Sadly this one has to go, because I don't think it would be worth putting another similar container here
Walked into here in the 35 degree heat today, and after a brief search decided to check previous logs. Bit disappointing that this comes up on my PQ if it's not there. Can CO please check after this many DNFs and disable if necessary so it doesn't come up in our searches. Cheers.
Stumped! Along with other DNF, thought I might mention that area looks to have been in fuel reduction program recently. Could the cache have been impacted upon? Can CO confirm cache is still at GZ?
Sorry for the long delay in logging this. Found after a couple of previous attempts. Fantastic hide.
Maybe with the amount of DNF's the owner could please confirm that this cache is still here? :/.
Second time around and we still can't locate this one. Feel we are missing something here, but we will try again another day.
Out on my own this arvo and no luck for me. GPS had me wandering in a 10m radius and I was looking at everything.
Tftc, will try this one again next time I'm in town.

After a very long, fruitless search yesterday, armed with another clue, we went back today with Tomstache. The find was made but this is so well camoed, we almost did not see it. It is hard to believe that this can stay in place effectively. It must, however, as it has been around a while. I have heard about these types of caches but this is the first time I have seen one insitu. Thanks so much for the hide. A favourite from me.
Headed out this afternoon to try another find-last time it was to be our 1st GC! Thankfully a hint from geofriends saved the day! GPS jumped around a bit but went back out to clearing and started again took us straight to GZ! Awesome camo-well done!
We spent a touch over an hour here this morning looking with Beckster22, Glanville Girls and Tomstache. No joy. We will be back.
Caching today with McLookers Tomstache and Beckster22. Well, this one stumped us! After 50 minutes scratching about we couldn't turn up anything. We will be back.
Well.......what can I say? We spent more than an hour at GZ this morning with caching friends and logged a DNF. We all vowed to come back another day. But Geogranny aka Beckster 22 couldn't let this one rest. So we were back this afternoon to have another crack at it. Second time around was the charm. Beckster walked straight up to it this time and put her hands straight on it. There were whoops of joy all round! What a clever little camo. The first of this type we have seen. We were all over this exact spot earlier today but couldn't seem to locate it. Persistence pays off I guess. Definitely a favourite from us due to the uniqueness of the hide. Thanks ST37E.
This morning logged a DNF, decided to have another try, so along with geo daughter headed off this afternoon determined to find it. Arrived at GZ and within s couple of seconds spotted this tricky little cache. A favourite from me thanks ST37E.
After about an hour searching with some caching friends we gave up. We will be back another day.
Day number 21 of the 31 Days of Geocaching and luck was not with us for this one. We suspect we were not thinking the right camo conditions, and were short of time. We will return at a later date and try again,
found after meeting up with the 2 wanderers and to guide myself and stooy to the cache because they were replacing the log
Went back to day with the 2 wanderer's to retrieve wet mushy log armed with twizzers and new paper. So nice and dry and ready to rock a roll again Hope this help ST37E Cauzsa
I have looked for this tricky cache a few times. Today the GPS jumped around but after some hen scratching we finally spied the clever camo, so relieved to tick this one off
Found with Shamus1

Found today while out caching with Cauzsa. We had tried this one before and thought we would try it again with an extra pair of eyes, we searched for quite a while and were about to give up and I saw something move and looked to see what it was and ah ha there was the
little blighter we were looking for. Couldn't sign log as it is saturated have got photo of cache if CO wants it. Mrs Cauzsa even gave us some entertainment on the way back to the car, oops what are you doing down there.

On way back from a cache with the two wanderer's had mentioned they had searched tirelessly day before So thought an extra pair of eyes give it another look. Looking high looking low three gps on the go finally The two wanderer's managed to move and ohhhh here it is awesome 1st one of seen of these sadly logged was to soaked to retreave from cache but have a group photo to prove in hand. Walking back about to warn guys how slippery........ way hey lol flat on my butt nothing like going extreme to amuse friends ( )
Well we searched for about 45 minutes looking for this one and after slipping several times and even widening our search we could not come up with anything that looked like a cache. Maybe the CO needs to check this one out.

I don't know how I found this!!

We did struggle with the rainy conditions and the GPS acting like a yoyo under the trees, so have to add our name to the list of DNF's for this one.
As I thought I spent at least half an hour looking could not find it anywhere. Maybe check it?
A nano in a bush setting. Great. My favourite. (where's that sarcasm font).
Ha d a look around, then checked the hint, which I thought just made it worse. Looked at the logs. Last log reckons it's missing, so I wonder if the owner could confirm if it's there or not.
I think I've been into the park before, but not via this entrance.
Thanks for bring me here.

We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! After 40min (way too long for a D2) we decided to check via PAF. Information received leads us to the notion that this one has been nicked.
NOTE TO CO: Unless the container has changed since October last year, it would seem that your device has been removed.
Thanks anyway ST37E for bringing us to this interesting location.

What a nifty idea! My heart sank on arrival as some like this have eluded us but luckily Geomark came across it before too long. Sadly we could not sign the log as we had left the tweezers at home. TFTC It was a lovely afternoon in the reserve today.
Took both of us quite a while to find this one. Such a clever cache. I loved it. TFTC
Found with misschief18 and TilleyTB.
After missing this one at dusk, another look today, a big search and finally a find.
A favourite point from me. TFTC ST37E

Alas did not find. However it was the middle of the night, so I will come back during the day hopefully with more success.
Searched and couldn't find it - not sure if we were way off track or just so well hidden!
This was one of over 110 caches I found during a huge day and night of caching with my fellow cachers Trailrunning, Rebel Acts and Blacklegend (The Demolition Crew). As we all had the day free we carefully planned in advance the run and decided to call it Ballarat Smackdown II. The plan was ambitious and resulted in almost 22 hours of continual caching.
The day started in the early hours of the morning in the far eastern suburbs of Melbourne, then moving through the northern suburbs then onto and along the Western Freeway to Enfield State Forest then north up to Ballarat itself. We cached through Melton, Pykes Reservoir and Bacchus Marsh and many of the country roads north and south of the Western Freeway as we made our way west.
We had a fantastic day finding all the different types of caches and there were some quite inventive, very tricky and well constructed hides that we found. I thank all the cache owners for the time and effort they have spent in placing all the caches we found today.
One of three DNf's for the day. Pretty sure this one is missing.

Found this one on our holiday in the Ballarat/Bendigo area. Had us going for a bit, but we found it in the end. TFTC, found with WyldMan92
This one seemed to take forever! We looked for quite a while before we finally found the elusive cache. Nice camo. Thanks ST37E for the cache!
Spotted this one right away and just stood with family as they discussed what it may be. Liked the cache. Thanks for the hide
Great little reserve here, good to see some local groups getting involved. A bit of a search, as the GPS took a while to settle, but then the unique container was found. Thanks for the cache.
Found by Mary & David at 1335. With so much to see and do in Ballarat, we hardly think of these green areas. Everyone knows the famous Botanical gardens, but there are lovely places like this everywhere. A most enjoyable walk, and a well-hidden cache that we missed on the first pass. Our thanks to ST37E.
Suscoe and Sisters were out for a day's caching in Ballarat.
It was a delightful day, a little bit cloudy and a gentle breeze.
This was find number seven for us today.
A nice walk i the bushland setting and in the end a quick find.
Nice camo here.
Thanks to ST37E for bringing us back to this reserve for another caching adventure.

Not a big fan of micro's in the bush/parkland, this one stood out so it was easy to search for. I've done one other cache in this reserve, and I think that makes up the only 2 times I've visited this reserve.
Cache number 100 - and couldn't have picked a better one to find awesome camo - nearly had me beat - managed to extricate the log and sign it before the mozzies carried me away TFTC
Wow! Brilliantly camo'd cache. Unfortunately I didn't have a tool to remove the log so I couldn't sign it. Replaced carefully before I left. TFTC.
A location close to where my mini cachers attended school, a highly sought after 2 Dudes cache used to be nearby, and one of my earliest cache finds.
found at night, by the light of the i phone while navigating with the same, quite a trick !!
Loved the camo, a first of this type for me.

With the start of spring and the weather improving the ageing Bushfire who has the worst cold for years decided to go back to Ballarat and put a few more smilies in his quest of finding all caches within 30km of central Ballarat
.
Starting at Lal Lal then a wander up Mt Buninyong and then onto Ballarat to tackle the blackberries, gorse and ivy and some unfriendly terrain.
I had a good day finding thirteen caches placed by nine different hiders hidden by different methods.
This is a great little park that I had no idea existed but parked and wandered in to find a cache that I had seen before so with very good co-ords it turned out to be an easy find.
Thanks ST37E for the effort in setting up this little guy.

Liked the idea behind this one but I'm not sure why so many people have such a fascination behind micros being placed in settings like this.
GPS was pointing us about 10 meters away so after searching around in circles for a while a find was had.
Thanks for bringing us back here, fond memories of finding what once was one of Ballarats iconic caches not too far away, in this same park.

Thanks St37e for the find, perfect timing as I have just been given an RDO today. Took geojess(woof) for a run to gz and loved the camo. I've always loved this hidden oasis in town, good spot for a BBQ or picnic
