Out for an afternoon of geocaching while the geogirlfriend went to a wedding. Beautiful weather made for a great day on the bike!
Cache found on good condition, number 3 for the day. Unfortunately it looks like the little guy had gone through a medievil execution.

TFTC! Normal caching foray in the suburbs of greater Perth on a lovely Thursday afternoon with Cravo10. This week we decided to head out to lesmurdie, something we instantly regretted when the weather turned out to be quite warm, probably not the best idea to be inland when we could be caching in the breeze off the coast of this wonderful state of ours!
Anyway we had a couple of small loop trails to complete that were leftover from our last visit to lesmurdie a few months back with KrabiBoy, so we knocked over the first and then Cravo mentioned a cider brewery he had seen signs for on the way..being a bit worked over by the heat we decided to have a couple of taste trays (highly recommended) which turned out to be not too far a walk from another cache and then the fernandogirls last day of the school holidays trail near the Munda vbiddi track! Good planning some say!
Another lovely day out with a nice mixtures of hides, although we did have a couple of DNFs but we have so many caches to find out here we will be back soon! Thanks

Out for collecting some smileys in the hills today with the geo-girlfriend.

After completing a couple of series before lunch we decided to 'head for the hills' with iluvtrekking & JacobsCrew2 to tackle this series. Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon wandering through beautiful reserve and enjoying the bush aromas after the recent rain. A lot of thought put into each container and placement. Thanks monf
We loved the different containers and the varied hides of the caches in this area. Thanks monf for your caches.
I had a few hours to kill before the rest of the family woke up so I headed out to the hills just before dawn to see how many caches I could find until I got the hurry-up call to get home. Very peaceful, still morning. Saw many kangaroos, several large lizards and I was almost run over by about a dozen mountain bikers. Such a great area to explore. It's really nice to see a wide array of caches out here. TFTC monf
Came up to the hills again this afternoon to get my fix of caches, had my eye on this series for a while so decided to see how many I could grab in my spare half hour or so
Parked up at the end of Valencia road and headed bush, ended up finding the 5 of 5 that I attempted and was pleasantly surprised by the interesting caches that I came across. A great little series with a difference.
Finally found a small track to make life a bit easier, looks like its gets a bit of use from mountain bikes, I reckon if I was on a bike I would come a cropper more than once, pretty easy to navigate on foot though. Got to GZ here and spotted the cheerful cache more or less straight away. One of his hands has fallen off but he doesn't seem to mind.

I liked it. Would be great for kids. Infact I liked this entire walk with the geomutt too.
I had a few hours to spare this morning before meeting the family for lunch so i headed back up this way to pick up a few caches.
Ive been meaning to do this series for ages so today was the day to do it. I really enjoyed the walk to all the caches and with spot on co-ords all the novel cache containers were found quickly. I will have to give you a favourite point for each one of the caches. TFTC monf

Having completed a few of the others not so long ago Daz headed back today to grab the next few in the series. This cache was also found within seconds of arriving at GZ. Fortunately the hide was located, signed and rehidden only moments before a couple of mountain bike riders rolled past. TFTC!

I was in this area for the first time today and I had about 30 caches on the to-do list. I was able to find all but one and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and creativity of the hides around here
A nice easy find with a neat camo. TFTC monf. A favourite point here for the series

Teamed up with jasenjanine and DangerMouse09 and headed up this way to grab a few caches. Apart from a few problems with caches not uploading onto my gps, we still managed to find all this fantastic series without a hitch. Hadn't realized this area was here. DangerMouse managed to ride his bike around most of the loop. Lots of wildflowers in bloom along the way to admire too. Thanks to the original CO's for the sentiment that went into placing them, and thanks to monf for keeping them going.
After yesterday torrential rains we were delighted that this morning dawned bright and clear. Just the day for a walk along some bush trails in an area we had not visited before. Noting the higher percentage of favorites bestowed along this series it promised that it could be an entertaining walk. WE stated near Valencia Rd and circled anticlockwise managing to stay on the trails almost all the way. We were delighted with the extra effort that had gone into placing these micros in the bush and the personal history they represented. Thanks for taking over these caches monf and have a fav for the cache and also in recognition of original CO.
Was a little concerned about the weather behaving itself while I did this loop, but had no problems at all - it was a wonderful walk with birds singing joyously and the wildflowers poking their noses out producing beautiful perfume.
The caches were very cleverly constructed and a joy to find - despite their size! (I normally object strongly to micros in the bush!) And I appreciated and empathised with the thoughts for each cache.
This was a very cheerful chappie smiling at me as I rounded the tree, however the cache was quite damp and requires replacing.
The last of the series was the only one that I had problems finding.
Thanks very much to trevkevred and now to monf for this most enjoyable walk and series of caches.

This series has been on my todo list since trevkevred had put it out. Little B and I enjoyed the walk through the peaceful bush, not a muggle in sight.

This series was fun to find on a walk trail that was easy and would suit geo-kids - ribbit. tftf.

Wow I have been looking forward to today for 3 weeks. A big days caching with The Machman and SpatialRiQ
The Machman and Mrs Felix left home at about 6am in the dark to be joined later by RIQ. Well as we had taken a bit longer on the first caches of the morning we arranged to meet SpatialriQ here. hmmm well we were later and later than we thought and he was very nice about it too thankfully
Quick find of another cute cache..

Planned a hills caching day with The Machman and FelixII a few weeks back, so we pooled the caches we wanted to target plus all our solved puzzles. Was a great day to be in the hills caching away from the city for a change.
Loved this little series. Nice bit of forest to wander around in. Another quick find here of an interesting froggy. TFTC.

FELIX and I had been planning a trip to Kalamunda Hills for about 2 years, but the seasons just passed by and
we have never quite made it.
Over this time the list of unfound Caches grew astronomically and we are now left with needing to spend a week there just to make a dent.....
Anyway today was the first day of our assault on the hills...
We started with a decent 3 hour walk around the northern part of the Banyowla Regional Park then headed over to this reserve to meet the "Spatial One" and complete this very well thought of circuit of caches.
Cheers for bringing us up here, a great series with a wonderful sentiment.

Another quick find. I had to carry the dog from the last cache I did as his little legs got tired. I think a few more longer walks for him and he'll be fit.

This is the cutest cache i think we have found signed log and on our way to the next one great series thanks for putting in all the effort,
[:(!] Went for a morning caching run with the two grandsons from Owers Corner to do this series and fitted in an extra one along the way, parked the geoGrand Vitara as close as possible to GC44PCW (Old Mc Donald) and from there we walked the circuit, on arrival at GZ and with three pairs of eyes we had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes.

Small Squeak had been talking about kissing frogs in the car, she was amazed to see her wish was coming true, unfortunately we have to log the prince as a DNF!
Accurate coordinate and a brightly coloured cache made for another hasty find. Thanks for the cache.
Followed the MTB track to return to car and pick up rest of series...thanks trevkevred
