US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 3. This was our first day caching, and it was full on desert caching with the Planes Trans and Automobiles series on the menu. The last for the day, and just behind our hotel, but we had to go around to get to it. Thanks.

Staying in Barstow for a few days so used it as a base to cache the area, Barstow day 2
headed out to do the planes , trains and auto series in our 2WD, with no real issues with the road
Got this one after a day out in the desert , back in town for some R&R
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, Sth & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

Found with Albida and mtrax on day 2 of our 4 week 2014 US adventure. Logs were signed as S.A.M...
Enjoyed driving along the roads here and after arriving at the GZ, the cache was soon in hand. Log signed and we off to the next one.....
Great to be back in the area again and grabbing a few more caches.

In Barstow for a bowling tournament. While waiting for a movie to start we went out and grabbed a few caches near by. I logged this one as Sugarheads. TFTH.
Took some searching before I spotted that little devil.Thanks for one more Craze! cache.
