Out and about on a sunny day with TBU1BIKESU and muggle brother Siggi to get more smiles and clean up some DNF.Found the cache and signed the log. Tftc .PetAlKids
We came up today to Sippy Downs to collect some more caches along the way to Buderim. We stopped nearby and walked to GZ. After a bit of search we had the cache in hands and signed the log.Tftc PetAlKids
Was found. Good to see it was still there and the names of those who came before..
Cache located and opened to find it a quarter filled with rusty coloured water.Luckily log was dry in its clip lock bag.Signed log and replaced in non visible spot a good stretch away.ThanksPetAlKids
I needed to find a ‘Recommended at Night’ cache for a challenge I’m working on and his one wasn’t too far from home, and so after work, I made my way to a nearby parking spot and went for the find. Only once I parked my car did I actually read the cache description, hint and logs. It hasn’t been found for a while. I hoped it was still there.
On approaching GZ, I had a suspicion of where a cache might be hidden, but stood back for a moment…lucky I did, as two students rode past on their pushbikes. After that near-miss, I was able to wait for a break in the traffic, and I reached West, and was happy to put my hand on a familiar container. A couple of grabs later, thanks to some good magnets, and the cache was in hand. Both the cache and the log sheet are in good condition here. 363 Unloved Points…woohoo! Thanks for the cache.

PetAlKids I found your cache Over to USC on 1/6/2022, 3:15 pm. This is my find 3460 and find # 13 today. Arrived at GZ and decided to have a think about this with the help of the hint. Decided where I thought it would should be and in between traffic checked the spot and straight away had my hand on it. In the first place I checked. Yippee. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Peppa and I had planned to attend the Meet the Canadian event at Mooloolaba today so to make a day of it, we left home at 7am to have a full day.
This cache was our first for the day and had arranged to meet up with E-Smiley too who also battled the traffic jam to find a parking spot nearby. At GZ, Peppa made the find and found the cache had water in it. Cleaned up the contents and logsheet before returning the cache back to its hide.

Patrol14 and I have journeyed to the Sunnie Coast for the Canadians at the Coast event in Mooloolaba this afternoon… deciding to make a full day of it we left the Southern burbs of Brisbane this morning at 7am…
Thinking we’d work our way through Mountain Creek we were joined by E_Smiley… Like whenever we attempted to walk on grass today, it didn’t take long to get bogged down in the caches…
This cache helps with a crazy challenge cache on the Northside of Brisbane and was our first stop of the day… thanks to the specific hint it was a quick find…
The cache was full of water, so after making our mark, we replaced the snap lock bag and returned everything as found… happy to show this cache a little love… tftc…

D 2.5 T 1.5 Small Traditional Cache
So happy to have joined the lovely caching group of Peppa, Patrol14, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947 before the event today. We basically targeting caches with recommended at night to qualify for a challenge, I still need 8/15 after this cache.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here PetAlKids. Enjoyed the adventure.

This was one of those caches where you ask yourself afterward some searching - Why didn't I follow my first instinct. TFTC.
On my way to the sunshine coast for a weekend family event on the way I thought I would grab a few caches along the way. Sippy Downs has a few puzzle caches that I have solved and needed to collect. While passing I grabbed a few trads as well.
This one was an easy find today and the hint helped a lot. With the log signed and cache returned as found I was off to the next one in the area.
Thanks for placing this one here.
Thanks Petalkids great trail and with the bike on board we were able to get this cache easily.
Parked at the suggested area and walk down to GZ. With the help of the hint and a previous log my fingers touched the cache! That didn’t take too long! Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks PetAlKids for a sneaky hide!
A day out caching on the Sunshine Coast with Brislions. After finding a nearby cache, we headed to this one. A bit of a search, but the cache was located and the log signed. TFTC
I was up on the Sunshine Coast again grabbing a few caches with Selva Girls. I found 27 caches for the day Selva Girls found a few less. We had lots of fun today. Sorry for the generic post, yes more short log because I am so far behind in logging. TFTC. *3868* Finds
Just over a year ago we logged a DNF on this cache. Now that we have found it, we can squarely look ourselves in the eyes and say we were searching in the wrong spot. I also lost my virginity many moons ago so there is hope that I will find that again too one day.
We had ridden past this cache earlier in the day and I was dreading the return visit. The only thing worse that having multiple DNFs on a cache is finding out that your kids like your mother and mother-in-law more than you.
Today we thought about the hint and so I laid down to stretch out. Laying down while caching is definitely therapeutic and it also gave me some ideas on where I might find my lost virginity. tftc

Found nice and easy. Ants were back but cleared them out. Replaced the logsheet and the ziplock bag. TYFTC.
Having food at nearby McDonalds with the grandchildren and I looked for a nearby cache and this was it. Our youngest daughter and youngest granddaughter came with me for the walk. Very pleased we found it on this 29th February. Sadly the container had become a desired residence for an ant colony. We evicted them but can’t guarantee they won’t become squatters again also sadly the ziplock baggie is worn out and the log is satched. Unfortunately I had no replacements with me so had to leave it as it was. We managed to leave our initials and the date and I will add a photo of such. Nice to have this unloved cache loved again.
Cheers and happy caching!
Cheers and happy caching!
Mrs Woodyrothwell and I were spending a couple of hours on the coast picking up some caches on a local exhibition holiday. The sunshine was good but the caching mojo was not. We aren’t adverse to sticking our hands in all sorts of crazy spots so we stuck and dug in every spot but all we ended up with was some rust. Thanks anyway
Out and about enjoying a gorgeous winter's day on the sunny coast chasing some caches and solved puzzles to help finish up the final Museum Mystery souvenir. Took some searching before changing my perspective and reaching blindly into a spot where a cache was located.

Log signed at 11:20 and cache returned as found. Thanks for the smilie **PetAlKids**. This log is trackable.

I am quickly working out that the only way,
to find caches Sunnyside way,
is by bicycle
Trying to find caches by geomobile is just damn frustrating !!
So here I woz in yet another caching spot unreachable by geomobile,
but conveniently located next to a cycleway[^]
Some poking around was required,
but after a few minutes me brain was rewired,
and found this damn sneaky cache hide [^]
I thoroughly approve !!
So fave dance time for this one

Friday. There was no one around GZ today for me. Not a soul! So I had plenty of time to look. Read through some previous logs when I couldn’t make a quick find. I hate putting my hands where I can’t see (especially on hot days) [xx(] In the end, I was faffing around and thought I heard something. Moved my hand again and heard the familiar noise I was looking for. Got you! Cache in good order here. Log signed and replaced as found.
This was the 8th of 9 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***PetAlKids***, for showing us this place.

Took a little while due to tunnel vision. Searched blindly and found it.
Searched everywhere.. until we team got together and start talking about the description and found it as soon we thought where it would be. Thanks team for a great day deafcat deafphantom and my other half
#15942. The high muggle factor meant we were about to leave thos one until later, but I made a final search and managed to locate the cache. TFTC.
StreetWalker and I set out not long after 7am to find a few caches in the USC area, wanting to get our find count for 25th July to at least 20 caches, and hopefully to 26 (a challenge we have set ourselves).
We parked in the enormous car park on Claymore Rd and walked over the overbridge. Probably picked the worst time possible as there were heaps of cyclists and pedestrians going past, on their way to school and work, so we had to wait until there were gaps in the "traffic" before searching. It took a second pass to find the cache - my fingers must have been mms away on the first pass. TFTC.

Left hand is definitely easier so thanks for the tip. Relatively easy find after a difficult mornings hunt.TFTC
While there weren't too many muggles about in the middle of the day I strolled over to find this one. It took a bit of looking and thinking but then I spotted it out in the open. Ants had made a nest inside so I evicted them and signed in. The log sheet is in perfect condition.
I placed it back just behind where I found it to give it a little more cover from passing muggles. Use your left hand to reach for it as this will be easier.
Thanks PetAlKids for a great little cache.

This one had us scratching our heads for a little bit and using the clue we found the sun setting and decided that we had to check a few places. Once I got down to business and thought bout it I had the cache in my hands within secs. TFTC
Running out of caching time, so these along here were the last ones for the day.
I made Rhobocacher walk a bit faster then I usually would have, had to be back for an afternoon appointment.
Luckily they were all quick easy finds, this one was the only one that gave us a little trouble, but after using our brains we worked out where it had to be and Rhobocacher put her hands on it.

Tried finding this one at night. Nice and quiet. Couldn't find anything. The last log was in Sept and mentioned no container? Can CO please confirm it is still in place?
I looked for this a few days ago forgot to log it (this is the second time I've tried ) had a chat to someone who found it he described the right spot and what we was looking for. But no luck. Maybe owner needs to go check this one.
Log found. No container around. Log is very wet due to torn bag. Unable to sign but have a photo as proof.
Found by Mary & David at 1605. Cache is still in place, but is still in dire need of some CO TLC, as described by yval back in May. Our thanks to PetAlKids.
Found the baggie with the log inside but no sign of a container. The log is wet and soggy and almost impossible to sign. The baggie is bust. Needs some urgent maintenance if the cache is to survive much longer.

Cute...but needs better weather protection. And I would have said stretch west.
Found the logbook, think the cache might have been muggled? Logbook all wet. Camo-ed it up a little too.
So, found the log in the bag on the side of the footpath with geocaching instructions. No cache in site though. Had a pretty good look around to try and see where it was suppose to be or what it was suppose to be in but couldn't find it at all. So left it tucked behind the metal rail on the other side of the fence. . Owner will need to maintain
Was driving on the way to do another cache and saw the one on the bridge and realised it would be easy in pluggas so we decided to have a crack. But at the GZ all we found was a new log in a bag on the ground. No container in sight . Signed book and hid behind guard rail though. Wasn't sure what else to do I'm sorry.
Technically found but only logbook on side of road. Cache is nowhere to be found
Went past today and it seems to have disappeared. I will replace with a similar container in a similar place soon.
boy I boy did we giggle! pocoyo and I were out today for a spot of caching. from memory she tells me its on the other side of bla bla bla...... im like noooooooooooooo..... she's like yeah the cops got us last time she was there...... so now your a repeat offender huh pocoyo and your taking me down with you!!!!! we're still giggling and have arrived at gz...... trying to be sneaky and giggling and making funny jokes. what a blast!!!! stay down eggy, they wont see you!!!!!
out running and caching, this is no 9 so far, so we are pretty pleased.
this could be tricky in the daytime, so many cars, and from previous experience I'm thinking there must be a motorway camera around somewhere , as the police were pretty quick to appear last time i was here! so egg zachary and i are squeezing through a tight spot in the fence, giggling like school girls, and we raced to gz. 'get down and they won't see us' (squatting behind a guardrail) giggle giggle... log signed and we make a run for it, all the while egg is saying that i am a bad influence on her... who me ? little pocoyo?
gracias PetAlKids

Found this thanks to similar ones we have been finding recently, so knew what kind of thing to look for!
My second attempt to find and with the help of some long arms the cache was in hand. Forgot a pencil so will be back to sign the log. TFTC

A bugger to find when there is so much traffic roaring past.

Was out riding this morning and checked some of our caches. This one is still there, waiting to be found.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.
I thought would be an easy find, have looked on 3 occasions and still found nothing
Won't give up though, as I ride my bike over this bridge quite often.

Already parked in the university car park so thought I'd walk over the bridge and have a look for this one. After a few minutes and numerous muggles, I soon had the cache in hand. TFTC PetAlKids
Checked this one while walking past today and it's still in the same spot.
Happy caching.
