archiving as I am an irresponsible nurse with x3 jobs , have been working 15hr night shifts for the last two years and two other roles, now I do covid vaccinations full time plus two other roles have been made feel like I dont care about caching because of a wet log, the fun has gone from caching for me
Not in the cable pit but close by so don’t worry trying to open the concrete lid.
This cache is rusty and old and battle scarred but the log is dry and all is well. It was a quick and easy find. Great spot for a cache.
What an awesome drive along here, found with Cached Up Mummy Jules on holidays from Cairns .. dropped TB
Yesterday we arrived at Woodside Beach to stay for a few days, today we are exploring the area using geocaching as our guide. No problems with this cache, thanks for bringing us here. SL TFTC
Took a bit of searching especially with gps not cooperating and some large defensive ants on a warpath for me but cache located signed and returned without any injuries.
Found it at 15:25 with Sadds.
First find for 2018 and a cute one at that. Nice hide, thanks for the fun

#1352 Day 4 of the 2017 Great Vic Bike Ride from Wilson's Prom to Trafalgar. (still catching up on my logs and it is almost Christmas!) As this cache appeared on my radar I veered off to the right and parked my bike. The passing bikes would assume it was a leak stop Spent over 5 mins looking for this. BOth the GPS and the phone were bouncing around about a 15 m diameter. I was pretty much heading back to my treadly when I spotted a potential hiding site. Fortunately it was and the cache was in hand (with the help of a small but sturdy stick). TNLNSL. TFTC Nautilus7497, now, back onto the bike...
Found whilst passing through the area for work with Jenny. Nice hide and break from drive tftc
Found today in a caching afternoon with bigrobv. I've driven past this location many times without realising there was a cache there and today it was good to finally get it as it's been on my list for a while. I've actually seen one of these cache containers before, in Morwell. I'm not sure if it's still there but it was nice to see another one thanks for the find, as usually we went the difficult way in!
Nice drive on a road we would never travel without this cache, thanks for the hide and drive. 2Greywombats
This one I had to do a u-banger for as the gps was sticky because of the trees.
Unfortunately, there was a dead wombat at the scene which gave a bit of a smell. I love wombats. I marked my respects and went on. A quick look around went for longer than expected as I went passed gz. Back to the car to let the gps settle down and I was off again. This time with more luck. I had a screwdriver with me which proved useful. Perhaps an umbrella would've been good too as rain was getting heavier. Can't stealth with a huge rainbow umbrella though...
Thanks for the stop off in a beautiful part of the world. I'd been visiting a friend at Woodside. I'd never been down here before. Lovely, it is.
Drive safe everyone and look out for wildlife...

Last cache find for us today, time was against us so a quick trip home was required after locating the cache and fungal contents. TNLNSL TFTH
Last cache for a very busy day that started in Foster. The container was a little damp inside but the log book was dry. Thanks Nautilus7497

Gps down so went round and round til finally found took carabiner left heart eraser. Tftc
We had made our way to the Woodside Road and identified the general area but the GPSrs were stuffing around in the trees so it took a few minutes to put our hands on the container at 12:15. The trusty SAK gave entry so we could peel the onion further. A bit of dampness inside. TFTC
A quick find whilst I was in the area.
A very novel cache Nautilus7497

Out riding a few trails today and this cache was too close not to hunt down. Manage to park the bike very closw to GZ (love that). Cache safe and dry. TNLN Thanks Nautilus7497 for the hunt.
Found on the way back from Woodside. Scrambled around for a little while wondering where this cache could possibly be. Went back to the car, then turned back to look at the bush, and spotted GZ - how did we miss that before? Interestingly, Elsie and William (Billy) Hall probably never thought their cottage would last, but I am proud to say it is still standing and keeping us dry; in fact we are the current residents and have been for nearly 20 years! There is a great local story about Elsie smoking Rosellas in the open fire place ( for eating!). Thanks Nautilus7497 for another local hide.

Another midnight run, another FTF!! Yay! (Mind you, we still haven't fully recovered the lost sleep from our Foster jaunt a few nights ago, haha) Headed off in search of the tin shroom, had saved the cache in my phone for offline use but took the garmin along as back-up anyway. GPSr wouldn't settle, was jumping all over the place saying 11m then 6m then 11 again, decided to abandon it and just use our eyes. Suddenly the torch picked up something glimmering in the light - oooh, a very nice touch! Cache was quickly in hand and pried open to reveal the welcoming sight of an empty log sheet. Plonked the garmin down to do a GZ reading whilst we signed the log. May be handy for future reference if anyone else has trouble? Love the inner cache, very cute. Not much room for swaps but I dropped a pink carabiner clip in anyway. Thanks for another night adventure Nautilus.
