During our new years break, jesswrigley and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, jesswrigley and I travelled from Port Augusta to Tumby Bay. We made stops in Whyalla and then Cowell for a bakery lunch, and then continued our drive through Cleve, Arno Bay, and Port Neill. The weather had changed from the sunny balmy conditions, to strong wind and gust warnings for the afternoon.
After finding all the nearby caches and having some time after dinner, we decided to have a drive around some of the archived caches that may still be hidden away. As it turned out, we managed to find this cache reasonably quickly, and the cache container and logbook weren't in too bad of shape. This cache could certainly have lived on! Thanks YeahRight80 / Tempo 0 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

With more caches to put out I need to reduce the caches I currently have. This cache drew the short straw and will be withdrawn. The cache itself will remain in place for six months so those who have this cache in their GPS's can still find and claim the find. Cheers.
Driving through on way for family holiday. Been a while so thought would grab one to stretch legs. TDTC
Out and about with &0thers on our visit to Tumby Bay. Lovely spot for lunch. Checked out a couple as we strolled around the town. Sent the men team of while we checked out the craft store. Nice easy find. Thanks for the cache

Found at 2:37 PM GAFF1 at a distance of 8 metres.
Liked the big throne - it was a bit Alice in Wonderland'erish

Found by Mary & David at 1010. Left Port Lincoln this morning, at the start of our long journey home. Cached our way north to Whyalla for the night. Had to time our retrieval, but there weren't many muggles around, so didn't have to wait long. Mary sat on the regal "throne" to sign the proclamation log. Our thanks to Tempo 0.
Just have to be there at the right time on a windy wet day and there's nobody about. Except wet cachers! TFTC
I work within seeing distance of this cache and we often wonder what people are doing around the chair... Now we know! Went after dark so wasn't seen by any muggles TFTC!

Over from Adelaide, along with Broz4, for a short holiday.
Did a bit of caching while her (as you do!)
Guessed where it was early in our stay but to many muggles around
Returned after dark to be meat with the sound of a nearby dog heralding my presence, but that was OK. soon had the log signed and returned

We found this cache as part of a 4 day trip which went from Adelaide to Sceale Bay returning to Adelaide. The purpose of the trip was to remove Freddo was his home location too near the Clipsal 500 track and for us and Freddo to achieve a difficulty 4 1/2 and terrain 4 cache to make us well rounded cachers. The cache we needed to find was located near Venus Bay and we successfully completed this goal early on Friday morning which left us plenty of time to find "just one more". Loved the scenery and having the opportunity revisit this great area Thanks to Tempo 0 for placing this cache.
10:36:00 AM. Parked up and went for a walk around town. Out waited some passing muggles by taking photo's of each other on the throne. Got told it is used by Santa. A quick find and signed log and returned. Thanks Tempo 0 for placing this cache.
A caching stop on my drive from Port Lincoln to Whyalla. Thanks for hiding this cache Tempo 0.
Not many muggles out today so we did the usual photos, grabbed the cache sat and signed then replaced. TFTC
[Teal] As we head from town to town as part of our "Purposeful Meander around Oz" the Rats and the Mini Rats found this cache. Dad did most of the hard work here and the detail of our find can be found in the Rats log. Sorry for the duplicate log but it takes nothing away from the find.
A nice spot to sit n relax
Thanks for showing us this spot on our trip.

TFTC.12.25. From Perth to Melbourne is our last vacation journey in Australia, along this route, we look for caches. Greetings from the Netherlands
I've met up with Triciac2 in Perth, because we are taking a 3 week driving tour to Adelaide We had a couple of fun days caching in the company of her son Brother Colin, but he has now headed back to Brisbane, and we have begun our drive east. We have travelled from Perth via Brookton, Corrigin, Hyden, Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Norseman, the Nullarbor Plain, Ceduna and we have now reached Port Lincoln
We decided to stop at Tumby Bay for the night and picked this one up on the way into town. TFTC, Tempo 0.

Found during a family Tumby Bay holiday with DeltaDucks and stavros08. Thanks
Had to visit this a couple of times as mugglers were present. Finally got it with the help of Delta Ducks. Tftc
Visited earlier in the day but with too many muggles around we thought better of trying. Came back later in the day with very few people around. A quick find, sign in the car and return with nobody looking.....so we think!. TFTC

Date: Sat 4 Oct 2014
Today we drove from Adelaide to Port Lincoln. There wasn't too much time available for caching but we found 9 along the way.
This was number 8
A very quick find thanks to the specific hint.
A very interesting attraction too. I made use of it to assist with writing my name in the log.

I found the throne on my wander around Tumby Bay this morning
And after trying it on for size, decided that Tumby Bay didn't need a new king
I headed for the cache instead.
Which was a nice easy find.
No passing muggles were any the wiser as I searched for the prize, signed the logbook, and put it back [^]

Found on my way home from the JLWE Cleve Creepy Cachers 2014. A quick easy find!
Nice find. Saturday afternoon while everyone is at the footy is a good time to hint this one. Tftc
All quiet around the throne today so retrieving, signing & replacing was not a problem. Tftc
Beautiful beach and a great time to sit and be king for a moment. Not too many muggles around. I was ready to use the CONFUNDANCE spell on them, but wasn't needed. TFTC
On the road again, using caching to guide us to the sites as we explore the state on our way to the Murray bridge mega. Stealth required but easily done as it wasn't to busy and one off us is large enough to provide suitable coverage for the other tftc
was away for the weekend, what else is there to do but shout out to the locals and go a caching
apolagies for the late log, have been busy on the farm and with life

Luckily not many muggles about today.
Thanks for the fun Tempo 0!

Found on our tour of the Eyre Peninsula. Thanks

Sadly this cache has been targeted and has gone missing so many times my local repairer has run out of prepared replacement caches. Ive had to move it two metres to a similar position to 'Pete Allen'.

Even though this one is now moved it is still very much in the publics eye, please be careful not to be seen.
Found on a trip to the shop in the thunder storm while staying in Tumby Bay for week. Nice easy find.

In the wee hours of the morning muggles are the least of your problems, the smell coming from the bakery down the road smells wonderful : ) with the COs permission i replaced the cache so lets hope it stays put and doesn't go walkies again : ) Thanks Tempo O for the cache : )
Many thanks to 3LG for replacing this cache for me and getting it back online so fast.
Easy part was finding and getting cache. Tricky bit was putting it back without being extremely obvious.
I made some changes to this cache to make it much better for searchers. I replaced the missing log and sharpened the pencil. All good for a while yet.
Found on a drive to Tumby Bay for my Brother-in-Laws 70th Birthday bash.
It was a Sunday afternoon so there wasn't too many people around.
Thanks for the Cache - We had a great day 13 out of 13 by the time it got dark.
