This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Pocked around abit with geo kid, no luck, wasn't very game to dig to much, less then desirable mess left behind
Introduced Lismore Girl Guides to the joys of Geocaching in the dark. We found it after a bit of searching with torches. They were all fascinated.
Found while on a geocaching holiday with tmann421.
Enjoyed the trip around and all the great hides.
Stamped TM/WW NZ, or if in pen our full names

We have left this one for ages thinking that it must be inside the fence but a quick investigation and found and signed and off to find another!
After meeting some excellent people at See Space, couldn’t resist seeing If there were geocaches about before I drive up to Brisbane. Nice walk in the park on a sunny day, cache was found after a semi methodical search ( not before I started to feel a bit frustrated though haha! ) signed log and replaced. TFTC!
Spending a week just south of Lismore & came in for some supplies.
Might as well try for a few smilies while we're in here.
Parked the Geo-Beast about 120 metres from GZ & Mrs VC headed off to find the cache while I kept Winter the Geo-Cat company.
Several minutes later I got a call … not sure whether she is on the right side of the fence or night.
'Just give it your best shot' was the only advice I could give from a distance.
Another 5 minutes & the sneaky cache was in hand.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Out today, trying to obtain all these clues for the ‘summer’ promo....
I’m now trying to gain all the last 35 caches, which is harder due to the distance I have cleared.
Nice little find after a little search.
Cheers

I was passing by and I decided today was the day to knock this one off. Once at GZ a little methodical search had the cache in hand in one minute. TFTC
After an event at Lismore, our small team of RoddyC, hatzofff, and Snickerallan stayed the night then set off to find a few caches.
Quick find on the way, of course. All in good order.
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 9:48 am on 26 February 2019. TFTC, Gourmetgazelle.

Found with Dutchie1950 on a great caching day with our wonderful tour guide for the day, DIamonJs. Loving the beautiful area. Tftc
# 2035 - On a little trip in my motorhome with friend Triciac2 in tandem we are visiting geo-friend DiamonJs (occasionally the CO of some of the caches we find ). This lovely CO has taken us out for two lovely geocaching days including some sightseeing in this great part of the world.
My compass was jumping around, but eventually I got close enough to see it, only, I didn't until someone pointed it out to me! duh...

Got within 10 metres of geo but with three kids in tow and syringe packaging littering the ground, we turned around and left.
Like a lion stalking a gazelle,
I wandered up to the back of this sporting area to track down me prey
Gotcha !!
Thanks for the hunt

Off for a mini road trip. Lismore is the destination, but a few detours on the way for caches. I had finally reached my goal and after lunch I set out to hunt for a few caches on Evie the geocycle.
I was very happy with a quick find here. Straight to it.

As we were going to my birthday celebration at Mt Warning , this was the cache for our group to find. Eventually tried from the correct side, quick find by Tronador. Signed log and replaced. Thanks to Goutmetgazelle.
TFTC,
Heading north for a get together and grabbing a few caches from time to time to take a break.
We met up with The Hancock Clan and Tronador and this was my first find in the Lismore City.
Visited trackables.

Happy birthday Janelle....a fitting cache for our birthday girl. Met up with wazza9, Nana Nel and The Hancock Clan for a leisurely lunch in Lismore after a 2 day drive from Sydney. After a false start we approached from the correct angle and I soon spied the well hidden cache.
We've found caches in very many NSW districts but this is the first for Lismore! We found this one with Wazza9, Nana Nel and tronador after a nice lunch in town. It took a little while to spot and tronador made the find. TFTC,
Cheers,

A quick find before work. I've been meaning to grab this one for a few years now. Finally I have it checked off my list. Just in time for this weekends grand opening of Oakes Oval!
Found last Thursday night with Cape Byron Rover Crew and Alstonville Venturers. Tftc
With the rising temperature we decided to base ourselves at the Casino RV Base (which is quite similar to where to live). This is a great base and today we cached around Lismore. This was one of the caches we targeted and found. Nicely done. Thankyou Gourmetgazelle for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
I acted as a chaffeur to my wife today as she had work in Lismore, so I drove her there, and took the opportunity to find some caches.
This took a lot of time and searching. I was about to give up when I finally spotted here and it really wasn't too hidden but blended in perfectly.

Visiting this lovely district with geo friend and grabbing a few caches along the way. Enjoying my spot of fencing, all good with the cache, thanks Gourmetgazelle & TFTC
While camping in Lismore for a few days with geodad Whitey Wiskas and geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out and find a few caches in this beautiful part of NSW.
All Good .. TFTC ..

Oh gourmetgazelle, you know we love your work. Sneaky little cache, currently protected by a magpie, but we faced our fears and followed our geocache senses! Tftc
Like the finder before me, I too took a pilgrimage to mecca for breakfast this morning (Long black, OJ and a fry up) and afterwards a walk to digest and, well, who would judge me if I snuck in a couple of cache hunts while I was at it?
The sun was shining and in at least two fields surrounding me, parks workers were taking advantage of conditions to do upkeep. Apart from that I had few onlookers. At ground zero I found that I was only in view of one, who while riding a tractor was driving more or less towards me. A bored worker would stare at me, so I just stared at the tree tops untill he tuned his tractor around and headed back in the opposite direction, a few metre over. That gives me a minute or so.
I quickly looked where the compass was pointing and my gaze followed.. Ah! there it is! not too tricky afterall.. I thought it might be harder with all the leaves and the teeny size but I guess I got lucky. I no complain!
Belated birthday wishes to Gazelle, hope it was a good day! and a warm thankyou to the Gourmetgazelle team for hiding a cache here. Pity theres no sports to watch today but at least you've got me in the middle of a green zone to enjoy this warm and sunny winters day. Another smiley on the map for me, cheer cheer!

Found while shopping for shoes in Lismore. Had a nice lunch at a cafe called Mecca and got great service at Bunyip Outdoor and Camping shop for my difficult bunion left foot (and the other foot as well)
We are up here for the Blues Festival at Byron Bay to see Patti Smiths last hurrah and we needed some supplies of the supermarket kind so decided to pop in to Lismore. Of course I had to grab a cache and seeing this one was geopooch friendly I thought I'd give it a go. Nice one!! Happy to say it didn't take too long and then we could continue with the (less fun) shopping. Thanks for the cache!!
10:28:00 AM. A nice driveby. Log signed. Thanks Gourmetgazelle for the cache.
That explains why I couldn't find it last time. I was looking in the wrong direction.
A quick park and grab on a glorious sunny day whilst visiting Lismore for a day of Caching. TNLN SL TFTC

Popped in to replace the log this beautiful Saturday evening. We must have arrived just after you, Team Bender! There's a nice fresh log sheet now. Please take care around GZ, as there is occasionally broken glass around the paths approaching it. We'd also caution against night-caching on your own here, as there can be some dodgy folk around.
We wanted to see if this cache was still available for a visit.
We headed to GZ and soon had the prize in hand.
The log is full so we signed a little over the typing.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Gourmetgazelle All good with this cache just new log needed Thanks

Didn't realise that this was disabled as I loaded it a few weeks ago. Still a quick find and found a spot on the log to put my mark.

log full!!! found one line to write on tho. looked like we were perving on the footy players...tftc. good camo!
Found at 9:28 AM GAFF3.
Ahh - the infamous "grassy knoll" No puff of gun smoke here today though Would have liked to see the "white oval" - which we presume was covered in frost.
We were camped just across the road and so this was our first cache for the day after the drizzling rain stopped. When we arrived at GZ we found a black plastic tube lying on the ground and thought the worst - however after looking around a bit we spotted the well camouflaged container.
Thanks Gourmetgazelle.

A late afternoon find with our daughter, forgot a pen but the log is full so there was no room for our names, tftc!
Approached this one from the wrong side and almost gave up next min.. yay! Smalls all round tftc
Second time around and with a little help from the house mate i found it. Needs a new log
After grabbing a quick bite to eat nearby, I wandered over towards this cache with LHE Duo. Initially we were not certain on the area we were walking towards, but I had faith and we followed the GPSr, it was not the best area to arrive as there are a number of options for spots that we could be looking, and some of them were not so easily accessible. But as luck would have it something was spotted and it was retrievable, so the log was soon signed and all replaced before heading back across towards the car.

We were in Lismore with OrionJ and we decided to see if we could find a few caches while there. This one came up on the phone so we headed off across the parks and sports fields until we reached GZ. IT did not take long to locate the cache and add our names to the log. TFTC Gourmetgazelle
Follow the clues. Follow the gps. Hit the fence. Gps says other side of the fence 4m. Go around to other side of fence... 5m other side of fence? This one has me stumped.
I don't know why but at first I started in the wrong park. Never mind. I rocked over to the right joint. Looking, looking, looking some more. Nope, nothing. I am going to give up. I give it one last scenic view and yay me I found it. It is so obvious once you find it but looking for it seems impossible.
Having nice day out geocaching with Wandering Me and her geofamily. Nice to find a cache in this spot.

Have found previously and thought I would introduce some new geocachers by letting them find this one. Classic example. TFTC.
I didn't spend a great deal of time looking for this one... probably about 10 minutes... everyone was saying it was easy but it is either gone or I have cache blindness as I could not find anything that resembled the cache.
I did however find a few syringes which I removed and disposed of in a more thoughtful manner!
