Commando04 & I checked on this one. Aragog has definitely gone walkabout again. Will need to go and find him.
I found nails in a tree; nothing more. Searched trees and poked around on the ground.
Found tree with nails, no sight of anything attached or on ground nearby. Could be barking up wrong tree but reading other posts I'm confident this needs to be replaced.
Found 8:32 pm. TFTC I was intrigued by this and needed a cache to keep a streak going. So after a bit of searching was starting to wonder when I looked in the downward direction to then get a surprise and given the fauna I'd already seen by this stage I had to give the cache a nudge just to be sure.
New container has arrived and has been deployed. Cache is back on line. It is again soccer season, so this area will be busy after school (training) and on Saturdays (game day).
Happy hunting.
Happy hunting.
Lots of muggles playing and watching today. Found the nails, but not the cache. Had a quick look on the ground but didnt see it. Maybe when I have more time...
After many many attempts at finding this one, it was cause for a giant celebration when I found it with Cankid. It may have moved from where it was supposed to be. TFTC
The only find for today. I had tried to find this one before but was driven out by muggles. My friend Gepru had tried this before but couldn't find it. Came back and after a half hour search, we found the cache in a completely random spot. Good to mark this one of the list. TFTC GLISS!
Sergio, Gabor & I are on a morning hunt for Geocaches. After reading the past few logs of DNF's, I thought we'd give this one ago. Looked closely around GZ, but no luck. I did spot the 2 nails, but not sure what they're for. Sergio really needs to watch the little shrubs as he almost flattends one while on the hunt. Just as we thought it had been muggled and were literally about to walk away, I spotted the cache! Wow, what a hide this is. Carefully signed the log and placed back to where it was. I can tell you this cache is still there, you just have to look carefully for it. Thanks a million GLISS!
Found two nails embedded in the tree at gz but no spiders, not even real ones. Oh well. I will return another time
Found today with GrimRaider on an urban cache run. My girls both played softball here for years and it was nice to see the ladies out playing this afternoon. We hunted around for this cache and just about gave up. Decided to read the clue again and noticed it was magnetized. Where could this be? We found the spot where it should be and soon found the cache had fallen on the ground. SLB, replaced cache and moved on. Nice hide - TFTC Gliss!
Found this one out and about with KittyKatch. Liked the skill on this one, well done GLISS!
Cheers,
GrimRaider.

Found on 22/10/13 ... After fiddling around looking something else up on the website at work (after knock off time) and noticing that this cache existed ... seeing as I probably have arachnophilia (rather than the more usual arachnophobia I just HAD to make a detour on my way home and go looking!
... a little bit of beating around the bush while my iPhone made up its mind where to send me, and then "oh, there it is ... LOL
TFTC ... am finding it amusing wondering what those people living over the road must be starting to think/wonder about all the people who walk by/park there, wander into the bushes, and scream ...

I think that this was about my 4th try at this one. Two times, the place was swarming with muggles on the nearby fields. The first time I tried, I think it had gone missing.
No problems finding it today though - a quiet sunday afternoon

Nice quick cache on an afternoon out with the WEEO, found him on the ground, put him back where he should be - scary . TFTC
May have had a little scream when I first saw it. Glad I wasn't on my own. Impressed with your creativity! Tftc
I had looked for this once before without success. This time I brought the Scarlet Leprechaun with me. She has a real phobia about Aragogs. When she found it she screamed and ran. I then (bravely) went in to grab the cache. I clever little one. TFTC GLISS!.

Took abit of searching to find this little guy, worried how he'll go in the weather...wind and rain mostly.

The playing fields are very busy at the moment so it is difficult to replace the cache. Hope to get there shortly.
Thankfully I spotted this one fairly readily as it has potential to take some time I'd say. Log signed it was back to the car. TFTC!
Loved this one! My favourite of the day!
TFTC!!!!
Found with Nanabombana, Injuryman and Darkmadviking

2nd cache find today out with Maddarkviking, Jezza10 & Injuryman this one was way cool TFTC
Persistence definitely paid off here. I liked this cache very much. Thanks GLISS!
My first DNF for the day. There was an older lady on the other side of the road who was intent on watching me! I really didn't get a good chance to look. I will return soon...

Even though I knew exactly what I was looking for, this one still gave me a jump when I stumbled on it.

Found with my brother, after my dad (traineediplomat) had already found it. Sorry about the late log!
#353 - 14:55; After dropping the Geoteen at the Mall, the opportunity presented to do some caching in a new and fertile area. Unfortunately for little Aragog a magpie seems to have used him for target practice and lacking some water and a tissue to clean him off, he'll have to wait for the next heavy rain. This turned out to be the first of fourteen caches for the afternoon, although I fear one of them was not where it should be! TFTC GLISS!
I was impressed, it looked so real, even eye shine. Put my hand down to retrieve it, and it was real!
After i finished dancing around squealing, I found the hide.
Thanks... I think.

Found on a beaut days caching with Marcus Vitruvius on a weekend trip to the ACT.
We'd spent most of the morning on the MTB's so it was nice to be out on foot collecting a few now.
MV is quite the LOTR fan so had a good guess at what would be waiting for us and he was right! Quickly located, signed and off to the next one!
Many thanks for the hunt GLISS. TNLN SL. Cheers!

Reperio at 1555.
Met up with Haveanez to do a spot of caching around the ACT this weekend, and being a fan of LOTR, we assumed we knew what would be waiting for us at GZ. Sure enough...we were right...and we quickly signed the cache and headed off to the next nearby cache.
Gratias GLISS!

My second attempt. This time successful. Had to smile about the container. TFTC GLISS!!
Found with Liv81 after. Game of softball on a second try. Was on he ground so lucky to spot it.TFTC
Found it this time with Shadow!...on the ground...we put it back where it's supposed to be but it may dislodge easily...TFTC!
No such luck...tried this one after Shadow! finished a double header of softball...got too dark so we'll try again next week!
Maybe we are losing our touch. We spent quite a while here looking at every tree, looking on the ground but found nothing.
Very difficult as it was a fair distance from where it should be-grounded and buried under litter-now back in place. Tftc
Based on the name we decided that this was a cache best suited to Mr Red_V (since Mrs Red_V is a sook when it comes to this sort of thing). He soon came up with the find. TFTC.
Ju and I were heading home and thought this one had been un-found long enough so we stopped in. It took us a couple of minutes but we eventually found him a little out of place. HP is certainly a favourite in our house. TFTC
There is still a fair bit of room on the log.

Not going to deny it, I am a harry potter fan. I did have that moment of "umm hang on a moment, aragog is a ....OH NO!"
I'm not scared of them at all. Really...

It was such a beautiful day today - so we headed out to find some more caches. We parked close by and walked in towards GZ. The co-ords were spot on so we made a quick find of this fantastic cache! We love it when people go to the trouble of making such a clever container. TNLNSL TFTC
OMG found it!!! Only just because we saw his equally sized buddy right next to him! Even the grown ups were wary of touching. Our first night cache and do much fun. Thanks oh and will post pic of his buddy
We checked the log on this one and there is still plenty of spots available. It's a micro so, the log is very thin but what it lacks in width it makes up for in length. Just leave an initial and date - plenty of room for another 30 or so finds.
Yay! I finally found it!
I was looking for this one with Ausy and we almost gave up, but found it in the end.
Nice hide.

What a fantastic hide. Took a bit of looking aroud but mainly because I could not get a good fix on GZ. Thanks GLISS for a clever hide.
We spent many Saturdays just within view this winter and many winters before.
One of my boys got a "long service" medallion for 10 years of playing.
I didn't get a medal for the 10 years of standing in the mud and the cold!
We enjoyed the hunt and the cache.

Searched for a while, even knowing what to expect it was still a shock to see it...fun container. Got swooped by a magpie on the way home so bit of an adventure. Thanks.
Wander around in circles for a bit, but found him in the end! Log needs to be replaced. Cheers.
Final cache found on a nice morning. After a bit of searching, the cache was in hand. A great container and hide, a fantastic idea for a cache! Nice area. Thanks GLISS!!
Had an idea what sort of hide this would be based on the name and the clues in the description. Wasn't long before we found it while avoiding the muggles walking past above and below. TFTC.
Eeeek, a spider! is what I'm pretty sure that BatgirlandCo said when she spotted this one.
Nice easy find amongst the trees.

Way awesome cache! Waited for passing muggles, said hi to Aragog Jr, signed the log and off to the next find! TFTC.
As I suspected what I would find at GZ I bravely let Doppelfrog go first. I am such a woos when it comes to such things....even worse than Ron.
Nicely done, nabbed on a busy Saturday run through the northern suburbs.
Thanks for the cache GLISS!

Found @ 3:40pm after a good round of golf
This used to my training ground and I went to the nearby college many moons ago. Anyway after circling GZ, the cache was eventually found. I like it but lucky I don't suffer from arachnaphobia!
Thanks for the cache GLISS!

Nice place for a cache and cool container, I had only one problem... I am ever so slighty scared of spiders... which made for a funny looking retrieval. I poked it several times with my pen just to make sure it wasnt alive...
Awesome cache and nice location... I fear you might scare a few muggles with this one.
Very cool little cache, in fact despite making me face a fear a favorite of mine
