Based on the date of the last find and first DNF, I think kids may have removed this cache during the recent school holidays Sad

Wow, hard to believe that no one spots this just sitting here, as there was no cover over the container at all & none nearby that I could see in the growing darkness.

Felt a bit sorry for the people in the house next door, with the dog going off its head as did the log signing duties near his fenceline. Got out of there as quickly as I could!

Thanks Smile

Found on a beautiful sunny day! Never been here before but it's nice! Watch out for the "alarm" that goes off when you're nearby.

Whatever camo Webguy placed over this on has either blown away or been used in a bird's nest. I spotted it from about forty or fifty metres away. The only difficulty here was the barking dog. But we just grabbed it and took it to the playground to sign. I sent Garks back to replace it. He likes dogs. Thanks

#1529- We gave Garks the job of returning the cache having found it. He likes to talk to dogs, even if they are barking. Yes, we too spotted it from a distance, though we thought it must have just been something else- not a cache. Can't imagine that this will last.

Found with mum and dad on a short caching trip.

Spotted this from a LONG ways away. Mo idea how this will last, it is not waterproof and the logbook is not in a ziplock bag, so will turn mouldy next time we get rain. Covered it so it can not be seen from the other side of the park.

Use to be a very old cache here in this little playground.

Since pjmpjm had some appointments in Baulkham Hills he asked me to join him to do some Geocaching on the way there and back, turned out to be a very good day.
We were about to give this one up before even starting as GZ was very busy with several youg bikers using the jump ramp, their starting run being right next to the container that was sitting there in full view.
pjmpjm decided to pretend to be innocent, (a hard task for him!) and grabbed the cache but the kids were onto us and a couple followed us to the car to see what we were up to.
We really did not know what to do at this stage, it would not be possible to take the cache away and return it later, too far from home.
Just as pjmpjm decided to risk it all the kids disappeared into the distance to go and play ball out of sight from us. A quick run and the cache was back in its original location with a bit of added natural camo on top.
Thanks for a very entertaining cache. The CO might want to reconsider the location, I can't imagine this will last very long where it is.

One of 17 geocaches logged by rogerw3 and me today, while on a trip from the Blue Mountains down to Norwest Business Park. I had a medical appointment and some tests scheduled and this was an excellent excuse for some geocaching on the way to the doctor and back home again. We started at 10:30am from Leura and it was 8pm when I finally dropped rogerw3 off at Lawson station, from where he had a still longer trip back up to Clwydd.

Lots of boys riding their bikes and playing very near GZ nearly caused us to give up on this one before we'd even started. However, contrary to rogerw3's sensible advice, I decided to quickly walk by the cache container (which was in plain sight), and pick it up quickly and nonchalantly 'en passant' -- and then return immediately to the GeoBuru2 for the logging formalities. I did this, but caught the attention of the curious boys, who then observed us closely. In fact two of them rode right over to our vehicle and sat watching up sereptiously, trying to figure out what we were up to . . .

We were nearly in despair about what to do at this stage. We were much too far away from home to take the cache away and return it later. And replacing it then and there seemed certain to cause the nosy boys to investigate it as soon as our backs were turn.

However, as if at a signal, all the boys jumped on their bikes and completely disappeared! With absolutely no one watching, I then replaced the cache container and partially covered it with some natural camo.

All is in good order with the cache (TNLNSL) and it's nice and dry, but the hiding position is not only very exposed, but situated within a few metres of the elaborate bike 'jumps' used by the local boys. rogerw3 and I both agree that it might be wise for the CO to reconsider the location.

Anyhow, all's well that ends well. Thanks very much to alex agaciak for the hide!

Although an interesting cache container, the execution on this cache needs to be reconsidered. Will be gone on the next council or comunity clean up.

Well almost forgot to keep my caching streak alive, saw this one and went for quick drive. Got to GZ & quickly SL as I felt exposed. Good cache but may wanna rethink the position as I can't seeing it last too long out here. TFTC

A nice quick find late on a hot spring afternoon. GeoMum had no idea that the cache was a billy...... Maybe a binoculars case but not a billy. Lucky GeoDad made a nice quick find.

Question,is this hide a gee up !
This will be gone the next time the council has a clean up.
A bit of a tip:the more different caches you find the more experienced you will get and the better you will hide them, cheers.

Talk about a dog putting you under pressure to sign and get out of here. Felt uncanny urge to stir up the barking mutt, though he might give it to the next unsuspecting cacher with more venom. SL TFTC

Nice quick find

Did this cache after finding the latest Trainspotter cache. Found the cache easy enough with the neighbouring dog barking at me. Really don't know how long this one will last with it being so close to Muggles.

1625, GAFF1, Geoson and I were out caching with RIS768, Geomutts and Geonephew today, we were sitting down for a bite to eat after completing Blue Gum and Ned Kelly Whereigo when RIS notices a couple of new caches pop up on here Iphone.

We followed the RISMobile as we did not have the coords and soon arrived in the park to find the area swarming with kids on BMX bikes close to GZ.

The Geomutts provided the perfect diversion and entertainment for the kids whilst RIS and I go for the cache.

We SL, cache in good condition. Not sure how long this one will last in the position is was ?

Lots of BMX Muggles around but having geodogs distracted them and they were not concerned with what Juddda and I were up to. SL #591 TFTC I hope it lasts in this spot.
