Hi Geomoccasin,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, only to discourage people from visiting this location until this cache may be addressed.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** geocache maintenance can wait. Once the acute threat of pandemic is over, I will remind you about your cache needing attention.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. However, I would like to assure you I will not be archiving any caches which the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain.
I'll pass by in about another 45 days and hopefully this will all be over.

Couldn’t find this with 3 if us looking. Had GZ spot in but didn’t turn up anything. Our first DNF for the trip! TFTC
Hi there Geomoccasin.
This is the 2nd of 2 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here but we just couldn't locate your cache, so here's a DNF from us.

We made that a lot harder than it needed to be. Searched & searched then read some previous logs which focused our attention elsewhere. Immediate find at our new gz. Log soggy but writeable. Tnsl tftc xo
Tftc found a lid of a glass bottle with geocache sticker on it and then found the cache in a Tupperware container
T-Tech and I are staying with Brother Colin in Toowoomba for the weekend, and today's plan is to attempt all of the SSE caches in one day, as well as get 120 finds in one day. Happily all was achieved.
Time for a detour out to Mount Tyson to grab the three caches. We made use of muff1's co-ords for this one. TFTC, Geomoccasin.

As part of finding all the SSE caches today IolantheK and I also added a number of other caches so that
the total today was 120
I think that we may be the first to log visit all the SSE caches and log them in one day [?]
IolantheK did a lot of planing working out the most efficient route and this aided in getting us through the collecting without a lot of doubling back over our tracks (Note my logging order doesn't reflect this, I've done the logging in SSE order).
The roads couldn't have been better, the dirt roads had had enough rain to virtually eliminate the dust without making the surface muddy or slippery [^]
Took us a while to find this one. Lot of hunting over a pile of odd smelling debris

Having successfully completed our nearby SSE missions it was time to focus on the 'locals'!
A nice quick find for here.
There was water in the cache which we emptied out but the temporary log was in it's baggie & still usable.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Heading north for the Alice Springs Event at Easter we explored this area using geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find, added a new log sheets in zip locked bag.
Thanks to the previous commenter as we were not really keen on walking through flood debris. TFTC
As with the previous finders our co-ords hd us in the middle of the willows in a most unsavoury place among flood debris, there is no need to go there. We found the cache at the base of a small tree at the edge of the trees nearest the road. We do not know if this cache has suffered cache creep or if the original co-ords are out. SL TFTC
As mentioned in our found it log, it's very wet inside the cache and the coords need updating. GZ is not in a terrain 1.5 area!
Wow! we made his cache WAY harder than it needed to be!!
We tried to follow phone to GZ but it was bouncing around everywhere in amongst the trees and long grass, so we decided to use the GPS to get closer to GZ. Well we spent ages looking through all the old tree logs and long grass, in terrain far higher than 1.5, and all the time extremely aware this is a potential snake pit area!!! We trusted the GPS and thoroughly searched at gz and 3m around without any luck.
I gave up and went back to the car. Geohubby kept looking.
Using my phone I only have the last 5 logs to use for clues which weren't helpful.
Geo-hubby gave up and as we got back in the car we thought looking at the d/t rating it should be in a location like that tree just over there - so out the car and voila. There it was! Don't always trust your GPS we say!!
Now as I log the cache I can see in past logs there are better coords posted. Wish we had seen that earlier!!!
I'm glad we made it a smiley in the end! thanks for the cache today!
Cache was wet, but just managed to sign log without damaging the paper any further!

Out for a drive with a friend today. Upon arrival at GZ we suspected the area wasn't the same as when the cache was placed. A old rotten tree has been bulldozed up under the trees and we thought the cache had been buried. We decided to call it quits and headed back to the car when I hear a shout from my friend "Found it!" There, half buried in the dirt and completely exposed was the cache. We replaced it at the base of the nearest feature covered with some camo. I took some co-ords which I have just now discovered were almost the same as the ones Fangsoki recorded. Posting again to move it up the page but should be a super easy find.
Found with Tassiegirl13.
The area around GZ is very nice with all the trees. However I didn’t fancy the long grass too much.
We searched around and initially had no luck. A we looked at the previous logs and found some Fangsoki co-ords so we used them. There are lots of little hidey holes around and we were both being cautious hoping nothing was going to poke its head out. We were almost about to call this one quits when we moved some deadfall and it revealed something not very natural, ah ha the cache!
A nice little spot to have one.

Found with Bedmaker.
After a bit of a search and reading past logs we soon had the cache in hand.
I love willow trees too... they remind me of home.

I'd had a bit of an embarrassing time at a nearby cache - so I decided to have a look in on this one.
Oh but my "fun times" were to begin. I spent about 20 minutes at GZ - getting stroppier exponentially due to the amount of flies around me I decided to retreat to the car and make a PAF call. My PAF was going to call me back.
I decided to have a look again - and this time I found it. I quickly signed the log and re-hid the cache, took some alternate co-ords, and then hot-footed back to the car.. followed by a cloud of flies.
I have posted up the co-ords that worked for me today. Be careful around GZ folks - would be a nice home for nasties. But a nice area nevertheless. TFTC Geomoccasin

We found a safe place to pull the car off the highway and followed the GPS arrow to GZ. Wow so many possible hiding places. It looked as though this could take awhile. We must have done something right (for a change) because we found the Cache quite quickly. On the way back to the car we gave the local farmer who passed on a quad bike a wave, he probably wondered what we were doing. Cheers
Found on a public holiday caching day... Surprisingly quick find on a drizzle overcast day... Grabbed the golf ball and placed a spiky animal.. TFTC
8504 caches found
good hint a quick find, just watch where you step.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks Geomoccasin for the hunt today

A nice spot to stop by the side of the road.
The cache did not want to be found for a while though [:o]
But the irresistible force of a cacher wanting a cache find was too much for the hide.
It was inevitable that I did find it
TFTC and a longish stop by the willows [^]

30km from home.
Without Mrs RF and I doing any planned cache hunts for quite some time, I took a day off work, grabbed a page out of the “Planned Hunts” binder and headed out from Our Selection through Oakey for a full tank of fuel, Mt Tyson, Pittsworth, Millmerran for an early lunch, Cecil Plains, through Dalby and then back home.
This was the first find for the day and after finding an alternative route thanks to being oblivious to missing the first turn off. A couple of passes up and down the likely area as the GPSr settled down before Mrs RF made a fairly quick find.
Took nothing but memories and left nothing but footprints.
Hide, log and container are all in good nick.
Thanks for the cache Geomoccasin.

Quick find at 1125. When I saw the area I was of two minds but thought outside the box and soon had the container in hand. Hidden where a geocacher should look. Give all the bits and pieces on the ground a miss. TNLNSL. TFTC
I thought the hide was in an easy place.

Woe is me! This was the second of three new caches I was trying to be FTF. I searched for 15 minutes, but time constraints forced me to abandon the search with the cache still unfound. Bummer. I managed 2 out of the 3 new geomoccasin caches this morning though. I gues 2 FTFs out of 3 is better than zero. TFTC geomoccasin. I will be back for this one, though probably won't make the FTF now.
*FTF*
This one popped up last night so I decided to go look for it before work this morning.
A bit of a drive but there was a ftf up for grabs.
I searched the obvious spot without success before expanding my search. Still nothing. Back to the start and approached from a different direction and spotted a hidey hole I missed the first time round. there it is. 0815
Thanks for the cache and I only just made it back to town for work.
