Due to broken leg I'm just not going to get out there so I'm opening it up for someone else to have a go.
Please some one else give it a go as it's not a bad chunk of land, if not I may resurrect this one in the future
Good luck folks

Would love to have come down to find this one, but on recent history, it looks like it may not return. Hopefully, it may get a last minute reprieve.
I'm sorry you feel this way Rabbitto but I just can't get out there or any where for that matter as I have a broken ankle at the moment
With no finders since September and only 3 DNFs, it is likely that cachers are not logging their DNF here. Sounds like it may need some owner intervention.
Another DNF for us here, and I note that it hasn't been found since September.
An owner check is called for.
Thanks anyway KRAZYK:-p

My car was in for a service, and during the wait, I went for a walk. This one was another 2 km from my first cache. I often have difficulty finding this type of cache. It can be right in front of me, but if I don't see it from the right angle, I just don't see it. But when I finally find it, I wonder why it was so hard to see.
Today it was extremely windy, and the small tree was blowing all over the place. I looked all over for a long time. (Having taken some effort to get there, and with no other unfound caches within walking distance, I didn't want to leave this one empty handed). I must have spent 20 minutes looking and walked around the tree at least 10 times. But in the end, I just couldn't find it.
Unfortunately, my GPS showed the last log as a find as GSAK wasn't as up-to-date as it should have been. If I'd known there was a previous DNF, I probably wouldn't have looked for so long.
Anyway, it was a good bit of exercise getting there and back, and suitably filled in some time. So thanks for taking me there. I hope the cache is still there.

On the way home from work, a couple of quick caches before orienteering this evening.
Couple of parkers today but I managed to approach discretely.

I was on my way home and needed a cache for the day and this was nice and close. I nearly made this a driveby and the cache was found easily, logged and replaced before heading off home.
Our thanks to KrazyK for the cache.

Maybe a muggle spotted it too.

For the day, the second cache of 17 Found in the company of Trailrunning and Danozz on a small run down the peninsula to work on some of the harder caches. A nice area to visit, we had no trouble finding this oen. My thanks to Krazy K Krew for the cache.
This cache was found as part of a minor cache run with my fellow TDC member Rebel Acts and puzzlemaster Danozz. After a short walk to GZ, I walked up and spotted the hide immediately as it had no apparent reason to be there. An easy find. Thanks.
Run Summary
----------------------
Given the Australia Day holiday fell on a Monday this year, a few of TDC had an opportunity to have a little cache run down to Frankston and beyond. Although it started out nice and sunny, by 1 am the rain was pretty persistant. It wasn't a huge numbers night, as many of the caches were quite lengthy walks, lengthy searches (Found it 7), and many of the caches were not there, but we still had a great night and can't wait to get back down there and clear out the area.

Slink1 said Oi, lets go - So go caching we did. Found while caching at large TFTC SL
With such a nice afternoon, I bundled my boys into the car and off we headed to find a couple of nearby caches, a great way to break the day up rather than hanging around the house all day. This was one of only two caches we found today but we had a lot of fun doing them. We were able to drive within metres of GZ and parked beside the pond. We grabbed the footies out of the car and headed over to have a kick on the oval for about 20 minutes.
Once the boys had enough of that we headed back to the car, got the GPS and moved on to GZ. A short search and I had the cache. A nice little hide. Thanks Krazy K Krew.

Co-ords were spot on and for a micro, it stood out quite well to a cacher. TFTC SL
TFTC! Didn't expect to find it here. I take my dog here all the time for a swim and never bothered to check for caches til now lol. Didn't have a pen so took photo to prove the find instead
FTF new cache.
Was looking for something bigger without reading the description. Found it after a while.

Obviously my GPS were a couple of days out because this cache was available then. Found the spot but only saw the attachement. Pondered a few other possibilities and then strollled back to the car. On the way I stopped to talk to a muggle with the open wire back fence but he was none the wiser. He asked me what I was doing and I explained the basics of geocaching without giving away GZ. He reckoned I should get a life and take up duck shooting instead. That's a really good environmental pasttime I thought, think I will stick with Geocaching.
I will look forward to the replacment KK Krew.

After receiving a e-mail from Scody I have checked GZ seems the muggle gods wanted it more
Big disappointment on hrs spent, but will source goods and try again.

Had a crack at this one but only found an attachment point (or a really good decoy,). Couldn't find anything on the ground around gz.
A quick find whilst killing some time before the school run.
The wetlands are a recent man made addition, the cut out section was just a drain only 5 years ago.
Thanks for the cache Krazy K Krew

Found @ 11:02am, find # 1751
I needed to fill in todays square and this one was my best option.
Parked the car and with a couple of hundred metre walk, I headed off to GZ.
Once there, there was an obvious object for where the cache could be hiden on, but it still took me a little while to find the hide, which was in a spot that I had already briefly looked at, but not well enough.
A very nice container which suited the location.
The only thing is not you don't knew if you are being watched from the nearby houses.
Thanks to Krazy K Krew for this cache.

*STF*
Evil - just evil.
There was no way I was going to spoil my beauty sleep when this one came thru the early hours of the morning. I favour my sleep more LOL!
Upon waking up and having breakfast I decided it was time to have a crack at this pure evil hide. It was approx 2 hrs since the alert came thru so I knew the FTF would be long gone. I WAS SO WRONNNG.
C@H had just beaten me to the FTF when I arrived and parked my car right beside his. Covey at this stage was returning to the car as he had left his writing implement behind. HAHAHA
Covey suggested I have a go at this one and he hi-lighted it was a worthy hide. AWESOME I thought - ok so covey returns the hide back into position and off I go to GZ.
What seemed forever to wait for a muggle and his pouch to walk away as he suspiciously gave us the what are YOU 2 blokes up too look..... LOL! just move along fellow we're cachers hehehehehe
No sooner than the muggle moved away from sight I made a quick and unexpected find .... an evil hide at that. It made me jump some feet back with covey looking on and fully amused by my antics. No wonder why he said go for it - I'll get you Covey .......wait and see.
Thx for the hide K Krew.
