated-min=2016-01-01T00:00:00Z&updated-max=2017-01-01T00:00:00Z&max-results=1 [/blue]

I was at a workshop and during lunchtime I took the opportunity to grab a couple of caches. It was a quick find. TNLN. TFTC.
This was way too easy. I've put it back as I found it, but not sure it's where it should be, maybe the CO could check.

Finally I got my very own account. Now I log all the caches, I found together with Mutex over the last while. In his profile (https://goo.gl/hcB2ug) you can see his confirmation, that we search and find together.
I hope, this it's ok for all the owners. If there are any questions, feel free to contact any of us.
Cheers and TFTC

At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. Most of the first two years I'll spend in Australia and I will try to collect a lot of boxes and all the special things in every state all around and through the middle.
Today we spent a day in the city, doing some touristing and, of course, getting a couple of boxes and most of the old virtuals.
Third of the day and a quick and easy find. Some muggles around, but after not even half a minute there was a moment alone.
TFTC and greetings from Germany

A great walk through the park with geotoddler and muggle husband. Quick dash to the side to look for the cache. Quick find, great hide. Having a big backpack helps to cover my activity;)

Today I went by train from Normanhurst to Town Hall. From there I went to the Australia Museum, but before I visited this museum; I sought this cache. After a short seek; I could find it.

After a great geocaching holiday in NZ it was time for us (=tanjuli + husband, vipema, Veke68 & Katsukka = TVVK-FIN in the logbooks) to head home. Luckily, again, we had a long enough layover in Sydney and made it to town to log a couple of quick caches.

Long time dream came true and we could visit New Zealand and Australia. NZ Mega was our maingoal and we had time to find others too. We travelled together with Veke68, Katsukka and tanjuli (+husband) and had great time. We used TVVK Fin (that is tanjuli, vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka) in mostly logbooks to save space.
Thanks for the cache.

As I waited to cross the street at the lights opposite GZ I surveyed the location and spotted what looked like a possible hide from a distance. Once reaching the bottom of the stairs I checked the place I'd spied and it turned out to be spot on.
Took the cache up the stairs past the interesting drinking fountain to a nearby seat to do the signing duties. On returning to GZ it was easy to replace the cache as there was no one around. Sunday afternoon is a great time the cache.
I collected a TB from the cache and have logged it but it was not listed as being in the cache. The 2 listed TB's were not there. Visited 3 other TB's.

There was certainly super stealth needed for this one. Helped by a fellow cacher who spotted the hiding spot with a quick find and me retrieving it. TFTC.
Mega trip to NZ with vipema, Veke68 and Katsukka. We had stopover in Sydney and time for some local caches. It is easy to be stealthy with group of six! Signed as TVVFIN. Thanks for the cache.

First geocache find in the city of Sydney. This one was close to my accomodation and a size large enough to hold trackables where two were dropped. tftc
We searched and searched but there was only a few muglers to be seen.
However the cache was quickly found.
Found it together whit mstauersboel.

One of the pitfalls of urban caches is that you often end up scrabbling on your knees looking for it, which is impossible when there's any people around. To me, a good urban cache is one that's immediately obvious when you know what you're looking for, and gives you the opportunity to make a sneaky sign, even when there are people passing through. This is obviously one of those caches - a surprisingly opportunistic hiding spot, pretty clear hide just by looking, and a convenient spot to obscure the long signing while pretending to make a phone call. Fun diversion for a lunchtime, thanks for placing it!
Found with the Mercury Prawnheads. Needed extra super sleuthiness with the Friends booth and road workers nearby.
Found an empty container just openly lying around and nothing else. We left a new paper as log and signed it. Hided it where er thought it should have been. Cache should be checked I guess. TFTC and greetings from Switzerland
Location may not be correct. Had to grub around the stairs before finding the cache. Not where the GPS pointed.
Tried this one ages ago with no luck.
Success this time, though the GPS was still pointing us 'there', and we found it 'here'.

Up in Sydney for the ACEL (Australian College of Educational Leaders Conference). Couldn't leave this fantastic city until I had found at least one cache. After a heavy day at the conference we needed a walk. After some rummaging around came up with this little treasure. As it is my first find in Sydney, you are a favourite!!! TFTC
Well the title of this cache is certainly accurate! We did have to wait out the muggles but finally prevailed and were able to grab the prize. Thanks for the smiley!
