It's gone again. Not s cheap one to replace which I have done a couple of times now. Will consider a different type of hide for this location

Drove to Leongatha to cache around the area, and to complete part of the rail trail.
Thanks to all the owners, for the effort that you put into the construction and the hides.
As we enjoyed the day, we hope to return to complete a few more.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat,staying at Korumburra for a few days.

After the storms of yesterday, we were hesitant to head out. Mr Felix finally decided about lunchtime he would make another attempt. Dropped off to be picked up again 3km later (to avoid the main road) Then set free again soon after. Sooo windy today. Chatted to the muggles working on the new section of track so an informative afternoon.

Quick find tftc sl

Late night walk on the rail trail. Everything done by feel. So dark I couldn't see if my signing of the log worked. Tricky returning these log sheets into nanos. TFTC

Decided to tackle the Great Southern Rail today on bike so started at Leongatha then on to Koonwarra through to Meeniyan where I stopped for lunch at Moos ( that was yum, well worth it if you are looking for a good feed ) then it was on to Stony Creek then over to Buffalo and across to Fish Creek then down to Foster where I finished, a total of 47.6 km one way. I collected 45 caches along the way and only 3 dnf's. Thanks Crig for the caches.

Found on a windy, hot day on this our second visit. Thanks for the cache maintenance.

Found 4:34:00 PM, during our trip home following our assault on the Great Souther Rail Trail. We started in Fish Creekand headed towards Foster finding a total of 23 caches for the day.

Checked, missing, so replaced. All good now

First DNF of the day. We spent quite a long time looking around this GZ with no luck. Our GPS was absolutely stable with a 0-1m reading so we were a little disappointed not to find this one. Thanks Grig for your time & trouble any way.

Out walking the rail trail with Wonthaggi Scouts. Team effort rewarded us with a quick find (I found it and couple of Scouts retreived as I misplaced it). A fav point from me. TFTC

This was a tricky hide which took 3 of us a while to find. TFTC

Wasn't what I was looking for. If the cows had to wait until it was found they would have left. Nice hide. TFTC.

Nice easy cache. only took a sec to find but what a great cache. Seen these on websites but hadnt ever found one! As it is such a great cache it deserves a fav point!

Passed by this maybe 80 times before we realised this cache was here : ( then when we noticed it it poured with rain. We finally rode passed and claimed a find to a well hidden cache! Nice hide, thanks.

Struggled a bit with this one, and eventually found it on the ground. We replaced into a logical spot

Called in here with Hearse068 and The Things. They stood around waiting for me to make the find. Spent sometime looking and feeling came up empty handed. Hearse068 said haven't you got it nope I said anyway hearse068 told me what I was looking for and after some searching found the cache well hidden on the ground so have replaced cache where Hearse068 had found it previously. TFTC

Four pairs of eyes and we still couldn't find this cache, but we had a good time anyway. TFTH.

Found with Thing no1, Thing no2 and newbies which way back. Finally got around to doing this on it has been on the list for a while. Geochild and Thing no2 were on to it quickly. We did not have to give way to any cows today. Thanks crigithis for the cache. All caches which way did today were signed as team lost but that name was already gone when they tried to sign up with it.

Aww trust our luck turned up as the farmer had his cows crossing over the trail, sat round chatting and wasting time till they crossed then had to sneak back as he went over the hill with them. Using Android GPS on mobile phone. No cache found! Bugger, serves me right for loosing my Garman. Got home to find ftf was gone so day not a total wreck.

Found it! My 1st ever found and my 1st FTF (in joint FTF with whitepaws9)

First time i joined geocaching today this afternoon, my friend was here teaching me how to use GPS and how to use geocaching here and came across this cache so thought we try this one cos its new. Very exciting, only came across lone muggle cycling pass us.

Show Purrfect75 some geocache stuffs on computer and notice there was a new cache nearby. I looked up to see anyone logged it but no-one yet!!!! Couldn't beleive it was first publish on 26th and didnt find yet. My expectation with hope to FTF so we agree to go for a quick grab it.
