We don't know why we hadn't searched for this one in the past years .... This time we found a carpark and made the nice and shady walk to the cache.
We found the cache, signed the log and put it back in its hiding spot. A fav point from me.

3rd find for the day while up the coast. Took a bit to get to the cache but once in the zone it was a quick find. Cache is in need of attention as it's water logged and I couldn't sign it. Proof sent to CO. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Early drive up from the Gold Coast to meet up with E_Smiley and georode to find some more caches towards our Sunshine Coast Challenge.
Not our usual whip in, whip out but a quickish find just the same.

Wesso Family I found your cache Jill's Reserve on 12/3/2022, 1:45 pm. This is my find 3290 and find # 10 today. Found an easier way to the cache. Only a few meters of a bush bash. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Up on the Sunshine Coast grab few more caches for a challenge cache. Glad I came up here because it rain in Brisbane, but in the end the rain did come up here. Got rain on at Point Cartwright. Rest of the day was good. Did spend to long at two DNF’s.
My haul today was 14 traditional, 2 earthcache and 2 adventure labs with 7 waypoints. In the end the finds count was 23 finds and 2 DNF.
I had lots of fun today.
Sorry for the generic log.

An awesome half day out today with Ponchomon11 - sadly cut short so we could return home for lockdown, but first up a few caches to tide me over a few days. No issues for us here today, a great piece of bushland. Nice job.
Thanks wesso family for entertaining me at this location.

Caching with Mr Pprime (P`) today before the event that we wanted to go to. Pprime had a list of 10 caches that he wanted to find and we found 27 in total.
We were not sure what the right path was to try and find this one but we walked past it but we got there.
We were not able to get to the event as we wanted to be back home before lockdown.

I've always zipped past this cache at speed due to the undulating pathway nearby..
Today however i slowed to a crawl and then dragged the bike in a ways before bushbashing the rest.
A short while later the cheeky hide was uncovered. The camo's starting to fall apart, making the bright pink stand out a bit. Covered as best i could before hightailing it back to the track.
Thanks for the clever hide wesso !
Oh oh! A good ten odd months unloved too !

Parked in nearby street and after a short walk I found this cameoed cache. All good with the cache though the logbook is a little damp. Thanks Wesso family for a tour around the area.
We had just listened to ‘Conversations’ on the ABC radio on our way here so we were a little nervous of snakes. The segment was all about Taipans but we’re not too keen on snakes of any variety just in case. Fortunately it’s the winter season and we didn’t see any snakes at all. We are pleased to say we found this cache and it was happy to see us after no visitors for a year. We gladly signed the log and can report the log is dry and good to sign. Many thanks for this adventure today Wesso Family.
Cheers and happy caching!

Thursday. On the way back home after collecting the nearby new virtual and thought I’d make a second attempt at grabbing this one. I was here earlier today but had no joy. A PAF to the CO and a shove in the right direction as to what I was looking for helped. This area was so overgrown, and when I initially arrived there were no geotrails and everything was wet and muddy. I had poked and prodded everywhere and in the end, found that I was only about a metre away from the cache when I was here on my first look. I must admit that when everything is moist, the colours tend to blend in a bit more I think. Anyhoo, when I knew I was in the area of GZ again, I poked the same spots and from then, a couple of minutes later I looked down and thought “That must be it!” I was about to go to another nearby tree when I stood still and looked. It was overgrown where the cache was but I soon had the log in hand. A cache container full of very large ants were removed (they weren’t too happy) and our name was in the log. I cleaned off the mud as best I could and replaced the container as I’d found it. No geotrail left here, only heaps of trodden down plant life due my looking for the container – I had also tripped over some logs twice and poked around all the trees in that area. Glad to have collected this one though on my way home as it would have been a blue frown left in a sea of yellow.
This was the 12th of 12 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Wesso Family***, for showing us this place.

A quick uphill walk around the back of some properties to groups of trees. Found quickly after seeing something a bit odd. TFTC.
Drove up from Canberra, for a much needed holiday staying with my parents in Caloundra ... Up here for a few weeks (Christmas, and most of January
Been finding at least one cache a day since I left home, went to Widgee for the NYE Geocaching weekend, and had heaps of fun up there finding lots of caches with a bunch of great people, now back to caching on my own (or sometimes with my muggle parents if we are out and about together)
Ok... Couldn't find it a couple days b4, lost my green pen, it got dark, phone battery went flat... didn't log because I had not finished looking yet, and planned to come back ... and amazingly enough - I did - lol
Was back over this way today, dnf a multi, found the mystery, as dark as last time but I am nearly here - might look again...
Follow phone to GZ... Have quick look... Hmmm... might be there... Yep
TFTC - Not sure how i missed that last time!
(pity the mozzies also found me again too)
Didn't find my lost pen, but surprised myself when I actually remembered not to walk face first into the spider in a Web that I had to duck under on my way in

Out with Selva Girls and muggle stepson for the day we parked near gz and walked the short heart starter to within 10m or so of the cache. A bit of a search before I spied something likely, and presto! a cache. Log signed and all returned as found. Tftc wesso family.
Out for a day of caching with stortigirls. A quick walk up the hill and we were soon at GZ. There, my phone took ages to settle. When it did, it kept pointing "there". A bit of a clamber over some fallen branches and I began searching. Not particularly liking the spot I was searching, I began to clamber back over the fallen branches. As I did so, I heard stortigirls say "Found it" from a few metres away. We added our name to the log, returned the cache to its spot and continued on our way. TFTC
We parked near GZ and walked over . Once we arrived at GZ and after a very quick search we had the cache in hand . Thanks for the cache Wesso Family . TFTC!!!
I am out and about caching today around the southern Sunny Coast region.
At one stage I had almost found them all around here.
Today I nearly made it just over 40 finds for the day. [^]
Like a few others have said ... the area has quite a few fallen trees and has not been found since April last year.
Can the Owner please confirm it is still there?
Cheers

gps put me in the centre of a pile of fallen down trees. very over grown. may need to be checked.
This reserve needs some serious clean up. Trees down and garden waste all over. GZ as indicated by my GPS is covered with dead wood and vines . Searched the base of anything that looked like a tree within 20m of that GZ but no cache. Not a fun search so I probably won’t try it again.

Tried for a early morning start today but lost almost 30 minutes trying to convince the apprentice Geo Dawg that he had to say at home and keep his sister company he was having none of this and steadfastly refused to budge a inch from his spot onm the front seat, With a little bit of shove and push he was removed from the vehicle muttering under his breath you'll never find them without me. Finally got under way heading to The Little Mountain Brithday Event
Found on the way home after the event Great little walk, Nice cache

I spotted two caches on the map in this area and soon spotted a place I could turn in and park. Soon following the GPSr along the path and looking for a good way in towards GZ. Well there was no really good way in, it just was a matter of making the best of what there was.
Soon I head the beep and I got down to having a look around and collecting a whole bunch of spider webs as well. Nothing int he first spot and while I was trying to get around to check another spot, I saw something interesting. A little look and sure enough a container was found.
As I opened the log book and started adding my name I noticed the last date, sure enough it was September last year, a little unlove here. But finally a visit.

Camped at Landsborough and drove to Coloundra, to spend the morning caching.
We visited some lovely areas, with a good variety of hides.
Eventually found a way in to locate this cache, without being on a main road.
With just a short stroll, the cache was found quickly, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, wesso family, for us and others to find.

I found this cache just before going away on holidays and forgot to actually do the logs before I ran away.
This was a nice quick little find in an area that allowed me to enjoy both the cache and the environment around it.
Thanks for another great cache 'wesso family'. The cache is in great order.

Out and about with barbbowman A very easy walk took us most of the way to GZ, then there was a short bush bash, which became a fight with tangling vines Once at GZ we searched a couple of spots then noticed something that matched up nicely to the hint. Clever camo, and I haven't seen this container in that colour before. Very pretty! And of course we took the easier way back to the car TFTC, wesso family.

This was the last cache for the day for myself and Captain Terror whilst spending a few days in Caloundra. We had driven past this cache twice already this trip and as we passed it for the third time we decided to head down and actually find it.
We headed down a few backstreets until we were at a convenient parking spot. We dragged ourselves out of the car and headed up the hill. We were both getting a little tired by this part of the day so the going was a little slower than you would normally see us moving but eventually we were near GZ. The Captain has legs that come to halfway up my stomach so he took the direct approach and easily stepped over anything in his way. I however headed back a few metres and found an easier approach for my short little legs.
I made it to the Captain in time to see him open the cache container and grab the logbook out. I haven't seen a pink one of them before, I was very impressed. After the log was signed and the container replaced we headed back to the car and started our trip back home... via the BP for a coffee. Thanks for the cache wesso family, I am sure the trip wouldn't have been so successful without your caches. I feel like I have typed wesso more than anyone else lately

Net88 and I had spent a short weekend in the Caloundra area and this was to be our last find before plowing down the highway towards home. It was also one of the trickiest to get to. We had already driven past twice when we nearly drove past a third time. I noted we would likely be able to get in from the backroads and took a few quick turns. Sure enough we pulled up in a decent spot.
Being late in the caching day, we were both a bit weary and the hill up and around to the right spot felt a lot steeper than I care to admit. I followed the GPSr quite directly and pretty sure I took the most difficult route through the trees, plants and vines. Net followed but took a smarter and easier route. However I had the geocache located when she turned up and we signed the logbook. A nice camouflage job on what would otherwise be a 'sore toe' type of container. TFTC wesso family, your hides once again made for an enjoyable stay on the Sunshine Coast

This was my first cache for the day and I was happy to finally make it a smiley! So many times I have driven past this one thinking to myself that I must stop and find it. Well, today I made the decision to find this one first off.
I parked Spangle in a safe spot then head down the path. As I came closer to GZ I could see that I'd have to head down the hill, not seeing any geotrails I made one of my own. It wasn't long into the search when I spotted something peculiar, I picked it up to find the cache underneath. I signed the log book and then replaced the cache as I had found it.
Thanks for the cache wesso family

The last cache find before lunch for Wombles and I. I wasn't too impressed by the steepness of the hills as I was ready for a rest, but we made it to GZ and the cache was quickly in hand Happy to have one more marked off before lunch but I was well and truly ready for another ice cold drink and some food in my hungry belly!

#269~ One would imagine a bright pink container wouldn't be that hard to spot. We took the concrete pathway until just north of the spot and had to clamber down through the bush. After a while searching (geoson was not very useful for anything besides raising my ire) I spotted the cache. Always like this type. On the way out realised it was much easier to walk toward GZ through the open grassed area, if you prefer easy. TFTC wesso family
Found with Bedmaker while in the area today.
It was a lovely walk along the bike path then we headed into the bush and before long something was starting to hurt. A wasp must have stung me... oh well, another caching injury.

Our last cache for in the area today. We came into GZ from the path above and GPS lead us through some bush that was a challenge to negotiate. One those bushes had a wasp in it that gave Tassiegirl a little hurry up so she wasn’t too keen on caching for the moment. After a few soothing words she was happy again and we were back on the hunt.
We soldiered on and spotted GZ where we signed our names in the log. Our exit back to the Bedmobile was somewhat different to our approach as you could well imagine.

Parked at the start of the trail and took the high path until close and then tumbled down the slope. Sprung upon a few likely spots surprising a few spiders but no luck at first. Stood back and turned around and there almost out in the open was a now familiar camo piece. [^] And there was the pink cache safe and sound. Took sail fin lizard, took purple shell. 1045h #248 tftc wesso family

I was thinking I had just enough time for one more on the way home. I'm glad I didn't try parking on the main road and diving over the edge - it is a very steep slope! It was very wet underfoot, despite the steep terrain. After looking in a few places I spotted something out of place. Another nice cache TFTC TNLNSL
Jill is very lucky to have a reserve as lovely as this. It reminded us of our home in Nth Queensland. SL TFTC
Jill Chamberlain is such a nice lady so I thought it was about time I did this one. On my way to the cache I put my hand (gently I swear) on a tree and to my absolute horror the whole tree snapped off at the base and started to fall. I grabbed the trunk and tried to slow down it's desent because after all I was supposed to be in stealth mode and there were houses nearby. Of course it crashed to the ground with a massive thunk. Should I have bolted then? No, there was a cache nearby. Don't think I've ever found a cache such a vibrant colour before. Thanks for the adventure wesso family. I love trees, honest.
It began to get ridiculous weather-wise when I pulled up to this one. I don't think I approached the easiest way (no - I did not park on the main drag )
I finally came out at GZ and started the hunt. I was not liking where my GPSr first pointed. But thankfully, my eye caught something, and sure enough, it was the cache! A clever job on the camouflage there. The cache was in good condition. I signed the log and dropped in a trackable. The poor trackable didn't travel far - but at least it's out and about
It started to rain cats and dogs when I got to the car. I decided that was enough for me. TFTC Wesso Family
I finally came out at GZ and started the hunt. I was not liking where my GPSr first pointed. But thankfully, my eye caught something, and sure enough, it was the cache! After all the wet weather today was the perfect day to do some caching - so we headed off to try and finish off all the caches south of Caloundra Road. I think 90% of them belong to the wesso family too! This one was a fairly quick find once the GPS settled down. The co-ords were spot on in the end. We found an easier way out afterwards. TNLNSL TFTC
Not saying it's not there but after one dirt sandwich to day I thought I would leave it for to day, and settle for a Big Mac instead, We will try it next time when my old body feels a bit younger.
A short stroll along the path led us to... a steep slope so once that was accounted for, the cache was soon found. Back along an easier path. Thanks wesso family
Found it!, with wattoes365.
U sneaky Wesso, Found a VERY familiar container.

Came to little mountain and Bellvista for a little geocaching day and found out that this looked very familier. Nice walk to it into the bush where i think i might go again for a visit with beautiful veiws TFTC wesso family
With the GPS swinging wildly 10 metres this way then the other we were resigned to just start at one and check everything for miles around. We were standing there deciding to read back through earlier logs to see if that would help when a glance down revealed the cache! Hoping luck stays with us for the rest of the day.
A nice walk in and found our way to GZ. I was drawn to the plant with the pretty pink flowers but found gthe cache elsewhere. TFTC
Found while out for a walk with the family this afternoon.
Took the hard way in, but soon spotted a familiar looking Wesso family hide.

1288. Forth for today on my Caloundra catchup day. A quick stroll through the corridor to this cache then a look for a pink container - where would wesso hide that! Luckily I located it quickly.

In the area for a couple of days, decided to get a few caches on the way into Kawana. This is an interesting piece of bushland, enjoyed the walk. Thanks wesso family.
This was our last cache for the great say I spend with Baxter4551. Geomum pulled up 800 meters away from the GZ as we could not get closer because if the busy road. Took the Geodog for the walk with us but the path kept going for ages and we were getting really tired because of the hills but as we got within 50 meters of the cache the problem started. We did not know what to do leave Geodog on the path tied up or take her with us down into the of the path into the bush trail. Once we made the decision to take her we went on our way to the cache. Got to about 10 meters away from the cache then Geodog got off her lead we had to make a mad dash to catch her as she thought it was a big game. By the time we caught her we had cuts all over us. Found the cache tucked away then realized we Didn't HAVE A PEN !!!!!!!!!!!!grrrrrrrrrr . Will be back tomoro to sign log tftc
I had spent the day Geocaching with my awesome friend samual09. we decided that this would be our last one for the day... we parked about 800m away from the cache we walked along a path way to the cache for ages.
We took the geodog for a walk and when we finally reached our destination, we relized that it would be almost impossible to take the geodog in there but we didn't want to leave her alone so we took the geodog for a bit of a bush track.
we followed the GPS and by now we had cuts in all different kinds of places [B)] we found the cache in about 5min and relized we hadn't brang a pen with us!!!! [:(!] so we had to walk all the way back up the hilly path to the car.
me and my friend samual09 will be back to sign the log book tomorrow!

Knowing our time is quickly coming to an end in QLD, we decided to head out to these ones this morning before Jason flew out tonight I had lived in the area previously, I was aware of the path here so we knew where to park.
Before to long the arrow was pointing to a very 'unpram friendly' area, so Jase & Dylan headed bush while I found a suitable spot to walk the pram As I arrived nearby, Jase came up with the rather familiar looking hide
TFTC wesso family. Can't believe we have never found a cache before in this piece of bushland

After sorting out the best parking spot, Mr Parko and I headed off on the lovely path, until we worked out we needed to be on a different level. Once that was sorted, we approached GZ knowing we were not exactly dressed for this hunt
We were happy that we could have the torches on and not worry about the neighbouring houses
After a few scrapes and bashes, I found the the little beast tucked away, with a blank log book
Seems we are the only crazies out tonight
Hmm now to get out of here without anymore pokes in my legs
Thanks for the hunt wesso family
