Found 2 or 3 places in the tree where I would hide it but like all the other logs it has vanished. Please check/replace or archive. Thanks

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.

I can see no recent NM log which would be more appropriate than a NA log so am putting one on and ignoring the NA log unless the CO ignores both.

Cache will need to be checked by CO to confirm if it is there or not.

seems like this cache has gone

26-Jan-14
Five mins search but with other recent DNFs I have up.

25-Jan-14
spent 10 minutes looking but could not find what other cachers describe as an obvious and easy find. possibly gone or missing as the last two cachers before me have had no luck finding this either. nice spot though

18-Jan-14
Looked for awhile but no luck. Thanks for sharing this place with us.

07-Jan-14
No luck today! Thanks for bringing me here though.

16-Dec-13
I found 15 minute parking about 400 metres from GZ so it needed to be a fairly quick find. Luckily it was, though I did circle GZ a couple of times before I spotted the cache.

I used to walk past this lookout as a teenager many many years ago when I lived in Greenwich. It’s a nice place for a cache, thanks jimmijames73.

A very nice cache placement. One of those places that I'd never visit if it wasn't for the cache here. Had a look at the plaque and the other smaller plaques in the ground beyond. Very interesting to see the points of interest and distances marked out in miles. TFTC, Biggles.

My daughter often comes and sits in this park at lunchtime so I looked up to see if there was a cache. She was keen to go and look for it. After sending her the coordinates she set off and found it on behalf of the team (the newest member). She said that there were a few people around so it was a little tricky to not get caught. I think she has caught the caching bug now! TFTC

Was cycling home from North Sydney and pulled off to find this cache. The hint indicated the object where the GPS was pointing to. Found the cache quickly (although quite exposed) as I had seen many of these hides in Tasmania and could consider myself a "master" or them.

Found a pen in the bottom of my bag so could sign this one.

That tree was too thorny for the Thornberry

12-Sep-13
Apart from a headphoned young muggle lying on a nearby bench oblivious to the world this was a quick find although I did look at the clue as I didn't want to catch the attention of said muggle unnecessarily. Great view. TNLN TFTC

07-Sep-13
A day out in North Sydney to enjoy some views. Unfortunately this morning was a foggy. Still a great city to look down on and a cache to boot TFTC

13-Aug-13
[:o)] Found it after letting some muggles pass by. Was twilight so had to use light of smart phone.

19-Jul-13
Great view, was hard to pick where we were looking over so smeagol and I had fun looking at the placards nearby. TFTC

19-Jul-13
What a view overlooking the south west side of Sydney!

19-Jul-13
Kids excited by their first find. This has started something...

11-Jul-13
A quick and easy find in a park that I've probably driven past a thousand times but had never noticed. Great views. Signed my name in the log using a very blunt pencil (had to 'sharpen' it manually in order to use it). TFTC.

28-Jun-13
Once again we had a failure to read the description on a cache today, and added heaps of walking to our visit when it could have been a simple park and grab. READ the description people, and don't do what we did! Thanks...

2:22:00 PM: (20 of 22) Find#4507
A short trip up to Sydney from Canberra for work and a great excuse to find some caches along the way.
Almost last one found after a detour to the GPS shop and found the Garmin 600 wasn't instock.. doh.. but nearly overshot the Car park .
Had to be very stealthly as there was nearby muggles so took the rear approach and spotted it .. then my sneaky best to return it.. bam..
thanks no time to enjoy the view but great spot, now time to join all the trafffic home.. doh

06-May-13
Quick find after a lucky parking job! TFTC!!

The pencil was broken, though - lucky I brought a pen, as I left my sharpener at home! But if you can bring a pencil sharpener before attempting this one from here, that would be awesome Smile

28-Apr-13
Beautiful views and a very impressive tree. Thanks!

26-Apr-13
glad I had my son with me today. I send him to retrieve the cache!

17-Apr-13
Studying abroad from Boston Uni and with the terrible bombing on marathon monday, and not being able to be there, I decided to take a walk around and clear my mind.

It was a beautiful day in Sydney and I only have 2 weeks left here. I have been here for 3 months but my days are running out, so I am trying to make the most by seeing and experiencing as many places as possible before I leave.

Awesome tree, sweet view, and TFTC Very Happy.

09-Apr-13
We were in luck with just one parking spot left, I don't think the 2 hour limit is enforced. The GPS was spot on and it was just a matter of braving the needles until the cache was revealed. Thanks for the hide, it took some time to remove the sticky mess from my hair. Left a little bear TB.

Huzzah! Our first find! Couldnt find it on day 1, so came back and it was a great success. Took an egg timer and left a whale. TFTC (:

20-Jan-13
My heart always sinks when I see prickly trees at GZ. This wasn't as hard to find as it might have been, though, and I emerged relatively unscathed. (And yes, I have been "scathed" many times while geocaching--it's not a hobby for the vain.) TFTC!

12-Jan-13
A pretty quick find and look out on the way home from work. Tftc!

10/01/13 8:32 AM. Cache #352. Current streak: 123 days. Very easy to find with the hint. Sat down to sign, but couldn't stay long to enjoy the view, as I had to head off for work. TFTC. } Smile

I was caching in the area on the Friday before Christmas, and was hot 'n sweaty by the time I got to this one, so had a quick break and enjoyed the view from a park I had never noticed before. I then searched for the cache, and once I got my altitude right made a quick find. TNLNSL, TFTC

A while ago a cache was published in Townsville, which I visit regularly for work, which is a challenge cache where you have to find five caches in alphabetical order before you can look for this cache. http://coord.info/GC3YFR2
A week or so back I was on my way with B and C but the only D I could find was disabled so I had to give it up. Today for a special treat I headed to the lower North Shore having identified a good alphabetical run in the Greenwich area.
After B for Bendy's Walk I was going to head to Cache Me If You Can but this one came up as being closer - as the crow flies only though! A fair drive later I was pulling up in this little park (which I'd never noticed before) and made a very quick find - makes a change! Signed the log. Took the TB.
That's C covered.
Thanks!

A great little spot to take a break from peak-hour traffic. I used to catch the bus home from work nearby. Found the cache surprisingly quickly; I've had trouble with similar hides before. Swapped a TB for the GC. Thanks.

Never knew this great little park was here, usually whizzing past ! Great views. SL TFTC LEFT COW TB

Came past for some lunchtime caching and stopped right next to this cache. Got out and walked over and made the find soon after. SL, TNLN and replaced. nice views, TFTC.

A really great little park with stunning views. Thanks for taking us here, we definitely wouldn't have come without geocaching! After walking around the tree a couple times we found it. TFTC!

31-Oct-12
What an interesting little park, thanks for bringing me here. Had to outwait a muggle eating lunch on a nearby bench so explored the lookout a bit. TFTC.

28-Oct-12
Looks like I found the same three caches The Vikings found yesterday. Have been past this point a thousand times in my life and this cache finally brought me here to stop and have a look. I remember as a kid the view was great at night(as we drove past). SL left bubbles, TFTC

27-Oct-12
Third and last cache for today. Never though about this view point before. Nice location, althought the view must have been very nice before all the trees grew up.

26-Oct-12
Hazy day. Left green bunting. TFTC

25-Oct-12
A nice hide. TFTC

21-Oct-12
It never ceases to amaze me that these little places exist amongst the urban sprawl. It took me back to yesteryear when the Queen played a bigger part in the national consciousness. I loved the walk-on viewing platform showing how many miles (!) to each of the places. As noted it would have been a lot more impressive back in the day. But I still managed to make out St Joseph's college through the trees. Interesting to see the AWA building listed, this was the tallest building in Sydney for quite a while but now you would be lucky to see it from a block away.

TFTC jimmijames73 I like your choice of location.

Great hop off hop on find. Great view. Thanks

15-Oct-12
Geodog and I walked past this lookout last week and I thought "Wonder why no one has put a cache here?" And here it is! Smile Bit of a scratchy encounter to get it though.

This poor old lookout - the sign is gone, the neighbours trees have grown and you can barely see anything now, the fountain no longer operates. Used to be such a spectacular vantage point, especially at night.

14-Oct-12
Have driven by but never stopped before. Good place for a geocache. It was fun trying to spot the listed places of interest but the trees are blocking most of the view. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

13-Oct-12
Great views to the south. We pull up to see a couple of people that looked like possible caches saw they heading to GZ. Nice to meet you Peter-mcc. We pooled resources and soon made the find. We found the co-ords accurate and opened up the cache to find we were joint 2TF. We both signed and re hid. TFTC

13-Oct-12
Yay, our first FTF!! Smile We have tried a few caches now where we hopped in the car after a new cache was published but have previously been beaten to the punch. We thought we'd missed another chance when we arrived today and found another cacher on the scene.Nice to meet you Jonathan.F! We searched together for a short time and Geohubby came away with the cache in hand. Thanks for the cache jimmijames73!

13-Oct-12
"Joint" FTF -- I arrived on the scene first, and the Gallagher Rangers arrived shortly after. Just took a few moments for G.R. to pull out the cache from its hiding spot. Well done! TFTC.

Fourth to find only.
When leaving, we saw a lost sole with a phone in her hand arrive.
It was Buttontoe. Great to meet and talk

Found this afternoon but obviously many people were out geocaching as no FTF. Got to meet Nanny and Bo and had a good chat. Always pleasing to meet fellow geocachers.

Tim & I found it second with Bella at waggy.
I used to park here to go to a shop which was across the road - there is a great view to the south west.
