Making our way towards Alexandra for the event using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find at GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

We found Golden Ball while on our school holiday “let’s annoy the teen” & go geocaching road trip. The Chief was using the old GPS as the Montana cracked it yesterday and wouldn't work so this cache popped up on his screen but not mine in a very serene spot. He decided to check it out & the cache was happily in place & in good condition.
Thanks Coruze for being a part of our Geocaching fun and being find number 8929

Geofamily trip to Victoria... Cool!
Mrs Moneydork, Moneydork, sushilord and I left Friday morning for a 4 day jaunt over the border to find a cache or two
Two nights in Wangaratta and then a night in Bendigo left me with 10 DNFs and 205 cache finds one of which was a FTF
Day 2 around Wangaratta and our expected long day of riding was cut short by a malfunctioning pushbike That meant only 100 finds today with 4 DNFs
Ooh a Coruze cache
I wonder if I think of her enough, will she know that I'm in the area[?]
It's too late to say hi now since I'm logging almost 2 weeks later

The geofamily are off on another trip to Mexico. Fun, sore backsides (for some) and Dad getting the geomobile stuck and breaking his bike, TWICE were the highlights of the trip. One of the running jokes for the trip was 'If it's 2.5T it's laying on the ground, if it's 2.5D it's under that pile of rocks or in the open, if it's listed as large we are looking for an eclipse tin' which came about due to a number of early finds. The lasting memory from this trip will be the grass seeds!!!
I think this was a quick find.
THanks for the cache Coruze.

This one was certainly done on the move - jumping up and down that is! There were millions of ants wanting to check the contents of the cache. Hopefully we didn't lock any in when we returned the container to its hiding spot. We found this cache on the way back to camp, after attending the Chiltern - Yeah Yeah Event.
Our thanks to Coruze for placing this cache.

I was on leave so plans were made to head to the Beechworth area with My good Mate the Roostaman, Today we were on a mission to bring up our Miles stones of 15000 and 13000 cache finds, We had a great day bike riding and Four Wheel Driving. Thanks Coruze for the cache.
Found with toptox on the way to Beechworth for something to eat before an afternoon caching.
We pulled the big flash dirty Prado to a halt here and thankfully were presented with an empty parking bay so we could make the search all muggle free.
So after a quick bit of a search we both scribbled our names in the book and set sail for chicken burgers and chocolate lamingtons..........mmmmm lamingtons......
Thanks young Rinny for the cache that I have driven past about a million times.
Cheers

One for the day, on to Beechworth for a few more. Thanks to Skullracing for the lift.
Initially I wondered what the significance of "Golden Ball" was. I had visions of the fairy tale of the princess with the golden ball, but after we headed off and I saw the name of the creek, I was enlightened. Your cache, like all others of this type of hide, was dry! TFTC
Continue caching around before heading back to Geelong after trekking in Falls Creek.
Thanks Coruze
Thanks Coruze
Quick find on my way to Everton this morning. Crisp air was beautiful as I signed the log. Lots of traffic though! Tftc.
A quick find on day two of our month long escape from Tassie. Stopped on our way back to Wangaratta after wandering around Beechworth. TFTC
Love the sign , we resisted urge to leave picnic litter. Lot of strength needed to get to access cache, needed a few tools as it was jammed tight. Tftc
The three of us had a nice quick cache stop here on our way back to Wangaratta from Beechworth.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Coruze.

Find #34 of 40 at 12:39:00 PM on my Mega Melbourne week - not a big total, but it turned out to be a fun & sociable time. But all good things must come to an end and it was time to start heading home again. Today I was travelling from Kilmore to Albury via Beechworth, with a 6+km walk in Beechworth, so took the opportunity to find a few caches along the way.
The hardest part of this cache was getting back on the road again - the blind corner is a bit of a worry, but luckily there was not much traffic today.
TFTC Coruze - and providing a reason to break my drive for a rest.

Found 2:37:00 PM, on our way to Beechworth for a long weekend of fine drink and food, and some cycling thrown in for good measure.

TFTC. drove from Milawa to Everton to get the Sunday paper. Decided to detour to find some more caches before we needed to head back to Melbourne at the end of next week. Nice, easy straight forward find. It is a lovely spot to watch the water gurgle along.
Day 2 of my weekend down in Albury/Wodonga and surrounds caching with Coruze. Yesterday was a nice big day picking up caches after attending an event and today we were off and at it again. Today we were targeting more of the challenges and puzzle caches. We had a great day out before I had to drive back home to Canberra really wanted more time to continue caching [:p]. Today we seen lots of lovely locations, some great caches, saw a brand new calf trying to take its first steps (mind you, the poor little thing was failing miserably lol) and even seen a historic Ned Kelly location .
And off to the Golden Ball we go, was wondering where the name came into play when I noticed the Golden Ball Creek Bridge, nice
Thanks for the cache placement Coruze

A quick find. It would be interesting to know why the location is known as 'Golden Ball'. Is there a connection with the gold finds of the area?
A quick stop as we needed an emergency nappy change here!
Thanks for the convenient cache find too!

Dragons and Bears are staying for a while in Eldorado during school holidays. Our second trip around the area led us to Beechworth to sample some coffee and general tourist delights. On the way back to Eldorado, thought that it was time to stop for a couple of caches. Just on dark, we stopped beside the road and had this one quickly. TNLN. SL. Cache returned and off we go.

Having said goodbye to my caching buddies after yesterdays massive 107 caches in a day, I was feeling very tired and heading back to Melbourne. I stopped for a few caches in the way home, and this was one of them. I this cache up at 10:56am.
Another quick stop on my way to Milawa. I thought this location was a surface water monitoring site at first, but soon realised it is a water off take point. I was able to quickly find the cache and add my name to the list of finders.
Thanks for the cache Coruze!

#1687 - Found well guarded by B. Had breakfast here but the seating is really for very short people. All part of the fun and challenges on our bicycle AroundOz tour. Thanks Coruze for the cache hide.
Could not find it because area was over grown and I cut my self and need to go to the toilet!
We picked this one up on our way back from Everton. This is a golden cache as its going to be our 500th cache.

Found at 10:15am on a beautiful spring morning in the North East. Heading out with Harrowang for a delightful day of geocaching in this lovely corner of the state. We soon had the cache in hand and were grateful for the seating provided for cachers comfort! SL Picked up Trester TB and Left: Ethan's flight TB to search for aeroplanes. TFTC Coruze
Reperio at 1245.
On a day of finding mostly puzzle and challenge caches, I happened to be driving past this one, I decided to make a quick stop to find it. A quick search in the likely spot soon revealed the cache.

While doing some epic multi-day caches in Kelly country, we visited all the sites of interest we could in the area.
With a Geelong crew including Suss Vulture, DBelco, Frog_Lady and BuckleysBabe, we were now making our way home and made a stop here to have a look at the bridge.
Thanks for the cache and for bringing us here, Coruze.

One of 21 caches found today during a big three day cache run, up to and around Kelly country which included Benalla, Tolmie, Beechworth and Glenrowan. A great three days spent exploring and discovering with a fantastic group of fellow cachers, which we collectively called ourselves 'The Kelly Gang'.
Jacko83 had jumped in the car with me to find a few caches as we made our way to Beechworth. Making our way along the Beechworth-Wangaratta Road, we stopped to find some caches before meeting up with the rest of the gang in Beechworth. A nice easy park and grab today. Thanks Coruze.

We were so nearly run off the road here, thank goodness Muggle Hubby is an excellent driver with good brakes. Even though he indicated well before we tried to turn left off the road, the transport driver barrelling down the road behind us was never going to slow down. We obtained the cache quickly but delayed heading back out onto the road by having some arvo tea here while Hubby recovered his composure
A quick find on our way past. Interesting consequence for littering... although there were bottles of wine in the bin that were unopened. We contemplated taking them... but who knows what the deal was so we didn't take any! Thanks for the hide.
A quick roadside grab as I headed up the hill to Beechworth. Not too much traffic so I pulled in here easily. A bit trickier getting out though.
Thanks Coruze
Thanks Coruze
[:(!] Went for a full day of caching and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

On the way home after the event in Beechworth, where we briefly had the chance to meet you and some other local catchers. This was a easy enough find, now the rain has stopped. Thanks Coruze FTC.
A Maker Madness event in Beechworth is a good chance to knock over a few more caches in the beautiful north east corner of the state.
This was a very quick stop and a find in a very obvious spot.
