I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi bumandworkerThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Found the two Henrys but sadly no cache. As others have indicated theres a new fence at GZ which makes searching a bit more exposed.
Multiply DNFs over the last 2 years and no response from CO regarding maintenance. Maybe time for this one to go?
Over two years since found, multiple DNF and no response to Owner request for maintenance. Maybe time for this one to go?
Was hopeful this might have been checked since the last time I looked. Cache may be gone as there is new fencing.
Caching trip with busy paws and lytteltonwitch. Didn't find this. New fence? Gps took a while to settle but we looked in many spots with no success.
A nice quick find thanks. I gathered the info yesterday but there were kids and adults in the park. Came back today and managed the find, about 10m away from where my GPS wanted me to be.
Time to return to the South Island for Ms_KR and me. Another Christmas/NewYear in the North Island complete. We cruised around Blenheim and Renwick, and all over the place today. Fun fun.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

I was up and about nice and early as I needed to make sure I got everything done so that I would be home in plenty of time for the event in Nelson tonight.
Can't say I have ever noticed the plaque or this area before, but then Renwick is not somewhere I have tended to spend all that much time.
I quickly worked out the numbers and where I had to get to, then I just had to work out a way of getting there. Turns out I have been close to gz a few months ago and remembered an access point. I wandered over to the likely looking spot and sure enough there was the cache.
Thank you for the multi and thank you for the smiley

After dropping spacenarwhale off at a friend's place this morning, we quickly solved this multi, then headed into town for some op shoping. On our way back from town Mr 3Prettys and I worked together on the find. He found GZ and overturned the camouflage, but couldn't find the cache. In trying to place it back just as it was, I discovered the well-tucked away container. (The log could definitely use a refresh, it is quite brittle.)
Thank you for the cache.
Thank you for the cache.
Thinking that there might be a tenuous link to some other kind of Henry I was prepared to think about it but alas, it was literally about 2 Henrys. Final coords easy, although found about 5 metres out at obvious one.
Mr 9 (aka Henry) helped me with this one. He liked the name! Log is a bit damp but because we hadn't been planning to go geocaching we didn't have a replacement one. Tftc
Gathered the need info at posted coords and then headed over and made a pretty quick find, at GZ, this morning with eltee291! Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the nice multi cache, bumandworker!
Found today with hingis20 after we gathered the info for the proper GZ. Always nice to find these hidden neighbourhood parks. Really quiet in here today. TFTC
Over to Blenheim to drop StreetGamer at Woodbourne for onwards delivery to his cadet camp in Auckland, so my ‘reward’ was to get some caches whilst over the hill.
This was one of my target caches for today as it fills a ‘hidden date’ in my grid. I’d grabbed to numbers on a previous visit but it’s been too wet that day to look for the cache. Initially sceptical about the GZ I soon saw it was far more favourable than I’d been expecting and with no one in sight the find was quick.
Thanks bumandworker

Got to the plaque if the 2 henrys and many others
Jotted down the numbers and in our way back stopped quite close to GZ where we found the cache well hidden away

In Renwick, waiting for the Seagnoid and a walk along the river bank. So its a walk around the township. Managed to get co-ords correct and into Nigel correctly which makes life a lot easier. Easy find here. Great wee multi and some local history to boot. Hey what 3 multis today. Must be getting better. Cheers.
Today we mostly targeted PnG caches to help boost our July numbers to go towards a challenge in the North Island, The weather was sunny but still with a chilly wind so was always warmer in the car than out of it. We managed 57 cache finds and ended the night on a high note with a FTF in the fresh snow and dark at St Arnaud. Overall we totaled 107 finds for the weekend - blowing the challenge out of the water!
At first glance we thought we had messed up the numbers so had another look and came up with the same thing. We trusted the car nav to get us close and the rest was pretty easy. 11m at out GZ. Thanks for the cache

Out for a few caches with Jo today after the chores are done and today's focus was around renwick. Had a few mystery ones solved and was keen to confirm those. Thanks to all the cache owners and sorry for the cut and paste but we got a few.
Jo said she spent a fair bit of her misspent youth at this park. So déjà vu all over again for her.

Nice quiet location for a cache.
Coordinates were off by a good 8 metres. Took me a while to find GZ as prominent object at coordinates held my concentration for a while

Out and about with Kiwimykl on a pleasant Thursday evening, converting caches to smiley faces in order to increase my numbers to celebrate my first anniversary of geocaching next month. He had already found this which made this easier as I didn't have to calculate the final cords. Once he gave me his GPS with the final set, it was a QEF in a quiet playground.

No problems working out the final location and a quick find once I got there. TFTC
Really enjoyed this little multi. It was kind of cool where it led. There was a person sitting on the seat quite close to GZ. He looked in my direction but I could tell that he wasn't at all interested in what I was up to and the mobility scooter reassured me that he wouldn't be checking out GZ after I'd departed.TFTC .
Two multi's in one day...a first for us! But this one went well...another first,thanks...quaint little church on the corner.
Worked out the location for this one a while ago - but was waiting for the need for a QEF on a busy day.
This was perfect for a fast run to Renwick in my lunchbreak.

Like yesterday, I decided to take a cache-break rather than a lunch-break, so headed off in order to revisit the caches I bypassed yesterday due to a high muggle count. The first point of call was 'Tui to Town' but there were more muggles here today than there were yesterday. Second was 'Marlborough Lion Park' and once again there was a lone muggle sitting in his car at GZ, (not the same one as yesterday though). So then I tried 'Renwick Hub' to find a campervan in the car park and someone exercising their canine muggle near GZ. Then it was on to 'Renwick Remembers' but a local contractor was busy doing earthworks near GZ.
I finally decided to come to this cache but was slightly uneasy as it is an area I expected to be full of muggle spawn being the middle of the school holidays. As I approached two of them were leaving GZ and when I investigated further, I found the place deserted.
C:geo took me to an obvious feature and the hint narrowed it down for a QEF.
TFTC B&W Thanks for showing me a bit of Renwicks Pioneer history.

Found on a beautiful Renwick evening after eating a little too much dinner with the friends we are staying with. Nice quick multi. Was a little unsure how to get to the final location at first. Once there it was a straight forward find. TFTC.
[green] The Christchurch Mega is coming up, and over the last few days I have been solving puzzles and looking at challenge eligibility. I was looking at 8ManAfter's 4x4 Challenge and discovered that I have yet to find four multi caches in a day. Right. Let's fix that. Six on the cards today, but one I could not find. Five is heaps!
Fluffed up a digit, but it had me going to a sensible location, even the hint matched. But it was a little too exposed and didn't feel right. After a check in the only spot I rechecked everything, fixed the error and got to the right place. Quick find, now that i had seen the hint (I usually try to avoid that). I noticed this park is not on the OpenStreet/Leaflet map. I will add it shortly.

Quickly worked out the new coords and being a Monday morning the GZ was absolutely clear. Cache was quiche in hand. TFTC
We soon had some co-ordinates, but weren't sure how to access GZ. May have been a more direct route there, but in the car, it didn't matter. All quiet at GZ on a drizzly afternoon and a quick find for StreetWalker - I must have entered the wrong co-ords as my GZ was further away. TFTC.
#8076. We soon had some coords. They weren't far away but we didn't think we could get there in a direct fashion, so jumped in the car to get closer. All quiet at GZ today. TFTC.
Dad Back in the mainland again and caching all in good order sign log book . TFTC See Taybee log
I thought it is time for a multi again. We had a lot of time left so we just tried this one. Didn't take much time anyway. TFTC!
Nice little multi. Took a photo of the required info and solved it at home months ago. Back today to complete the job. TFTC

A nice little multi here. A quick bit of math soon had a likely spot for the final. Drove around the corner to the park and found the cache after a quick search. Sat on the nearby seat to sign the log so not to look to dodgy. Thanks for the cache and the smiley.
This one nearly had us beat - ended up going back to check the clues but we had them correct - just hadn't picked up the right rock!
Did not read the second part of the question correct, but managed to find the cache regardless. Thank you for this interesting bit of history, without geocaching you would not know about the place. TFTC
We quickly did the maths, and after finding a way into the area, the cache was a quick easy find. TFTC
A quick stop on our way into Blenheim soon had the right numbers to complete this cache. All good and soon on our way with another required day completed. TFTC.
Sorted out the Henry numbers months and months ago but kept forgetting to go find it. Early morning visit today and gz was nice and peaceful. GPS never read less than 15m to go but it didn't take long to spot the cache after pacing the perimeter.
Thanks bumandworker for the cache.

Quick and easy multi this evening. Good to see a multi, so many puzzles these days to confuddle me
Found by torchlight (well by me anyway)

Very enjoyable multi on a winters day. Great to have a nice seat to complete both sets of paperwork . TFTC #4904
Good multi. Certainly highlighted a few reserves in Renwick that we were previously unaware of. Could come in handy given the next orienteering winter series event is also there. TFTC.
Another nice easy multi. Enjoyed the park. Judging by the bottle tops at the final, Steinlager is the beverage of choice. Well paid youths in these parts.

Fabulous! On the hunt for a new house - after discovering what's on offer at GZ, Renwick is now on the radar. Cool spot. TFTC
Our first multi! Unfortunately I forgot a pen to sign the log! Great one for the families and a nice wee walk around Renwick.
Got the info easily enough, and then the phone was indicating GZ in the middle of houses. We drove around and discovered that it was another Apple fault

The boys used to play here lots when they were little so good to revisit -got growled at by a few neighbouring dogs...Marcus found this one, altho I nearly got it - must have touched it but came at it from wrong angle - the boys gave me lots of stick - can't use the expression "having a boys' look" any more!!! We were chasing RosMar round today - whenever we signed a cache, they had beaten us to it!TFTC
Last day of caching on the mainland and the sun is shining, great to be out and about today. Enjoyed the short multi, thanks TFTC.

A short fun little multi, quickly completed the calculations and headed off for the final. Required some stealth at GZ as a family was playing with a ball in the park - this is when a dog comes in very handy, shame we hadn't taken the other one that was sitting in the van eating our lunch! TFTC

A quick stop on a great Malborough day as we headed to Murchison for the night. Enjoyed all the finds along the way.

After completing the cache trail from St Arnaud to Blenheim and finding one extra bonus FTF cache, it was back to basics for me today. My only multi cache for the day. Must have keyed something wrong at first as I ended up in the wrong place. Rechecked my working and headed back to final GZ. No problems there. Nice and quiet so I didn't need too much stealth. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice easy multi-cache - thought I had it wrong but then spotted an entry point. SL TFTC
We live very near here and still can't seem to locate this one. We will just have to keep trying. GO TEAM JAK.
Dropped in here on the way south this afternoon from the ferry. No problems finding the information, but the walk to GZ was a bit contorted, obviously the local authority doesn't bother about putting rights-of-way into its parks so I had to take rather a long way around. Cache was a quick find - signed log, TFTC!
Couldn't help thinking of the old Henry the 8th song as she drove to the waypoint. Mrs S solo so no-one to check her calculations. So she checked them herself. And they were fine. And she knows that because she found the cache just where the calculations said it would be. Interesting waypoint and a quiet time at GZ fortunately. Thanks for the double trouble.
The last of our finds on a brief stop in Renwick on the way through to Blenheim. It took a bit of circling round unknown streets to find access to this area once we had got the required info from the first waypoint. GPS wasn't overly cooperative here but the hint got us there in the end. TFTC.
With the weather out East looking promising for the day a cache run with Holymu in Blenheim was decided upon. For me this is all new territory other than whizzing through heading for further destinations. The coords were soon determined yet locating GZ without local knowledge took a couple of wrong turns. At GZ GPS and phones for some reason were all over the place but pointing a general direction. After looking "there" again for the umpteenth time' the wee fellow showed and it was all good. TFTC
4 days and no log? In the end I had to come look. Amazing.... blank log. #CS# don't think I've ever known a Henry.
