Found a likely spot for a cache but all I could find was a lid and plastic bag. Took a photo of what I found. Looked around quickly for other hides but found nothing. Hope it hasn't been muggled if someone knows if what I found is part of the cache can they mark it for maintenance. Thanks.

Bit tricky as we approached the cache from the wrong side and none of the geokids or dad wanted to get wet Smile great park the kids call it mozzie park after being eaten alive last summer. TFTH

Found @ 7:37pm, find # 3224.
This was another great day of caching out in the bush with Biggles1024, with a mix of transportation to get us to the various locations and GZ's. ( car, bike, foot ).
By now we were on our way home and as we were going passed this one, we stopped in for a look around.
We found our way into this reserve and headed to GZ, it was only a short walk at the end and we were there. It had been a long day which showed at this cache as we had been searching around but we were a bit to low, after standing back the torch light then hit a very obvious cache hide location, this was where the cache was found.
Thanks to nanna.c-super.pops for placing this cache.

Find #1169

Another trip to Warburton and beyond with my caching partner, Stemicmitsar. Our transportation varied from car to bikes to good old Shank's Pony. The day dawned with the promise of fine weather and it was fine for all but the briefest of periods.
We entered this park well after sunset so it was deserted. We searched low down because that's where we been finding almost all the caches we'd found on this day. Not having any luck I stood back and shone my torch around a bit. Bingo! A very likely spot was illuminated. So likely was this spot that we both let out a groan because it was an obvious hiding place and in daylight, I've no doubt we would have walked straight to it. Our last find of the day, I was happy to sign the log and then head home.

Our first cache in Healsville where we are staying for a few days before a family wedding and then it's off to Western Australia.
Our grandson is with is for the few days, and he showed us the delight of swaps in caches which we had never really understood before. He discovered a red car in this one and there was no way it was going to be allowed to go back in! So we replaced it with a key ring and a sewing kit.
Grandson then faithfully returned the cache to its hiding place, with a little help. He is two and has been caching occasionally since birth!
Healsville is a lovely place, but we wish it would stop raining!

This was the next cache on an excursion to Healesville today with kmace.

I drove down Don Rd but as I approached Queens Park I had a rush of blood and pulled into the first entrance that I found rather than waiting for the entrance to the picnic area a bit further down the road and much closer to the cache. Red Face I could have shifted the car but kmace was happy to walk the few hundred metres to the cache.

As we approached GZ we noticed some muggles in the picnic area. Luckily they were too focused on their lunch and conversation to notice what we were doing. Wink Thanks to spot-on co-ords we found the cache quickly and then took it to the picnic area where we signed the log at 1:25 pm. I took a yellow sports car and left a black ninja. We then returned the cache to its hiding spot and headed back to the car.

Thanks nanna.c-super.pops for the well-hidden cache. I took a photo of some ibises near the picnic area, probably scavenging for food. Razz

Found this one today. Ladioactive and I went to this cache - we both didn't really know the area so we parked in the wrong place for this cache. There were some muggles in the picnic area but we enjoyed the river and then the cache was found. We retired back to the picnic area to sign the log. Ladioactive swapped some things today but I just signed the log without swapping anything. Really nice area for a cache so awarding a favourite point today.

Thanks for the cache nanna.c-super.pops.
