I'm sorry to say this one has had it's day. Thanks to those who have found previously.
Mmmm.............Gone again!!
May need a rethink...........hopefully have it up and running soon
May need a rethink...........hopefully have it up and running soon
Found it but needs maintenance! No puzzle just a box sitting in the open. No Bueno.
Ummmm........ooops wrong cache but I didn't realise until male membsec told me after I scribed our name! Silly male membsec was suppose to be navigating us to a nearby traditional cache, oh well picked up some TBs!
A beautiful spot, thanks for highlighting it with a cache. A favourite for scenery!
Having a short break in Caloundra, and it's only natural to grab a few caches while in the area.
We wandered down past the monument where we gave our respects. Near GZ the T rating indicated the elevation we needed. I helped the kids down the rocks, and we soon found the container tucked away. There were no swaps, so the kids added some for the next junior finders.
It's a shame the puzzle box is missing, it's a nice quiet spot to figure one out.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #2888 for us. Thanks **shanet4553 now owned by Wesso Family** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

I had just proved my lack of patience at a nearby cache. I was sort of looking forward to this, but I was also happy enough with the nice easy find.
Well this was definitely an interesting adventure today, I parked back along near the memorial, and decided to walk down, since the rain had let up just a little.
I took the first route I spotted down as I was not sure if it was the best option or not, soon coming across some waterfalls, along the way. Soon enough I was close to GZ and spotted something slightly out of place and soon enough had the container in hand.
I was interested to see the puzzle inside, however upon opening the container all that I found was the log book (with logs matching most of the recent finders), and have informed the CO of the missing piece of the puzzle.

Picked our time well here with very few muggles around
Found the hide easy enough and then sat down to have a look
And think about how to get to the logbook
Tried a few ways and then geo wife had a go as well
Then it was my turn again and at last it started to open
But not all at once
That would be to easy wouldn't it
Some more looking and touching and thinking
And what do you know we have the log in hand
Thanks for some fun while looking out at the ocean
All is safe and dry and back in place

Found at 12:56pm.
I just love this area, so many things to look at while sitting down and relaxing, taking it all in.
Once the cache was found, spinna76 soon had it open as he had done one of these previously. We signed the log and placed back as foudd.

#1317 @ 12:56 pm In the company of Stacevel, *SuzySquirrel* and electro_man. Quick find after a small search. Gained access to cache and signed log. ~ TFTC shanet4553 now owned by Wesso Family
Awesome location! We went scenic route. Love the puzzle box, thought I was in a Dan Brown novel
Grabbed this cache before 5am this morning so I could have a chance to figure it out before the area was crawling with people. I sat on the unique seat which gave quite a bit of cover from prying eyes and got to work. There is a loose bit of the box which I spent a long time trying to figure out if that had something to do with opening it, but after at least 10 minutes of playing around I finally had the log. I have never done one of these before and it was a novel experience. The added pressure of trying to do it before anyone comes and sees what I am doing also added another element to it. TFTC Wesso family.
Awesome puzzle, had us stumped for a little while til we solved the last bit. TFTC and my partners great teamwork ( Miss Awesomeness ).
No muggle activity tonight due to the late hour so found it after a little search. Got into the box with out too much trouble TFTC
Out and about with friends tonight and really wanted to have a go at this one. We did another puzzle box earlier today and the kids just jumped in and solved it before I could even get a look in! It didn't take us long to get it open, and I enjoyed the opportunity. Thanks.
Grew up with these sorts of puzzles lying around the house which I was fairly impatient with so I know I got lucky when it didn't take long for me to crack it. Beautiful spot. TFTC! A couple of trackables in there which I left.
Didn't feel like I had much patience .... But after consuming a coffee and finding I was only a couple minutes away it was a Irresistible cache. Clever!!! Nice view too!!
dropping off a trackable that I have hung on to for far too long..... bye bye to my fist ever trackable
Seriously proud of myself for solving this one as I am usually not very good at these puzzles. Left a geocoin which wants to visit puzzle caches. TFTC.
On holiday from England with The Fat Fairy, almost our last day. took some time to open. tftc
Sat and pondered with this to start, after about 10 minutes we were in. Fantastic cache, thank you.
I tell you what, it is good that the kids like geo-caching. I found the cache, and opened it and pulled out the field puzzle. Youngest geo-kid, aged 8 yells - "I know how to do that". Just as well, I would have been stumped.... Got there, and placed a TB in as well. Lovely spot and a FP

After the group mountain climb yesterday, where only my 8yr old wanted to come, it was time today to swap. He stayed with Dad while I took the 2, 4 & 11yr old (BookWorm Scout - BWS). BWS was insisting he needed to get at least 6 to be equal with his brother so we headed out to Caloundra...
This time I was lucky enough to stay in the car. Once again I sent BWS off with the phone to find the cache, and knowing it might take a while he brought it back to the car. Taking it in turns we both had some minor success until it was opened - very happy it didn't take us too long. BWS really enjoys this style of container and was comparing it to similar ones he has at home. When he returned the container BWS took plenty of photos of the lead up to GZ in order for me to view the 'really cool' spot it was hidden...in stop motion picture format.
Thanks once again shanet4553 now owned by Wesso Family. Its always fun down this way.

KingKeyLocksmiths, Marina 25 and I headed out today with a certain challenge in mind (25 unique D/T in a day). 'This was find #21! By now it was dark, so we headed to GZ with a torch where we spent the next 15 minutes trying to figure out the cache. But with all 3 of us working together we finally came up with the goods!! TFTC!
5/7/15 Out for a day with Zardecoh and Marina25 to complete the Unique D/T challenge. I was looking forward to trying this cache, but now that night had set in I wasn't so sure we could do it. We found a park easily enough and made our way to GZ. The cache was quickly retrieved and then the puzzle work began. It was just what I expected and we had done one of these recently at Stanthorpe. But as we attempted to open it, we realised it was not quite the same. After a bit more time to study and jiggle it all fell into place. Well we thought it did until we were told to 'try again'. A bit more work and soon the log was out and we had signed our names. Glad to have a smiley for this one as it was a bit of fun. TFTC and our 21st find for the challenge.
Got this quickly opening took a bit longer but as it was dark we were very happy with the cache and breaking the code it's nice to have a challenge thrown in with a tricky twist,TFTC
A fun little puzzle box, though it really didn't take long to open. Definitely watch your footing as I took a bit of a slide down the hill going down to the rocks!
Thanks for the enjoyable cache Wesso Family. A fav point from me

I absolutely love this cache, thank you Wesso family. Awarding my first face point to you for a great spot for puzzling.
I am making my way south from Gympie after visiting Dad for his B'day.
So a little detour on the way home was in order.
I was to meet IolantheK for a day of caching and we soon teamed up.
Another puzzle box for the day.
Opened very quickly.
Took the TB.
Thanks for the cache.

Let bones74 do the hard work on this one while I took in the beautiful view.... thanks mr wesso.... we've a similar box at home!
Really enjoyed this one....both the location and the puzzle. Took me about 90 seconds to solve the puzzle. Has given me an idea for a cache of my own
It's not often I forget to log a cache I've found... But it looks like it's happened here.
We were in Caloundra in January, and this particular cache has been on my hit list for ages. Even so, I only managed to squeeze it in at dusk on our last night, after a sometimes rainy afternoon of finding interesting caches. I was expecting one kind of box, and this was yet another variation on it. It took me a little longer than some, but soon I had the log in hand.
I really liked your placement here, which seems pretty secure from muggles and from the elements, but also offers a great view. TFTC!

Todays mission was to round up some caches along the Caloundra coastline, after grabbing fish and chips for lunch at Moffat beach mum and i headed off on our geocaching adventure.
Whilst we began to make our way to the gz i read the description and some of the accompaning logs, to gather a better idea of what i would be confronted with. Several months ago i had encountered a physical puzzle and so i had imagined that this would be quite similar. How wrong was i. After scrambling down the hill and returning with the cache. I opened the container and was presented with a much different type of puzzle box. Which i made quick work of, after poking and pulling and pushing the log was revealed TFTC this is Definitely a favourite cache of mine.

After having such a great caching day, on the Sunshine Coast yesterday, we decided to head back up north for another crack at the caches on offer around the Sunshine Coast area. We got off to another late start but hey, we still somehow managed to notch up another 32 smilies on the map. This was #2 for the day!
This is find #1300 for us. WOOHOO, another century tucked away!
We had tried to 'make a plan' for today & hadn't intended on multis or mysteries being a part of it but being suckers for a challenge we thought we'd give this puzzle box a shot. Found parking close by & were quickly approaching GZ. We were on a mission here today!
Having located the cache container & swapping a few grins, we settled in the shade of a nearby tree to begin. I'll bypass the next few steps so as not to leave any spoilers but suffice it to say we were 'IN'. After I stopped smiling & Geo-mamma finished telling me 'how quick that was' & 'how clever I was', LOL, it was only a small effort to sign the log & replace all as found.
Thoroughly enjoyed this cache. Despite being a quick one it added a little variety & was a great cache to hit 1300 finds on.
TNLNSL TFTC Wesso Family. Now this is DEFINITELY getting a favourite point from us!

What a great spot! Luckily I've seen one of these contraptions before so had the puzzle sorted quickly and signed the log. Thanks Wesso Family.
Found this at 5pm and took until 520 to get the puzzle cracked. Partially because the distraction of five star views and muggles. A fun cache and nice hide. Keep trying made us laugh. Earned a fav for the view and the reason to soak it up with this puzzle. Tftc. Recovered and returned.
Found 11.07am
This was #100 for me!! Yippee!!! Great spot.. Took me a little bit to find it.. but the puzzle wasn't THAT hard!!
I enjoyed sitting in the 'seat' and enjoying the view.. watching someone fish.. unfortunately my favourite pair of caching-shorts died at this spot.. RIP!
Great location Wesso Family.. thanks for the cache!

Found at 1000.
Arrived at GZ with geowife and had a look under this, behind that and inside those.
Eventually thought a bit more about the hint and bingo!, cache found.
We snavelled the cache to a shadier spot under the trees and set about dismantling the puzzle.
Expecting a struggle, I surprised myself when I had the puzzle open within 2 minutes
I signed the log, put the puzzle pieces back together and checked it was all a snug fit.
Cache was returned and all is good. Definitely worth a fave point!
p.s I took the Pathtag left by Jandalfan, NZ.

Didn't take too long to find the sistema. The tricky box took much longer but possibly not as much as half an hour and with minor successes along the way. Great place to be. Watched someone actually catch a fish off the rocks! Mrs j was feeling a bit worried as she had come past on a push bike a few days ago and been given a hard time by a noisy magpie but no attack this morning. Loved the puzzle - such great work - and the spot. Scores a fav from us. PINO TFTC

I visited the area today and this one needs a BIG rethink. The area has been trashed and raped!!
ATM I am thinking will I archive it, but I want to give one more chance, but it will need to be moved a far way away.
I am hoping to have it up and running with in the next week or two,

Looks like the cache in completely MIA. Waiting to hear from previous finders on their cache placement.
Very disgusted about how the area has been trashed.
Please care for the environment, this is what give caching a bad name!!!

Camped at Landsborough and drove to Coloundra, to do some caching.
We visited some lovely areas, with a good variety of hides.
We have done a few of this type of puzzle, but this one definitely has the best view.
Log retrieved and signed, cache in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, wesso family, for us and others to find.

Quickly found and then left the puzzle to Mrs Funky. She got there in under the thirty minute mark.
Swapped a few toys over. Left a few soldiers that fit with the memorial.

First mystery cache! We were working on the puzzle, when the lid just popped off. Either we're smarter than we thought, or the lid is a little loose. Awesome puzzle box though!
