Greetings from Canberra! Caught the bus to Stop 5, then walked to Stop 7 and got this cache along the way. Being a slightly rainy day, there were 0 muggles at GZ today. Quick find at GZ. Beautiful views, the bus driver said that there was nothing good about this part of the Island unless we were snorkeling, I beg to differ, the views were amazing. TNLNSL. TFTC!
Today I went for a walk and looked for this one and soon found it. Thanks for the cache.
Found very quickly. Muggles took no interest in me getting off the road and looking under bushes.
So many non geocachers but I was able to find it between the hair. I added a new waterproof log book in a zip lock bag. Note it won't matter about the rain.
#5911 Continuing our ride around half of the island. This part of the coastline is just spectacular. Watched the local Osprey for a while before swooping on the cache. The logbook was very wet when we attended and we more etched our name that inked it. (It is noted that logsheet has now been replaced). TFTC RowstonianInstitute.
Visiting From NZ. Staying in Fremantle and just had to visit the Island. We had great weather all week. Today was the worst day of that week, even though it was still fine and warm for us. The wind got up later in the day and made it trickier to ride the bike and a choppy ride home in the ferry. We stopped at the beaches for photo opportunities and even spotted an Osprey nest, which we found interesting because we live on Osprey Road back home and had no idea what an Osprey looked like. From this elevated view, I watched a couple of whales in the distance. Thanks for all the caches placed on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and giving me a purpose to keep riding!TFTC
Chewbacca72 and I are traveling during 4 months through Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. A few caches that are on our way should not be missing. This cache is one of them. What a lovely island! Many thanks to RowstonianInstitute for hiding.Best regards, searchersabThe logbooks are moldy.
Found on a windy day during my stay for the IRMMW-THz conference in Perth tftc, greetings from Austria PS: Logbook was a bit wet..
A bit of a nondescript site, blowing a gale but cache found exactly where gps said it would be. Found with Jude E on a cycle tour of Rottnest from NZ, tftc
TFTC #208 ??~~~~~~~~~~~Aloha from Hawaii! Biking around Rotto island, picking up nice caches!Quick find in the area while waiting for others. This side of the island has very nice views! TFTC!
Found with my little bro. We had walked past it in an attempt to catch the bus, but it left without us So we decided to wander back to have a look for the cache. Found it, signed it - and heard the next bus approach, so I started to head back to the bus stop, while little bro re-hid the cache and then came jogging after, then ahead to hold the bus for us Loved the osprey nest - very impressive!
Nice sized container with heaps of room for swaps and TBs. The nest is was more impressive than what I thought it would be. TFTC, from QLD. #1512
Found on a beautiful day on Rottnest! Thank you for helping me explore this scenery. The osprey nest is INSANE!!! We also saw an osprey on a nearby outcropping.
Completed a check on the cache to find it in good condition. Added more notebooks and pens. Enjoy.

Trobat! Encontrado!Beauty day to visit for my third time this amazing island, one of my favourites places in West Australia. I spend time here going to my favourite locations and enjoying time with Friends cycling and doing a couple of geocaching. I tried this geocache months ago but without enough time I hadn't sign It. Today I were more than a Lucky geocacher, because when I arrive other geocacher were with the container in her hands! I didn't have to got down of the byke! Huhuhu. Kindly geocacher from USA provided me the logbook and pen, thanks you again if you are reading that! Was an amazing sign before some snorqueling at Salmoon beach. Even I found some stingrey in the water! Good adventure.Gracias!
We had a great day on the island and cycled a few kilometers. ?? Great bays and beaches invite you to swim. And of course we also saw the quokkas. Funny animals. ??
Found with Gummi_Venus. Our phones have been sketchy with the reception so we had to go on geosense here. It took a few minute but GVs unfailing eagle eye won the day.
We originally approached this from the wrong side, once corrected, it was a quick spot, thank you!
Thankfully a nice quick find as there were muggles everywhere here, including nearby workers. Signed and replaced while everyone was looking at the Osprey stack
#7448Day 10 in WA involved a trip to Rottnest Island. We tried to pick the least windy day as we aimed to cycle around the island. After picking up our eBikes, we set off in a clockwise direction. While there was no wind to speak of, we did encounter intermittent drizzle until we got to the west end. From there on, it was beautiful sunshine and quite warm.Took a little while to find the right spot.TFTC RowstonianInstitute
After all the frustration with micro and nano caches in Perth, geocaching at Rottnest Island was a delight .Thanks a lot for the cache.
Visiting from Brisbane with T-Tech. Today we are heading to Rottnest Island Tick that off the Bucket List! We hired electric bikes and spent 6 hours riding the length and breadth of the island, travelling 50kms, seeing the sights and gathering caches.T-Tech went searching while I chatted to some other riders, then I saw the cache from the road while he was searching further afield TFTC, RowstonianInstitute.
