Out on a bit of a cache hunt before picking my daughter up from a camp in the area.Nice hide here. Replaced log. TFTC
A caching day around Armadale-Byford-Mundijong with the primary aim of clearing up a few more of the SWH... series. This was one of the caches found on my travels. The logbook is unfortunately mush and I had no spare paper on me to replace. Ive sent a photo to the CO as evidence of my find. Tftc
Day 1 Left at the crack of dawn to head down to WAGB22 caching along the way. Thanks to the COs for keeping us entertained along the road to Bunbury. Apologies for the generic log.
After startling our morning grabbing some Dark Energy language series and calling time on it early due to flood waters we decided to plug a few gaps in the SWH series. So we stopped and searched for this one and after a brief search Leega had her hands on the prize. We added our names to your log and returned your cache back to its place of hiding. TFTC Keego and Chil.
After an early morning start in the swamp adding to our languages series tally, we changed course for a change of scenery. Adding a few more to our SWH tally now. It took a bit of searching but found the elusive one. Thanks for the hide here Keego_and_Chil.
Had a couple of goes at this one today after seeing a couple of finds since I was last here.
Kids were getting tetchy so messaged previous finder for a hint and headed to grab another cache nearby.
Hint received and we headed back with a new search angle and spotted the cache after about another 5 minutes, 8 or so meters from where we had been pointed.
• • • • •
Had a lazy morning at home and decided to get the geo-twins out of the house for some sun and fresh air.
Called up SirFancy who was up for a drive and we headed out to Mundijong to grab some SWH caches before heading to grab some puzzles in Kwinana that I’ve been working through recently.
We headed home with 11 finds and 0 DNF’s.

Thanks Keego_and_Chil for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 3308 for me.

Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
Quick stop to pick up a few smileys on the way home. Cache in great condition though log is very wet.. TFTC
Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.
Pushed for one more and having read some logs after heading off probably will have some more luck coming back in daylight.

Granett and I decided to head our today and grab a few caches before lunch.
In the current times, we thought some social distancing was a good idea so headed out early and picked some caches out of the way and overly frequented.
I couldn’t leave the tribute to this lovely lady missing so have replaced with a cache in the tree. It’s about chest height for me. Shouldn’t go anywhere.
Many thanks to Keego_and_Chil for placing and maintaining SWH...Everlasting. We found it, signed it, and put it back as found. We found this one at 7:37 am on Sunday and this is my find 8442.

What better to do on a sunny Sunday than geocaching right! ️ we have decided to spend today making another dent in the SWH caches and to end the day completing the ant series in serpentine.
Log signed and cache replaced as found.
This was our 16th find for the day.

Another early day out with neva2old, we hit the road at 3am in aim to finish off the LGA series, which was done in a few hours and started to chip away at a few other series too. We had a great day out and we think we finished off with over 200 smileys for the day (will put the final number in the last log) we had a handful of DNF's after spending a considerable time on the hunt but are happy to say we come up trumps here today TFTC

Out and about doing some caching along the SWH series.
Great to find this one after 2nd attempt and we fount it right in our face.

Spent the day trying to finish off the rest of SWH and had some success but had to give up when the rain became too heavy and persistent in the afternoon. This is one of the caches I was lucky enough to find. Thanks for placing and maintaining it!
*Found this while House Sitting in Bedfordale*
*Out and about letting my GPS be my guide*...
A lovely day to be out and about. Parked nearby and strolled to GZ... This is one of the few teams that I DO know along this trail. As stated in the notes Everlasting always has a smile on her face and is truly a friendly, likeable lady. I have had the privilege to meet Everlasting at a few events now. Congratulations and well done Danielle. I thank Keego_and_Chil for contributing so that we have another cache too find. I will be back to collect the remainder along the trail.
A bit of a stroll, a short search, found cache, stamped and returned.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Keego_and_Chil. Appreciate your efforts.

Out and about bright and early grabbing some SWH caches. Thanks to the COs that have placed and maintain these for our caching pleasure.
Found after approaching from a different direction. The clue was a little misleading for us.
TFTC Keego_and_Chil this is find # 2421 for us.

Found it. TFTC Keego_and_Chil. Just passed by here to get my smiley after attending a nearby event. This one took me a while but it was just looking at me all the time.
This is our last caching day with BecknMonts before she heads to the dark side, so we decided to pick up where we left off standing by me on the railway track, then maybe picking up few a the smaller series as the day continues.
Thank you to all the cache owners for placing these caches and maintaining them. It has been a great trip and deciding to go for quality caches and not number hunting was a brilliant choice on our behalf and we have done nothing but laugh and enjoy the caches we have have found.

Gabs1963 and Miss-Placed came down to meet up with me for one last caching adventure before I venture further afield. We finished being civil to each other yesterday morning, and we started to stand by each other. Today we are hoping to finish the series as well as get some random caches. I love this area, and hope to be back soon. TFTC Keego_and_Chil
Miss-Placed and I came down to meet Becknmonts for one last caching adventure before she ventures further afield. We headed off from Gero finding a few geocahes along the way, we stopped at Moora for Breaky and with quite a few laughs along the trip down, we got there.
Day 4 early start again we have a lot of geocaching planned again today, off we go jiggling just a little bit again, lots of big puddles, nice dirt tracks on stand by me series and a few others along the way, aaah pretty

A second look as I was certain it was in a certain spot but wondered around a bit more and then BAM! There she is! Gorgeous cache, TFTF with geo hubby. SL.
Day off today, so decided to go on a road trip to perth and back. Found all but 1 cache today, was a great day out. Tftc sl tnln.
Decided to nab a few caches before the heat set in and this was our first. Found without drama but we wouldnt say it was just off the ground. All well with cache. Tftc!
This is the 4th of 5 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 2:37:00 PM, but we just couldn't locate your cache. It's either a very clever hide or we are suffering from "cache blindness", so here's a DNF from us - - - not stating it's not there... just that we couldn't spot it.

I had some spare time today and I decided to try and tackle some of the South West Highway caches. All the caches were found fairly easily with the odd one taking a little longer than others. Thanks to all the cache owners who have placed a cache here. I loved the huge variety of caches - some very small, others very big. Many of them were very unique
In total, I found 14 caches today. All of the caches were found in a good condition, I signed the log books and replaced them as I found them. Thanks for the hide.

Unfortunately couldn't find this one and is getting dark. Was asked if we were pokemon people
Found the green micro while on our way to WAGB 2016 event. TFTH Keego_and_Chil.
Travelling to Pinjarra for the WA Goes Big weekend after flying over from NSW on Wednesday. Searching for the SWH series plus a few extras. Most were found, interesting variety of caches containers appreciated, a few took a bit of searching to locate and there were a couple of DNFs. Also found was an ants nest, a bee hive and an emu!!! Thank you to all the COs for putting out these caches.
Found today. Took gps a little while to decide what it wanted to do but soon had cache in hand TFTC
After taking some pics of White Tailed Cockatoos I found a beautiful camo micro. Micros aren't half bad like this. TFTC cheers
Running up the numbers today in readiness of my 3000th find in Albany next week. Had a go at some SWH caches down to Pinjarra and then some Greek Alphabets plus a few others on the way back.
Been to this one before for no joy. Spent more time here than I wanted but ended up finding it on the ground. Replaced it about head high.
Keego_and_Chil I found your cache at 7:52am, this was the 3rd of 56 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2917. The cache was in good order.

I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Pinjarra at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2016' event on the 4th - 5th June. Registrations now open.

This one had me going for a minute or two until in a forhead slapping way I saw it TFTC
Difficult to find in the dark. The worst bit was when I went back to the car to remove the log and sign it only to struggle to find the other half I had left behind. Good hide.
Caching with our ValoForce friends and decided the weather was too good to go home. So we headed up the SWH to find some caches.
Pulled up and searched the main spots before noticing the fav list and starting looking for something different, geo dad spotted this one a beautiful hide TFTC and fav from us also

Murdock uni is now running the farm. Lots of tax payers money but not much activity.
Thanks for the cache.

A very pretty camo that blends well with the environment. Trust your GPS & the hint. TFTC
Day thirty three of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
We travelled to Kelmscott for the CITO, then sampled a few of the South West Highway Trail. We had a look at some around Pinjarra which were a bit disappointing, so we wanted to see what the first ones out were like.
As mat77hun said the clue is a little out, I suspect because of branches falling.
A lovely little cache, that was a bugger to find.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 8101. Our last day in the area before we head north for Jurien Bay tomorrow. We decided to attend the CITO Event and also collect some more caches whilst travelling there and back home to Falcon.
We had been a little disappointed with the few SWH caches we did yesterday and hoped there might be more variety and a better connection with the person the cache has been placed for. We enjoyed these much more, but not the frequent stopping and crossing of the busy road. Just did another 14 today.
Almost to the end of the caching day but spent quite a bit of time searching here. I was about to head back to the car when Rob suddenly produced it like a rabbit out of a hat.
Thanks Keego_and_Chil

Spending the Saturday on the South West Highway chasing the SWH series and some other caches.
This one took a while, and I found it at head height in the end. Replaced in the same spot, so it is not at ground level now! TFTH

I was out of the house early and heading from the Perth down to Dunsborough. What a perfect opportunity to cruise down the South Western Highway and rack up a few caches along the way. I would have loved to hunt for these all day but my time commitments curbed my efforts to stop at Pinjarra. I found this to be a much more scenic trip than via Forrest Hwy and there are so many more places to stop along the way. Wow, this one took ages to find. So many places to check and it was well concealed from passers by. My daughter would have loved this one. TFTC Keego and Chil
Took a few minutes to find this one till I saw it lying on the ground. SL and replaced at co-ords. TFTC
Found today 11:55 WST. Sooooo cute. Had an unexpected discovery nearby - a key hidden under a rock - I assume a/h entry to the farm gate padlock. TFTC
TFTC! Out for a weekend caching run to Bunbury with Cravo10 and ItsKate to complete the South West Highway trail, some Moneybox caches in Capel and of course as many others along the way. Thanks
Doing the south west highway trail with barnzy12 and itskate today. The weather was amazing and made for a great day. Started at 6am in byford. Signed the logs in a few different variations from full names to first letters and date.
Out with Barnzy12 and Cravo10 on this beautiful Saturday on a long hunt from Byford down to Bunbury, what an amazing day. TFTC
Heading out on the road today to start the SWH series. Shall be an interestring trek with two kiddies and the Wondering Webbs. Tftc...cute lil cache.
Day out with noble norwells and geo kids, snacks and toys packed

Out to try a second attempt for a nearby cache and noted this one very close by. Found it within a few minutes and loved this little spot. Never knew the University were here! There is also such a beautiful old pine tree and I couldn't resist taking home a pine cone that was on the ground. Also loved the butterfly that hovered around my head for a while . Signed the log and noticed the "O" ring has perished and we will replace at next drive by as previous cache also needs O ring replaced. (Must be the weather for it) Thanks for the cache Keego and Chil... . I still find it amazing to keep finding little spots that are hidden in full view.
