Hide container was opened. Cache container in dirt, log wet. Looks like an animal has been scratching around. Hubby went back to the car to get some spare logs.
Found with a group signed BB and logging now I have a premium account. Thanks for the cache.
Found this well concealed cache. Couldnt sign as log was so wet that it was shredding. Log container too small for substitute paper so took photo as proof of find. Enjoyed our visit here. Tftc.
Found today with hubby TheKiltedKacher, took us a little while, but got there in the end. TFTC!
Trying to fill the ABC Challenge.
Found this one, but it was full of water. Took photo for proof.

Thank you very much us3scouts for placing this geocache, giving me a reason to explore this area. I am currently traveling along the coast and try to get as many targeted caches as I can. The majority of them are either in an interesting location, have a great DT combination, a good set of attributes or work in other ways towards my stats. So it was great fun stopping here and getting this cache. Very hard to get out swollen paper from Rache. Otherwise very nice.
Wow. Tiny log book. Stamp didn’t really cut it but I got the date in there.

Today we rejigged what we had intended to do the other day and headed out to find more of the T.A.F. series plus what we could find along the way.
We did to interesting walks, one when we did the Earthcache Sharon Gorge, what a fantastic place this is. The other was the caches we found at Meadowvale Nature Park.
Unfortunately neither had much water in the creeks but we would dearly love to see them when the water is running. We did not get to see a Platypus at Meadowvale but
What do you expect in the middle of the day.
We believe that we have now found all but to of the T.A.F. caches until the CO place the next installment in this series. Again we stopped to buy luscious strawberries as we drove
past the strawberry farm, and we feel that by the time we leave Bundaberg we will possibly look like a strawberry.
We left 1 TB in a cache today.

TFTC. Out and adventuring for Mumma Box birthday. We have now completed all in the Meadowvale Track....so pretty and peaceful out here.
Tftc us3scouts, early morning walk in the reserve. Quick find here. All good here.
We really enjoyed our walk in this nature park today and once we learned to walk along the paths the easier it was. A short walk from the path brought us straight to GZ for a quick find. Thanks for placing the cache here Us3Scouts and contributing to our enjoyment of the area. Cache is in good condition.
Cheers and happy caching!

A weekend trip to Bundy and a chance to visit a few last remaining caches within the 50km circle. With evening approaching I am on the last couple of my day's efforts. A lovely little jaunt around the track - quick find as I turned back towards the carpark.
Thanks us3scouts for entertaining me at this location.

TFTC. We are Housesitting in Bundaberg for the next few months. On previous visits we have nearly cleared the town of caches. We decided today to venture further afield mainly to collect the required jewels for the Museum Heist promotion. A great day 26 attempted for 26 finds. All in good order and relatively quick to finds.
A great walk along the track and a ge=rest series in the Nature reserve

What a lovely area. Had no idea,If it wasn't for geocaching we would never have stopped here.
Up in Bundaberg with 2/3 of The Bromance; Swellerfungus and Seff, for a weekend of caching as per the mammoth list put together by the J.E.F.F app. We’d grabbed a few caches on the way up last night with a brief pause for dinner, before camping in a sneaky spot not far out of Bundaberg for 4 hours of quality sleep, and spending the day caching around Bundaberg, Bargara and Elliott Heads.
We thought we knew what we were looking for here; luckily Jez was still thinking outside the box, and by the light of his phone torch (he’d long since given up on the yellow glow put out by the atrocious antique head torch I’d located for him) he made the find. TFTC

As a wrap up to our time in Bundy we headed over to grab three caches in this area. We know the CO, and always enjoy the quirkiness of his hides!.We arrived in the dark and set off with torches down the hill. It was here we noticed that one in our midst had brought what appeared to be an old miners candle rather than a torch. The light emitted was so weak and yellow that it wouldn't even attract a moth.
We thought we knew what we would be looking for, but there was a small tweak that even I hadnt expectesd. Fortunately Jez was not ot be denied the find, and our last cache for this area was found. A short walk back to the car while (you guessed it) ogling at the spiders in the torch light.
Thanks for some great caches.

With a long weekend in play it was time for another road trip for The Bromance. With Crookedpete off doing his best Jack Sparrow impersonation on a sailing boat somewhere off of Hervey Bay, the full complement of JezNDez stepped up admirably to fill his shoes. A destination of Bundaberg was set and we headed off from Brisbane on Friday afternoon to begin our adventure.
Thanks to the abominable traffic heading out of Brisbane and a stop in Gympie for dinner at the RSL, it was around midnight before we located a sneaky spot to set up our tents off the road, not all that far out from Bundaberg. With a little over 4 hrs of sleep we quickly struck camp this morning and headed off before sun up to begin a new day of caching. With the morning spent collecting caches on our target list in Bundaberg it was time to head towards the coast. Having picked up our target list of caches in Bagara we continued south along the coast towards Elliott Heads before looping back towards the north of Bundaberg for a few caches out this way.
Arrived just after dark with our head torches emitting an eclectic spectrum of light, from Swellerfungus' and Dez's blazing suns to the infra-red output of rubbing 2 sticks together for Jez. Picking our way through the obstacle course of scurrying toads and glinting spider eyes we soon arrived at GZ. Not the easiest find in the dead of night but the cache was located before braving the gauntlet of night time critters for the run back to the car. TFTC

Oh oh oh I was bush bashing and making a big noise when I startled something in the undergrowth. "Nek minute" (NZ slang made famous from a tv advertisement for drinking and driving) a huge lizard came rearing out of the undergrowth and headed at a great rate of knots away from me. I checked Google later and I think it was a goanna, a very large one and I don't know who got the worst fright it or me. Very exciting find though.
We have talked about spending a few days in Bundaberg so with the event being organized here it seemed like a good time. Bought the caravan along and parked at the caravan park near the river in the middle of town. A great base to do geocaching and this was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to us3scouts for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
On my way to Bundy for the event on Sunday, just had to find a few on the way.
Having set up camp for the night in the car park, no one else around.
Syk1 and his daughter had joined me for a chat and a cuppa, we decided to go night caching, as his daughter hadn't found one, might as well grab the others as well, which we did
An easy find.
All with the cache

This cache has definitely found it's niche here. A lovely spot just off the trail and gps was spot on.
While there I noticed that the log was full and I decided to replace the log with a micro strip folded to fit the container. Will message owner to ensure they get it back. Great cache idea.

Camped behind the Bucca Hotel, and plotted out a round geotour for today. In total, we did 120 km, found 14 caches and dnf three.
This one we found. Found. Needs new log. Thanks us3scouts

We enjoyed our little walk to this cache. Thanks for the great description indicating how the tracks are laid out. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn, and a favourite from us.
Made an afternoon of finding the 5 caches here while taking in the scenery and a bit of bird watching, it was an awesome day. TFTC
A quick find as we return to the car park from walking the loop and searching for the caches. TFTC.
Love the Rocky Title of this cache! Be very careful of the wasps in the trees, one got me and it still hurts!!! This is one clever Cache, well off the path, but still close enough to be easy to find. Found it upside down so we placed it right way up - well camouflaged to look part of the landscape
After taking a direct route from the previous cache I was glad that I came across a path which appeared to be heading back towards the start. A short detour from the path took me to the location for this cache and the name was enough to narrow down the cache.
Thanks us3scouts. I have enjoyed the caches in this area.
I did find my way back to the car to my wife and MIL and found that I had been away about 30 minutes to find the 3 caches.

10:01:00 AM. We decided to call back and do the walk as we ran out of time yesterday. Was getting a bit warm but we made the find and signed the log. Thanks us3scouts for placing this cache.
Another great hide! We enjoyed this walk and all the clever caches, thanks so much.

This little series in here looked like the perfect way to pass some time before heading back to town for some food and a night cache.
I had the whole car park to myself this afternoon. No worries with the muggles hunting for these ones. I used the facilities before setting of on the circuit.
I was nor sure what to expect at this one, but it was not what I found. It blends in quite well with its surrounds.

Another fun find on the magical loop walk through Meadowvale we took today. Thanks us3scouts.
Our 2nd day in Budaberg, spending a few days here caching & checking out the local tourist attractions.
We really enjoyed our walk around the Meadowvale Nature Reserve, all were great hides & worth a favourite point but I have selected only one.

Thanks for the geocache.

I really do think we went bush bashing for these - found easier tracks after the fact! But we have had fun!
Went hunting for all the Meadowvale caches on a hot afternoon after kayaking on the Kolan River, Thanks us3scouts
While out doing maintenance on my caches in the area, thought i would attempt this one. TFTC us3scouts
Had the CO with us today and we were all enjoying a lovely walk through this dry but beautiful nature park when we thought to ourselves, with a name like that, what on earth could we be looking for
Oh dear, where have they all gone [?]
Wasn't as the CO intended but we still found Rocky
Thanks us3scouts, great spot for a cache

Went to the right tree and looked at all the rocks but not the correct way. Lol I was looking for what they were covering not the actual rocks lol. Tftc
I was enjoying the stroll through the parklands today
Such a beautiful spot and so quiet.
Somewhere along the trails I found a rocky spot around a tree to look for a cache.
Well I reckon that one is the cache

We decided to give way to a snake that crossed the path ahead of us as we walked to find this well hidden cache. We liked your presentation in the good spot. Nice to see some white wild flowers out today.
TFTC us3scouts and giving us the chance to see our first snake since arriving in Queensland.

Loving the caches in this park. This one was of a type of hide we have come across a few times before. The challenge was to decide which one it was in before picking it up. And we got that right. Thanks.
Found quickly and signed log Thanks for bringing me here and for the cache. SL TNLN Cheers 4 Now
Walked straight to it but didn't recognise it. Then spent 15 mins looking before taking a closer look.
Left a straw star heart combo.
