Muggled again, bugger!!

21-Jan-14
Not so easy. We didn't find it. We found what the hint refers to, but that did not reveal the cache.

19-Jan-14
GC3RTAN That was easy!

Cache has been muggled. Contents were found around Ground Zero but no container.

Caching buddies: JordsAU and Morry9

After the event, "OnyaBike," the 3 of us went to find this cache before getting back in to the car. Following the compass needle, we knew where to look. Then looked in other likely places. Unfortunately the cache seems to be muggled, coz we found a laminated card saying, "(Somebody) had found the cache."

Memorable moment: Trying to catch my breath, after the uphill hike, at GZ.

Grub.... dropped by this one during a mtb ride with the Havoc gang and couldnt find it. Might need some attention. Missed at todays event. I suspect youre of travelling again.

12-Jan-14
Couldn't find it, and got bitten by an ant Sad

01-Jan-14
In an obvious spot, accurate coords.

20-Dec-13
Coords jumping around. Lucky geodad was on the job, quick find

15-Dec-13
Definitely an accurate name as cache was sitting out in the open. Though it’s meant to be easy, the D/T rating suggested a little camo (ie placed behind the small rock rather than in front of it) was at least called for.

07-Dec-13
Nice and easy. I guess the name should of given that away haha.

11-Nov-13
So cool #thatwaseasy ! Great starter find

We decided a bit of a walk was in order, and the Fernleigh Track was perfect so we headed there and passed this one along the way. As the name suggests "That was easy".
Thanks Grub Fred.

Seen clue from 10 meteres away! Tftc

Found at 12:14 PM GAFF1. Well may you say "That was easy" 'cause nothing is too easy in our books [:o)]. How many times have we been stumped by a 1.0/1.0 cache that a newby with 9 finds says it was a dead cinch Red Face
Missed what the scary thing inside the cache was supposed to be - is it still there, or are we just insensitive to scary things after seeing so many really scary things on TV Wink
Thanks Grub Fred.

31-Aug-13
Warm day again Cool, last day today from 1st to 31st of august geocaching straight as first time ever... Easy to find as hide very well thanks Smile

18-Aug-13
Nice easy find, no trackables or swaps though unfortunately! TFTC.

07-Aug-13
Some mongrel muggle has stolen my "That was easy" button! Maybe I can get another one one day.

05-Aug-13
I checked a likely place to search at quite some distance from GZ, on the way there, and it was an easy find with the container, lid and log strewn about and uncovered. After logging, I did place a large amount of new camo over the cache but someone obviously knows it is there. Thanks for the hide.

25-Jul-13
Dropped back to this one to sign it! Awesome hide!

That was easy!!

19-May-13
waited a long time as family would not leave the spot, very clever! left pink ribbon

01-May-13
We were working only a couple of klm's from here today so this one was targeted as soon as we finished the job. As we approached GZ we soon spotted a familiar looking object that might house the cache. A quick look and we soon had the container in hand, as we were retrieving the log the cache told us exactly what our find was like, smart cache. Nice idea, and thanks for the cache Grub Fred.

25-Apr-13
Ha! Great cache when opened! The geokids loved it.

Beware of muggles!

23-Apr-13
Loved this!!! No travel bug!!:-(((((

Got some strange looks from muggles, but damn I love that thing! No geocoin found in it, but I placed Darth Cacher for the next long distance traveller. TFTC

By the way, where can I buy one of those "surprises"? Can you buy them at a store, or do you have to visit a place like thinkgeek.com?

25-Mar-13

21-Mar-13
Indeed it was easy, I liked the contents of the cache. Thanks.

17-Mar-13
This wasn't difficult, that's for sure! No problems finding a park or the cache. Opening the cache made me smile. Thanks Grub Fred for another top cache.

17-Mar-13
Log book was out of the container and damp. Considering the conditions looked like more rain, I relaced the damp log book in the container figuring it was better there than exposed. Any easy find considering the difficulty I'm having with Grub Fred's Fernleigh Track series! TNLN SL Thank you for the cache Grub Fred.

A nice easy find. More importantly, retrieved the first of seven Aussie Micro Geocoins that we released in Europe in 2011! Very exciting. A huge thank you to Gaztek for bringing it closer to us. Left a Geocoin. TFTC.

23-Feb-13
Oh, that was easy and it was funny too! Wow, lots of mountain bike trails here. T firefighter TB L Aussie Micro Geocoin from Austria that is almost home to the Petterson family. Please do not take the geocoin as the owners will want to pick it up from here. SLMTC Cheers... Gaztek

19-Jan-13
A high-mountain-bike-muggle area during the weekend, we spotted the likely cache spot and then waited for a gap in the traffic Smile We got a good surprise and had a laugh - the cache title was appropriate!

Nice spot, looks like the entry for a lot of good walking and biking tracks.

Thanks for the cache!

Was an easy find and after opening yes it was fun.

Thanks to Grub Fred for this very interesting cache. A favourite point from me.

01-Jan-13
Very easy indeed to find, and would be a great introduction to Geocaching!

Got a good laugh out of the cache contents, and earns a favourite point.

Great bike trails in the area. Had to wait for a few muggles parked nearby to head off before re-hiding.

Thanks for the cache!

With the caravan parked at the Morisset showgrounds we have spent most of the week caching south of town but today we decided to head back to the Newcastle area to do a few recommended caches. We were not disappointed and enjoyed finding this cache and yes that was easy and fun Big GrinBig Grin. A fav point allocated.
Nice work and thanks to Grub Fred and JMCz.

Once I got my directions sorted out, I arrived at the GZ. The exact locatio of the cache stood out to me after I had viewed the listing. However, on approach to the cache a dirt biker appeared out of the bush and started viewing the map. To avert suspicion, I quickly started reading the notice board. After a few minutes, he was bac on his bike, and I headed over, picked up the cahe and was greeted by the cache. However, I am pretty sure the log book is meant to be in the inside container, as it wasn't when I opened it up. Not thinking, I replaced where I found it.

Could the next cacher replace the log inside the small container? Thanks, I hope this is where it is meant to be.

Thanks for the cache Grub Fred.

Had to wait 35 mins whilst 3 cyclists talked and then dad and family setting up their bikes.
Found it and the surprise then had to wait about 15 mins for an opportunity to replace it.

Not a good cache to look for during school hols.

22-Sep-12
Found at 10.45am on a day around Newcastle along with No1 son. Stopped here first to check out the nearby map - then had to wait sometime for a muggle free zone and an opportunity to retrieve the cache. TFTC

Out this morning to find some of grub Gred's new caches.
And it was easy. We were told it was when we found it. Thanks Grub Fred.

31-Aug-12
We had to wait out a couple of mountain biking muggles to finish resting and continue on another lap before we were able to swoop in and grab the cache. We had never encountered a cache that speaks to us before! TFTC.

Reperio at 1600.

Finished work for the day, so decided to head over to this one today to see what I could find. As mentioned in my previous note below, I arrived here the day it was published, but as it had been found, I left finding it myself for another day. Well that was today, and when I arrived, there were a few muggles in mountain bikes ready to head off. Waited for five minutes for the coast to be clear, and as soon as it was, the cache was quickly located. I know the cache title said it was going to be easy, but I think this is the first time I've ever had a cache tell me so. ??

Gratias Grub Fred.

04-Aug-12
Arrived with mt bike in tow. I knew exactly where it would before even getting to site as I had looked at the same hide only 4 weeks earlier. There was a group of ten riders not far the cache so I decided to ride a lap of the glenrock mt bike track and hopefully there would be no one on my return. After an hour of puffing I returned and made an easy find. Lucky I waited as I would have attracted unwanted attention if I opened it with muggles within ear shot. TFTC.

03-Aug-12
Easy find love the surprise left bug and some little toys

03-Aug-12
Was at work when I received the notification, but couldn't leave until 20 mins later...and by the time I got there, there were a few cachers there already. Since it had been found, decided to leave this one for another day to use down the track as part of a consecutive days caching streak. Great to meet some more cachers and catch up with friends out in the field...and great to see everyone enjoying the dash for a FTF! Thanks Grub.

*FTF* Quick hunt with Spikeymikey. We were both surprised we hadn't been beaten to this. Minutes after we logged this we had company. Always nice to meet other cachers.
