WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 50 - Bunbury Day 2. The day started on the scooter seeking art locations, some for Labs some for Multis. I made at least one mistake in each multi, but they are sorted now and I will look for them later. I avenged one DNF from yesterday and then went on a car based suburban and industrial caching run till a late lunch. There are some parts of Bunbury that get very busy at times. I sort of fell into a caching run out to Turkey point. A few interesting aches and two trains, more than I have seen for the rest of my trip. With caching done, I headed back to the van for some afternoon catching up on logging.Once I wended my way from the multi story car park to the open air car park all the way at the other end of the shops I was right next to the cache hiding spot. Plenty of options here, but it did not take too long. The magnet has come off the container, but is rusted onto the host, so still works, when you get it all in the right spot. Thanks for the cache Rach247720.10 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2009 Ink Frog A#134**Albida**
Popped in here and pleased to say: a quick find. Thanks for genus out of the jalopy for a quick stretch of legs.
We were on our way to BigW to get a pen to sign another Cache. Thanks for the find!
Waiting for hollowfrog while she is picking up bread, then off for a spot of night caching. Tftc, hollowfrog made quick work of this one.

Thinking this cache belonged to me I thought I'd check it while at the shops today. Lucky I'm co-owner so doesn't look bad after all, haha
Cache is definitely there

I had contemplated looking for this cache yesterday. I baulked at the recent DNF. I did need another DNF that day.
So today I returned to the area and had a go. I found a car park right next to GZ. I saw a muggle behind me so I sat in the car for a while. While sitting I was looking out my window at GX to see if I might see the cache. As it turned out I spotted something that proved to be the cache. So I was out of the car, and cache in hand and back in the car to sign the log in a matter of seconds.
The reverse was just as quick.

Spotted it from the car but had to wait for some fast food fiends to depart before grabbing and replacing.
Find 38 of 44 with 4 DNFs on a full day of bike riding around Bunbury for WAGB2022.
Could be a busy spot and a tricky find, happy to land on it instantly.

Down from Geraldton trying to hit 400 finds before tomorrow. So hard not to look like a weirdo while looking for this one, blends in well
Found while out cycling around Bunbury. We were a little worried that this was going to take us awhile luckily the cache revealed itself quickly. Thanks
Apologies for the late log. I only recently (re)discovered this list of caches which I had picked up on my drive back from a very enjoyable long weekend in Margs. Being quite late on a Sunday by the time I reached Bunbury the retail stores and traders were all closed which made for the perfect time to grab a few caches here. This was one that I stopped off at. Parked up next to GZ and was relieved to make a very quick find. Was expecting as longer search here! All ok today though, TFTC
Down in Bunbury for the day. Made a few finds along our way. Quick find here. Thanks for the hide
I knocked off work a little early to drive down here to see a car that a friend was buying. In the end, this was lucky, because he bought the car, and I had to drive his other one home! I grabbed this cache when we parked nearby for a comfort stop before driving home to Rockingham again. A nice little park'n'grab.
Thanks for the cache, baffle

Nearly got caught by muggle mum & kids coming back to there car parked nearby. Pretended I was looking at the serial numbers and recording them .... The things we do when looking for caches

The jinta mob has been a bit lacking in cache finds lately so Mrs jinta decided that a weekend away was in order to try and grab a few caches while exploring this area! We camped in Bunbury and headed away nice and early to grab a few caches around town and had an absolute blast collecting caches this weekend. Fave points will be awarded when deserved, thanks for putting this cache out. Cheers and TFTC.

Suscoe was out on our last day of caching in and around the Bunbury area.
Another mild day with some threatening cloud in the morning clearing to a sunny afternoon.
We did some caching and some tourist drive things on a great day out.
Got as far as Donnybrook and admired the apples and pears, now we know where the apples that we buy at home come from.
Then back via the King tree and a few roads inbetween.
Thanks to baffle, another quick find for us.
Glad of that too.
Car park fairly quiet here today.

I tried a few weeks ago but GZ was being worked on.
Came back today and feared the cache may have been mugged during the work but after a few moments looking and bingo. Cache still in place. TFTC

Heading south from Mandurah, to explore some of the waterways we noticed on the map of Bunbury. Naturally there were stops, such as this one, to satisfy our addiction for smiley tokens.
Thanks baffle for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Hi there baffle - We found D & J Shopping. today - our find # 3585. SWMBO and I are on a short holiday of a few weeks duration but today we were heading towards Bunbury. The cache was found quickly and the container and log are both in good condition. SL. Thanks to baffle for the cache.
Took a little bit for my eyes to lock in here but an obvious find once they did. Had to wait a little bit on returning this thing due to muggles at a car right next to it! Tftc
