2 months since NM logged.
The 2 recent 'finds' should obviously be DNF's if you read the log.

Walked in along the trail, but once at GZ, I couldn't find anything. Obviously a couple of neat spots where it could be, but alas no joy for me.
Thanks anyway Cat and Bear......still good to be back in TVL again for a visit.

Still no luck. Might pay to check as it hasn't been found for a year, great spot though I spent ages walking through. Thanks for bringing me here.
Had a good look found the hidie hole where the cache use to be co may need to check to see if it is still there
Looked in the co ord location and saw where the spider was (sadly he has passed) but could not find. Think this one needs some love
TFTC. Still well preserved. Quite a difficult find at night, but not impossible.
Quick find, filling in some time with mum at training by scootering nearby. Signed log and replaced as found thanks for the cache Cat and Bear.
Easy find on a very hot day. Cache was exposed so replaced some of the camouflage. TFTC
Thankfully no cache guardians in the new location!
The heat seems to have made the log sticky and needed a little tool to extract from the cache.
Pretty spot

Lol there's an eight legged creature living nearly on top of it! Took me some time to feel brave!
What a great little spot. Kept the geowife happy with her birdwatching and me happy Geocaching. (Saw our first cicada Bird)

3:31:00 PM. After finishing our shopping we were out to grab some caches before heading back to Ayr. Was good to get in some walking on the paths. Intend to bring our bikes up next trip to cover more ground. The paths are well used but managed to find cache without muggles watching us. Signed log. Thanks Cat and Bear for placing this cache.
Found it! Great hiding spot - although the bark has been bent back so you can spot it very easily.

Found while out caching with GeoFamily. We enjoyed a short walk across the bridge and stopped to watch people fishing. Lots of bitey little black ants at GZ.

Found with LC85 with her keen eyes for this sneaky hide. Thanks for showing us where the single track is. Tftc.
After a nice shady walk we got the GPS down to 8m. After a short search of the likely spot we spied the Cache, ,but not as described in the description, it looks as though the bark as fallen off. Cheers Cat and Bear.
As a fun sized person I was kicking myself after looking for far too long before checking the hint. Cheers for the adventure!
Found this one with friends. I think I got them so interested in Geocaching that they'll probably start their own accounts soon. The cache was quite easy to find, it just required a bit of walking around. The sign shown on the introduction page is gone, but people can still locate it with the use of their compass.
We had to navigate off the concrete bikeway down to a slightly lower level to arrive at the GZ. There was a set of timber and dirt steps that provided this access, so there was no need to disturb the bank going down. There were plenty of trees in the area, but one in particular took our attention.
The container was soon discovered, maybe a little more exposed than when it was first placed.
We required the use of a tool to assist in the careful removal of the log.
Thanks Cat and Bear. A great walk and stop off area.

Riding home from work provided another opportunity to continue our caching streak. GZ was deserted when we arrived but as we began our search some muggles also arrived and began "attacking" a nearby trree. Couldn't see what they were after but they were surely filling there bags.
Fortunately geoP found our prize quickly and without them noticing. A surreptitious return of the hide then we continued on our way.

Find number 24 of 39 on our cityside RRPT caching day! 41.6km over 7 hours. Many thanks to ICP for lending us their bikes [^].
Glad to tick off another cache we weren't able to get last time. Amazingly Loki walked straight up and spotted this one. We could have spent ages here though!
Thanks Cat and Bear

Looked in the obvious spot and quickly had no luck. Then looked in a not so obvious spot and soon had the cache in hand.

North Qld 2013. Day 11, the Third full day in Townsville. Today was the second day of Ross River Power Trail caches. A fair bit hotter today. After setting my bike up, I set out and visited a large range of caches along the river. It was a good range of caches some easy, some hard. I did not do them all but enjoyed everything I managed. It was very nice on this secondary path along the river edge. Thanks.

Tijdens het uitlaten van de hond deze cache gevonden. Mijn neefje had hier vlakbij zijn voetbal training.
Another beautiful day in Townsville, after yesterday's rain.
We walked over the bridge, dodging muggles on bikes.
Found GZ and cache quickly, safe and very cute.
Our last for today.
Thanks for the cache, Cat and Bear.

Third time and third version lucky for MattCNS and myself. Had no trouble locating the cache on arrival at the GZ this time round. TFTC SL {#258}.
Headed out with RobS72 to find this one before it was muggled again. We quickly came across this cute hide. TFTC.
Cache had been replaced hope you enjoy it please don't give away the cache in your logs.
Bugger the feature that was in the tree with the cache attached up it was on the ground again and the cache is gone. I will think about replacing it with a different container or archive it. Sorry guys cache was a nano cache attached to a large type of gum nut it really blended well with the natural surrounds.
Searched high and low, but no luck. Mozzies are in plague proportions at the moment, so probably didn't search as long as we otherwise would have.
Is the description and hint still applicable to the new cache?

Another day, another TITS DNF. I have a feeling that someone may have been here before RobS72 and myself but not logged the DNF. TFTH.
Back for a second go, but again, lucked out. MattCNS and myself scoured the GZ thoroughly but again came up empty handed. My only reward was 5 splinters in one finger. Will place cache on a watchlist to see if others have any luck.

Ok so I had to move the location of this cache . This is a better location and should hopefully be eaiser for you to find it. []:)]
I can't believe that the cache was gone so it is now fully replaced with a new log for you to find
For all the local cachers out there that have found the cache you are more than welcome to go and find this one again if you are in the area.
Cache is now all good to go. Sorry for those Cachers that have attempted to find it and it is missing. I hope you find the time to go out and find the cache. [^]
Happy Hunting .

Listing still shows that it needs maintenance this has been done. Its all good for you to go out and find it.
I was keen to find this one as I am missing this D/T combination.
Not much to say here. Arrived by bike, noted the clue, searched all the nearby features, looking for a sneaky camo'd hide. Found nothing. This one will have to wait until I am next up this way.

Arghh defeated [B)]. We spent a long time going over clearly not quite every inch of the area! Thought we saw a suspicious spot and weren't sure if the cache had been removed or not so eventually called it quits. Definitely sounds like a tricky one that will haunt us . Thanks for the hunt.
Well what a challenge. Took a good while to find and I suspect it wasn't where it should have been. Ingenious hide and will sign the log when it is replaced. Have sent CO a message. Thx Cat and Bear for the adventure.
Think we found a round magnetic urban camp cache however there was no paper to write log. Maybe we were off the mark not sure
The cachette jasmine found this one it is well hidden and unfortunately was missing the log. But big thanks to the cache owner for their quick replies and confirmation we had found it. It is an awesome cache and my daughter is now a hooked cacher.
Cat and Bear are away for two weeks we will check out replacing the log once we return.
Was in the area today, so I decided to give this one another go (had searched previously without success). Searched a few wrong spots first, but then there it was - grinning at me for overlooking it on previous attempt
Love the camo. TFTC

Nice easy cache although it was quite hot! Access in was confusing given the redevelopment in the weir area.

Cache was alot easier then we anticipated, Spent only 2min looking before we had cache in hand. We can see though how it can be soo difficult. Great Camo on the cache, awesome hide!

VERY VERY VERY tricky hide. Searched low then high then across the path. Chased away mozzies and moved everything we could see. How can a magnet stick to part of a tree??. After 45 minutes with two of us on the hunt I decided to ask for a hint from the CO. Even after the hint another 10 minutes was required when the geomrs laughed with much volume. She had found it but admitted that she had looked at the hide on two other circuits but did not see the proze. An amazing hide thanks Cat and Bear very well done, SL, TNLN, TFTC and a favourite given for this one

I have increased the difficulty level from 3.5 to 4.5 stars.
This cache is a tricky one to find and at this stage I will not be adding any clues.
I can guarantee that the cache is there waiting for you to sign the log.
Please persist in finding this one you won't be disappointed

Looked and looked for ages. Couldn't find it anywhere. Will come back again with reinforcements
After a DNF last night I was headed back to Sydney so appealed to the CO for some help and received a PM this morning. Armed with this I expanded my search a little beyond the hint (which was limiting my perspective) and found myself in a new area, although very close by, and worked my way around until I spotted something that was not all that unusual but could be a cache. I checked it out and was very happy to make the find. A nice job indeed and beats a hundred mint tins any day. Worthy of a favourite for the hide and the nice spot.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Went out before dinner hoping for a couple of quick finds. Hadn't read the logs for this one so I headed in just on dark, not taking my light as I didn't think I'd be that long.
Got to GZ quickly and the clue was staring me in the face. It also looked like a LOT of people had been searching going by the ground disturbance, not many honest enough with their DNFs perhaps or maybe the scrub turkeys have visited.
From the description I was limited to one area but I couldn't under stand how something here, apart from the thing that is obviously NOT the cache, could be magnetic.
Totally stumped. It wouldn't be a visit to Townsville without me leaving a DNF behind though!

So sad to log a DNF with Geoson from Canberra today. We searched until the Reluctant Companion became even more reluctant and decided to call it a day. Better luck next time. Thanks for the hunt Cat and Bear you really stumped me this time. Not only me by the look of it - even though there are no other DNF'S.
I was sitting at the computer and the notification came up on the screen....fantastic my eyes were square anyway.
Babies and gear in the car, when we arrived at GZ geodad was off across the oval while I had a chance to read the discription.
So we arrived at GZ its beautiful and very very quite, perfect for an afternoon 3 1/2 star hunt but o wait thats right we brought the kids!
Middle boy stood on glass...cut foot but no ambulance....Geodad picked up glass....cut finger but no ambulance.
We searched high and low, on the other side, widened search, narrowed search.
We were thinking like cachers, we checked the clue, we were ready to leave and then I FOUND IT!!! yep thats right ME!!! GEO MUM...(rubbing it in I am)
This is a great cache, very sneaky, very clever, and even better cause I found it!!!!
SLTNLN TFTC!!!
