Unable to retrieve the cache with thin wire, It has been pushed about 2.5.metres up the pipe which houses the hide, I spent about 15 minutes here today trying to get the container out of pipe, NO SUCESS
Found the cache but unable to retrieve it to sign log.
You might be able to coax it out with a very long piece of narrow wire
You might be able to coax it out with a very long piece of narrow wire
Is this cache EVER going to be maintained, I am waiting since APRIL The container is pushed too far into hide to be retrieved, and people are logging it as found, but not able to sign log It was first reported in FEB 2017 now SEP 2017 I think 7 months is a reasonable time to have this fixed
I had an hour to kill before I met up with the wife so I grabbed some caches in the area. I found this cache but could not sign the log book so I'm classing it as a DNF. Some cache maintenance is required to extract the container as mentioned by other cachers.
Caching out in inner west today, and located the hide, but cannot extract the container, it is pushed too far into the hide area, This will need maintenance
Staying in Melbourne for about a week for some sport and of course some geocaching.
I was out and about exploring around the city and discovered lots of new great places.
Needs looking at.

Found, though could not retrieve. Looked at previous notes and can appreciate the cache for what it's supposed to be (looked at a few photos after realising its current non-retrievable state) nonetheless, TFTF.
Went out for a few caches with diana8 and we decided to tackle the caches in this area.
We think we found it but due to a maintenance issue, it couldn't be extracted. The owner was contacted and confirmed our suspicions. Thanks anyway.

We could see it, as confirmed by CO, but unable to retrieve it. Will have to come back another time.
Found pretty quickly as the cache was pretty obvious. Sorry about the late log.
I put it back exactly as found, but maybe judging by subsequent logs, someone may have jammed it in?
Thanks daunts - Nifty spot.

Really good hiding spot, wouldn't of found it without the clue. TFTC daunts and Melbermans
Used The hint and the cache was found quickly. That's Not Trash, That's a Geocache, was used in the making of this cache. I was very impressed and give a favorite for the thought and effort gone into it. Thanks daunts. TFTC.
This was something of an incidental find while walking through the area. I have however noticed and been intrigued by this series in the past. I've done a lot of my caching by public transport and was doing so again today. The cache was found fairly quickly but I recall seeing the hint before I arrived. I would surely have been detained rather longer without it. Can't say I've seen a cache like this before. Thanks daunts!
Found by Mary & David at 1454. Our only cache today. Parked near the playground in Smiley Cres, and walked from there. A quick find after disturbing the big fat guardian gecko. Our thanks to daunts.
Found. This was a sweet treat. Very nice cache! Enjoyed the area while seated.
This one came with a surprise spider. Sorry for messing up your new home little buddy!
There was a huge huntsman hiding there! Didn't have a pen so put a little hole in number 32 of the log.
I walked the long way round and then found a bridge to where I was parked - but on my way I glimpsed the 903 bus - so that was lucky. I liked this cache- nicely put together and a great view. My 2nd in this series. Thanks
First to find this one in a while it seems, and was greeted by several spidey friends upon finding the cache too. Nice views, thanks for this one!
Found the cache on a beautiful, sunny Sunday afternoon. Great hiding spot. TFTC .
TFTC very clever design, Geo Nana solved the clue to find her first cache.
Found it! We had a fun time dodging bullets in an epic Nerf Battle in nearby Pipemakers Park for my Geo-nephew's 12th birthday party! We had walk along the river bank and found nearby cache and had enough time to walk a bit further to this one. Great use of materials. One bit had fallen off and Muggle Wen re-attached it. TFTC SL
Was out finding some nearby caches. Interesting place and some very fit people doing the journey up the hill. Great hide and use of materials. Geokid was very impressed with the design of the cache which inspired him to create something similar when we got home. Thanks
Out today cleaning out some of the in collected in this area. Was a quick find and with very few people around ( guess it is true the weather makes great cover).
Clever hide in a nice secluded area. There have been many times that I have thought the 903 is stalking me, as I have seen it in nearly all parts of its route. Now that I know there is a series dedicated to it, I shall have to finish it! Thank you!
A sunny Autumn afternoon and Master Five followed the hint to make the find. Tftc.
Beaut views from up here and a sneaky hide as well .
Many thanks for placing the cache.

Find #1100 , out tonight to grab a few caches, thus one in particular as it hopefully has a missing clue for the final, the clue was there in this cleverly constructed cache, but it was one that I had already guessed. I need to revisit another bus cache as I have lost a clue somewhere. Thanks fir the cache , a nice spot for a walk
Tftc, nice and easy very different cache. Forgot a pen so didn't get to sign the log
A lovely Australia day for a short walk and then a find of a clever cache hide too - well done and thanks daunts and Melbermans.
We found this cache today at 3:05pm as number 7 of 10 on our Keilor to Mooney Valley Tour. "A" made the find here. A cleverly costructed hide. Thanks from D, HA and A B-A.
Renewed container and log sheet, but byo pen at this stage.
Happy new year for 2015

Down in the big smoke today on "getting my heart tested" medical business and swung by this one as I was in the area, as others have noted, only the lid and the extraction tool are left in the hidey hole, sadly the container and log book are MIA.
So no smiley for us today
Nice walk in though and a nice spot to sit for s bit.
Cheers

Found where it was, but looks like it's been messed with; stuff on the ground, nothing actually in the hole. Needs maintenance
Love how this was hidden. Unfortunately I disturbed a large 8-legged local during extraction, but I think I was more afraid of him than he was of me! I want to attach a picture but it'd be a huge spoiler TFTC!
Thank you for placing a cache in such a beautiful area. First time to visit this area and first in your series. Found the cache and signed it once I opened it properly. Whilst signing it, some young muggles came and started playing hide n seek. So waited until they left and then replaced cache.
Cheers!
Cheers!
We managed to locate this one just before the spring showers arrived. A nearby tree provided some cover! A neat cache design. TFTC
Great hide! Spoiled it for myself by checking the hint first. Then tried to open it from the wrong end first. Removed a manky piece of candy. Vorbis left earrings in its placs. Tftc!
Clever stick! We took the wrong end off and were wishing for a pair of tweezers but fortunately we got smart. Tftc, took a cute button!
Fantastic hide. Took me a while to find it. Very clever.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Congratulations to Ben777 as the first cacher who actually used the 903 bus for any of the caches in this series.
The last stop on my 903 adventure day. After a short walk along what I thought was a short cut from the bus stop, but probably wasn't, I found my way to the cache. While waiting for a muggle to clear out I spotted something and sure enough the cache was discovered. A nice place to finish my bus trip. I decided to attempt a few caches in the adjacent conservation reserve and parklands.
Thanks again to daunts for giving me an interesting day travelling across Melbourne.

We were starting to get short on time so we going to pass this one by but ended up walking right past it anyway. Nothing for it but to stop of course . Luckily it was a quick find. Very clever hide, good one!
Thanks daunts

What an ingenious hide and a great little spot. My grandparents live close by but I never knew that this view was here.
