Found It!The coordinates for this one are correct, the hint isn't. A quick find after I ignored the nearby stumps.TFTC
Finally got around to stopping her to look for the cache again. After a DNF years ago it's been a very low priority so I've just passed by over and over. I've been he a could of times for events like ceramics shows but with large crowds about so passed up the hunt then also. But today I had a little time and this cache was in my mind a I was passing by, so I stopped to make the find. I have to agree with the last couple of finders - hint was more like a red herring.
Found with kids, hidden in love tree, not down embankment. Was being guarded by a friendly caterpillar when we visited!!
Could be described as behind the stump, closer to behind a living tree. Not down the embankment. tftc
Had a little look today on the way past and all is well, dropped off some miscellaneous path tags spare
Find number 12492 at 10:35:28 am on Thursday the 21 September 2023Departed Melbourne many weeks ago now and have been travelling north for the winter, well, for the northern warmth actually (hopefully ), passing through as many small towns as I can grabbing the odd cache here and there as I travel. Finally made the northern warmth and the Cape and we have loved every minute of it now we are on our way home again and having many more adventures as we slowly travel south.Today, we travelled from Brisbane to Urunga via Lismore, Kyogle and Grafton, sort of a round ablut trip but we grabbed a cache or two on the way.A great hall in the middle of country life, a quick find and on we go.**Thanks for placing this cache Fergclan**---Have you logged your will attend for the Cachemas In July event?More details are available at: [GCA7WT4](https://coord.info/GCA7WT4) If you are looking for some new caches to find, explore the nominees for the 2022 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards. The Geocaching List is available [here](https://coord.info/BMC8QYR)!
Watched the kids from the nearby school playing while we waited for the area to clear. A point of interest at this site were the public toilet doors. Check out the photo, I'm not sure ehat the goal is here TFTC
Had a weekend in Clunes and had been eyeing this one off, and finally got a leave pass to jag it on the way home to Bris.
Thanks Ferglan for the shiny new container. Took a little while to spot but sure enough, there it was.
It's a lovely peaceful spot with a great view!

Adding a sad face to this one. We gave it a good look and mountain goated the hill in case we missed something or had been washed down but no luck today
In 2016 I could not find this cache.
This time we got all the clues lined up. We found the view everyone's raving about, the tree stump and the bull ants' nest.
But still not the cache.
Why didn't they put it underneath the hall, it would of been much easier.
One of the most difficult caches to find.

Found on a beautiful Sunday out. Great view and always handy to have a loo close by too! Swapped two crystals over.
Found with Peppa, Giraffe 18 Twomanytrailers and Catboy67. Signed as Munnacullasnackninjas. On our day of adventuring from Brisbane to Nimbin
Nice old hall - bet there has been stacks of local dances there over the years️.
We were all very glad there was Public loos nearby

EKKA public holiday we headed out for a road trip to Nimbin. We made time for some stops on the way home. With Peppa, PirateLinda, giraffe18 and catboy67. Thanks for the find
It’s a public holiday in Brisbane, so we made a plan to visit Nimbin… Leaving home early this morning, we travelled down in La Rame’ style splendour… With more than one comment on the size of our truck… Today the whole Munna Culla Snack Ninjas (PirateLinda, Giraffe18 and 2manytrailers) are aboard with Catboy67 as added entertainment…
A comfort stop that came with a bonus cache… Another spot that La Rame’ drew more attention than a cachers would prefer…
Stamped as Munna Culla Snack Ninjas & Catboy67… tftc…

We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth.
Day 18 – On the slow trek home from Mermaid beach to Tenterfield today. We collected a few caches and a couple of labs along our journey today just to break up the trip as well as playing another game along the way.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise mentioned.
Quick find here.
Thanks for the hide and keeping the hobby alive Fergclan

Good find ,was hoping to swap a trackable that we picked up in WA last year with one of the other trackables that was supposed to be in the cache .
The two trackables " remember the bush fire victims Australia " and " Hudson duck" have been taken without being logged.
I still left ' lucky leaf' trackable for the next part of its journey.

Hidden immunity idol found! No ones kicking us off this island!! Smells like: teen spirit and cow poo. A real win

The lads hit the road for a bit of a mini roadtrip today, winding our way out through to Bangalow and on to Lismore while my wife went shopping in Byron. We managed 30 finds, including 10 of the GCA variety, and had a pretty great time of it.
Last one for the day, we were thwarted at no-entry signs on the way in, so saved this one for the way home. Yep, it isn't hanging, so the hint might need some maintenance. All good in the cache though.... TFTC!

This weekend, I headed south to NSW to Lismore and Casino on Saturday, followed by Springbrook National Park on the Gold Coast on Sunday, meeting different geocaching groups on both days.
This evening, I made the drive from Brisbane to Lismore for the night. I took the Pacific Highway, departing at Ewingsdale, and then made quick stops for different geocaches along the way, including Bangalow, Clunes, and Bexhill. Not a bad evening of driving, with not too much vehicle congestion to combat with.
This cache had me look around for a few minutes at the various trees, before stopping and reading a few past logs. Once I realised I needed to be looking in the opposite direction, I soon found the small sized container. As others have commented, the hint probably needs to be updated, as the cache is currently at the base of a tree, not hanging. Otherwise, the cache container and logbook were in good shape. I did note a few names missing from the logbook too, which seemed odd. Thanks Fergclan for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Little bit of rubbish around made us question if we would find it. Good little find and obvious container when found.
Taking a little jaunt over the border, turning a few caches into smilies along the way. Touring Casino before heading back north, finding a few solved puzzles and others along the way

Great view of the hills and trees. The hint is not in the tree but around the tree on the ground.
I've changed the log, put it in a new zip log bag.
The description & clue are misleading, the GZ is a bit off the posted coordinates.

Second attempt for this one. Lots of tree work has been done recently, but still managed to find it. The log is sodden. I didn’t even try to write on it, but have sent CO a photo. I’m sorry I don’t have replacement log with me. TFTC
Took us a min or so as we were looking for something that was hanging but this one isn’t - easy find though. And no bull ants!
Tftc quick find for this one however you should keep your eyes peeled because there is a big bull ants nest very close to the cache
Finally allowed south of the border
A few caches were in order
In the little town of Clunes
Early afternoon
By the Coronation Hall
I found it afterall

This cache really has me puzzled. The app kept pointing to the old coordinates. I used Google maps with the new coordinates, and all I found was a bag full of a plastic tea set hanging in a tree. Photo attached.
Twice now this one has evaded me. At least last time it was missing.

The hint is wrong. It’s not hanging on a tree, it’s under a tree. If you can see three garages whilst looking out at the view you’re looking in the right place.
Had a good look at the spot with the new coordinates however did not find the cache
This one took us a bit of searching before we happen to come at the spot from the right angle to see the container.
Glad we found it in the end relatively quickly, it could have taken a while with so many possibilities.
