Got to GZ but no luck with the find. Rain started heavy so will have another go when the sun comes out!

A rare Sunday afternoon free after a short training session with Belfast roller derby's Norn Iron Maidens and I headed for this cache. Lovely walk and easy waypoints. RAD wee cache container! It made me do a full on double take! Nice one Wink

This turns out to be the last cache of today, though the others that I had ran out of time to get will be done sooon - I hope.
Anyway, I was coming down from Where the Wind Blows and was running out of time, I had to be back near home so I could turn into my alter ego - Taxi Dad!
So I looked at what I had yet to do and thought that this one could be done in what time I had left, but I had no time to get one of the numbers required, it was too far down below, so I set about the other three stages.
Spot on coordinates for these three stages meant that I soon had three numbers. I set the Etrex for the Final and as I went into the field there was fresh foot prints in the grass, straight into ground zero, hmmmn?
Once in at ground zero I did a bit of looking about and could see nothing that I would consider 'cache-like'.
I had spied something, but did not want to touch THAT. So I headed backup, out and around, but naw, the coordinates wanted me to go back in, so I obeyed.
'Curiosity' and 'cat' soon had the cache in hand!! You got the desired affect from me anyway!
A nice touch with the log, an added dimension to a multi that I had not come across before. I do not know why this cache has not been found more often, it is indeed a good multi.
As for the footprints.......... no one was there and the log had no fresh signature........
Have a favourite point.
Right time to head for the M2 before the rush hour starts. Cheers for the cache, it was a handful Big Grin
