#565 4:36pm TFTC... since I'm a short arse it took me a while to track this one down, but I'm also a good jumper and monkey so easy find
Quick find, a couple of muggles about but able to return it as they disappeared behind trees
When we found this cache we found that the lid was broken
Unfortunately we did not have a cache type suitable to use to help replace / fix temporarily
But the log and items are in good condition
Sorry we forgot to input this log on the day but we didnt have enough internet to upload either find logs and maintenance logs

TFTC. How tall do the geokids have to be to find this cache???You guys are krazy.
My car was in for a service just over a km. away, so while they were working on it, I went for a wander to look for a couple of caches, this being the first. Being mid-week, there was not a soul in the park, and the GPS led me straight to the cache - nice easy find.
Thanks for a nice walk and an easy find.

On the way home from work, a couple of quick caches before orienteering this evening.
Short on height today so I had to use my scone. Bingo.

Found on a sunny day in between jobs in this lovely area. Thank you for bringing me here!! TFTC!!
Wow that rotunda is big! Only had one obstacle - a man walking his dogs on his skateboard who sat overlooking the oval. Lucky I could work the hint in quietly and make for a really quick grab. I really should spend more time in this area. A good friend lives around here.
ABL973 found this while out caching with Square_Pegs. I brought a few travel bugs with me which will visit this cache. The weather has been much better than I expected, although it has been quite cool. Thanks to for placing this cache.
I returned here after a previous DNF and I was pleased to be able to find it this time. Thanks for getting it back up and running again.
After a few comments from fellow cachers, I have out the terrrain up a little (1.5 to 2)
Happy caching folks

Made a quick dash between showers today with geodaughter#1 and her friend on a school curricullum day. Though she has accompanied me caching many times before, today she wanted to have her presence logged with her own identity, and she has settled on Moon Ruby.
Playground caches were the target today. I handed the Montana to the school friend, who carefully followed the arrow to GZ. Once there, I quickly spotted the cache, and spent a little time trying to get the girls to "find" it too. Eventually they both spied it. TFTC

Having completed the PLT series except for one, finally got back to the car from riding against a killer head wind.[xx(] Needing food the plan was to head to McDonald's near by, but as we were passing by this cache, stopped for a quick grab. Lucky for me there was one around as I would of look rather silly during the grab... A good hide one I did not initially notice. TFTC Krazy K Kew

First cache found on Anzac Day. Good start to our day. Found quickly after spotting the cache at GZ. We were on our way on our bikes after parking our car near the park, to bike along the PLT.
Arrived at GZ in the we hours and began our search only to be disturbed by muggle bikers hooning through the park heading somewhere in a hurry. We just switched off all light and watched them pass right on by. As soon as we were sure they were far enough away we resumed our search. Only took a few minutes and cache was in hand. TNLNSL. TFTC. A short break after doing some of the PLT series and back into it. A cheeky placement openly visible to those that look.
FEED BACK: This cache is not accessible from the ground so a T rating of 1.5 is not appropriate - should be at least 2.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Krazy K Krew.

Found on a cooler night for a run around the area while staying for a few days.
1st one for the night and no muggles around, but I have the right tool to access this one.
Another quick find then on the road again.
TNLNSL TFTC Krazy K Krew,

Found it quickly and managed to obtain it, but found it very difficult to replace with the regular flow of muggles passing by. It was quite a challenge, thanks Krazy K Krew

Date 29th Jan 2013
Time 7:37 PM
It was almost the end of the month which meant that the Geocaching Australia Movable cache race and bingo game was coming to an end for another summer. I decided after work to go out and try to get the required numbers to fill in at least one of my cards, just 2 more required.
I had filled in my bingo card by this time and was passing close by on the way home so made a quick grab of this one too.
Thanks to Karzy K Krew for the cache.

I normally avoid caches placed in or near playgrounds, but decided that this one worth a look. The place where I judged GZ would be was some distance from the actual playground and the entire park was empty so I went for it. Co-ords were spot on and I spotted the cache in its hiding place without any trouble.
I'd like to thank Krazy K Krew for this cache and also my parents, who just over 53 years ago, set to work and bestowed upon me my height of 6'2". I couldn't have done this solo without your input, mum and dad. TFTC.

We found the coords very good on this cache and so we were able to locate and grab the cache, however putting it back was another matter. First a group of kids arrived who wanted to play in the drain and as I manouvered myself around to replace I noticed 3 big burley blokes heading towards me from the car park and then a mum with 3 kids arrived. So I gave up and took the cache back to the car and waited. After all had left we were able to go back and replace the cache a little bit better. TFTC KK Krew.
Another great TDC / LLTRA caching night. About 30 or so finds for the night, including some big caches needed for the P81 combinations. The bikes were out for these caches. The night ended up heading down the Mornington Peninsula cleaning up a few more unfound caches. As always, a great night, lots of fun and great conversation as always. Beautiful weather coupled with nice cool temps made a perfect caching night...
Coords a little bit of as indicated by the others. Nice big gazeebo here though. TFTC.

Out for another Monday night cache cache run with the TDC, took us some time to find this only due to the fact GZ was about 15m from where we found the cache. I loved this structure. Thanks Krazy K Krew for the cache.
The Demolition Crew and the Rebel Alliance (LLTRA) teamed up once again for a night of caching fun on bikes and foot. The early evening was focused on gaining two more squares for the D/T matrix by bike which saw us climb a few big hills in the Lysterfield area. The remaining part of the night’s caching saw us in an area where all could bag a fair number of finds. I must say is getting harder to find such areas with all of us having cleared large areas of Melbourne. This time we headed south to the Mount Martha area of town. We searched and searched, and eventually I spotted the cache about 15 metres from GZ. Bold as brass in it's hiding spot, But I suspect this thing is not used very often. Thanks.
We started searching in slightly the wrong spot for this cache and then secured no matter what a tool would be required so whilst the too was being retrieved from the car I located the cache. Log was signed and cache replaced. TFTC Krazy K Krew....TNLN...SL.

Thankfully all was quiet here today leaving me to search and access the cache without any problems, thanks Krazy K Krew.
Found with ease.
Needed to climb up to reach it.
Found with A&H after a trip to 7-11 for BYO cup day.
No muggles at all as it was raining.

After picking C up to head to Middle Park for Father's Day lunch, we headed here as it is was quite close to where we picked him up from. After a quick walk and a look and a jump, T had the cache in his hands. C helped put the cache back to its spot, under the watchful eye of K who was on muggle detection duty. No muggles sighted so we were on our way for a highly anticipated lunch.

I couldn't find the cache today, but now that I look at the logs it appears that the container may not be there currently. It may be worth temporarily disabling it until it is confirmed as being back in place. Thanks for the hide anyway and a reason to get outdoors on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
Cache is now been replaced and is back in hiding place...
Big thank you to Rigger64

Well after a quick look around i spotted the cache well what was left of the cache..
It looks like someone has stomped on it, the lid looks like someone has taken a bite out of it & as for the base well the only part i could find is where the magnet is glued to, the log is all good.
I have the cache with me as it looked like it would blow away & think one of these containers @ home if not i will have something do just as good if the CO wishes me to replace it for them??

Found 15:15, after a brief search. We suspect the terrain rating is a little underdone, as had either part of Team Biggles Bear been caching solo this would have been a certain DNF

I'd been at Bunnings Frankston late this evening and had just enough time to collect one cache for International Geocaching Day. This was the closest one so I parked the Pathy and made my way to GZ. The ground was very wet and a bit muddy on the way to the hide. I shined the torch about and spotted a likely hiding spot. After signing the log I put it back and headed back to the car and home.
Thanks for the hide. Hope everyone had a great caching day.

Found @ 11:50pm, find # 1611.
After finding GeoKids love parks #2, I thought that I might as well go and find #1.
Parked the car and walked the path for as far as I could before having to walk the very wet and sloshy ground, once at GZ it was a quick look around and the cache was spotted, signed log and returned.
Thanks to Krazy K Krew for this cache.

I know this place well, kinda awkward parking out the front of a friends house when you aren't stopping in mind you!
Thanks for the cache
PS Magnet is not attached to the cache either

2TF - I've since changed my email settings to check for new emails to a shorter period than 'every 30mins'! Sluggish underfoot, and slugs a-plenty nearby where I signed log. Thanks Krazy K Krew for the cache. I'm somewhat retired from finding local caches (leaving this activity to mainly when I travel), but I just couldn't resist this one being so close to home! Regards, Dean - 38degsouth. SL at 9pm.
