I have no idea why but the title for this cache set off a song in my head that somehow managed to stick there for hours. You might have heard it before, it starts like this...Raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittensWhen I arrived near gz, I had a look around and a cheeky grin slowly started as to where I'd hide a cache here. Then I looked at the dt and knew it wasn't scramble territory. Kept looking aaaaaand there. Oh look, a cache in the first place I check.Winning.Xie Xie Ni BB !
Travelled over the mountains to tackle the HSS Basketball Geoart before it gets archived soonAfter the afternoon rain storm, we headed out from the caravan park cabin to find some local caches.Out caching with D@geoThank you the hide

Woah this is such a pretty place! Yesterday we gave up but today gave it another try and found within 1 minute. Thank you for the cache!
Out doing a big maintenance run - mainly in the Buckland Valley but checking a few others along the way.Called past and replaced the log sheet today.
There is no rush, but just letting you know that the logbook is pretty full and needs replacement soon.
Whilst up in Bright for the Pineapple Express mountain bike event, we decided to knock of some local caches
This was fun guy to find tftc

The suggestion was made to go somewhere with a bike trail so a bike ride could be had. I opted to cache instead and suggested Myrtleford where I still had 4 multis (3 amongst the mosaics) to collect. Started at the old kiln and headed around town collecting this and the sports people at the same time.
Was on my way to this when the message came through the cyclist was done. Picked her up near the helicopters and then said we would get one more. Parked about 150 metres away and the two of us and the geohound dodged the bikes into the cutting. Temperature dropped about 5 degrees in the shade.
Overshot but quickly found the cache - all good here.

Found it! Climbing up the hill at first but was wrong! Great hideing spot!
Great spot along the trail. Would be nice and cool in summer. TFTC and easy find. SL at 13.05pm.
Staying in Porepunkah tonight we decided to head to the pub for dinner. On foot in the pitch black not my smartest idea, however we grabbed a few caches along the way.
First one for the night nice quick find.

Today was day nine of our Beechworth and Bright holiday (take two, post the very disappointing escape from Victoria Covid of 2020).
Today was rode up the rail trail from Bright to Eurobin, where we turned around and took our time rolling back to Bright picking up all the caches on the trail as we went.
This was the fifth one, it didn't take long to find - but no toadstools were seen in the GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache BettyBoo3747

What a lovely trail, trees making an archway. Stormy evening so dark and spooky but fun. TFTC
Booked a last minute few days away from home, in Bright, a favourite spot. Over the last 4 years I’m sure I have found over 500 cache between Mt Beauty and Beechworth, and still there are beeps to find. Here with the family this time so the remote adventures are not possible but and early morning 30km cycle from Bright to Myrtelford with the boy was very enjoyable. With the reward of a chocolate shake on the menu he kept peddling nicely and around 15cache collected in all. A quick scoot around town to complete the adventure cache. Then the other half and Miss 12 arrived in the car, and a slow drive home collecting a few more that were +/- 1km from the main road. Back to the hotel for 1pm for a little snooze.
OMG... The GPSr had Mrs Riddell dangerously high on the wrong side of the bank.
Once down, she went for a still out of the embankment area, regained better reception and bingo.
Hide was obvious in retrospect... had she looked there first.
Judging by the current evidence on the wrong side, she wasn’t the only one!
TFTC it is a lovely part if the trail

My coordinates were jumping around a bit. Put my geo senses on and quickly found the cache. Found with Matho64. TFTC
Leaving the geo kids with Babcia back at the caravan park, hubby and I decided some night caching was in order even if it is a rainy, foggy, cold night. The moon is not far from being full and provided some welcome light.
Well arriving here I definately would not have attempted these on my own or geo daughter as it’s so dark and scary. Thankfully hubby is not scared of the dark as I am terrified. Even walking with him into GZ creeped me out and I couldn’t help but look back behind me a few times just in case there was a scary monster lurking in the forest.
At GZ a quick find was made. Cache and log in good condition.
The fog had set in and it was such an eerie experience here. I knew the next two caches we were headed to just down the road would have similar feel to them.
Thank you for the scary experience and cache here BettyBoo3747
