This is ridiculous. How can someone claim a find if they haven't signed the log. No log, no find. A lid is not a cache nor is the base. A cache includes the lot but especially the log This cache is obviously missing and has been for some time. The cache owner needs to either fix it or archive it like right now. Free up the sight so that some one else can have a go.
Spent 15 minutes searching to no avail. Not sure what I am missing. Given the previous history of this cache, I’m not sure that it is still there.
Thanks anyway.
Thanks anyway.
Great lil find again i found while hubby was using gps. I'm the detective while hubby is the leader lol. Cache is in good order but had to park a lil bit away from this one so we used the walkway behind the houses to get to it.
After a very long time looking Found the base of it I'm guessing, needs to be replaced
Out walking the dogs did this cache. Got down and dirty and found it in a nice little park hidden from the street
Quick easy find. Took the geodogs for a swim and the geohostage made the find.
Yeah what a pity ... next pushbike ride I will check before I leave . learning by doing ... but it was a nice exercise on the bike
Selva Girls and I were looking for an area well outside our 10k zone for a full day out and we decided to head up north. I gave Dutchie1950 a call to see if she was free to join us and we found an area that was good for all of us. Selva Girls called Mataeka and she was also happy to come north for the day.
What an interesting spot. We decided that this would be our lunch stop and when we approached we looked at the structure and decided to have lunch first and then search for the cache. That idea lasted all of 30 seconds - about as long as it took to drop our bags on the table and wander over for a quick search.
Not finding it immediately it was back to plan A of lunch first. As we walked back to the table I casually mentioned that I was happy to sit and have lunch now that I knew where the cache was hiding

Out for a day of caching with Rhyssa6, Mataeka and Dutchie1950. After making a false start for access to the area, we found a way in. As we strolled to GZ, we passed a playground that either doesnt get used much or is new. We dropped our bags on the table and headed over to GZ. Hunger got the better of me, so I returned to the table and ate my lunch. The others came back one by one. By the time the last one came back, I was finished eating, soo wandered over and began my search. I knew that the others had already spotted the caches hiding spot, but left it for me to find. It wasnt long before I was signing the log
490 - Another 'play day' for me. This time with Selva Girls, Rhyssa6 and mataeka.
Quite a different hide for us today and a sneaky one at that, but not too easy.
TFTC tasry

800 FINDS
Nothing marks a milestone of 800 finds like that of a dead rotting possum. The find itself had us looking around for a few minutes, searching all of the areas around GZ. And, there were many a places to inspect here. After a process of elimination, the hunt was soon over and a milestone was gained.
The reason of us Coastal Kids to be down here was because I had the day off work and the Muggle Partner had to go to BNE for the weekend leaving me with a free day. What do you think I did with it... Fed my addiction! I was joined by *SuzySquirrel* and mtill17 and it was decided that we would also head down South and Caboolture was the lucky town of choice.
Thanks for the cache tasry. The cache and the aromatic possum are in good order!
#800 @ 12:19 pm. A day trip to Caboolture with MinkosDes and mtill17 today to pick up some caches. Found this one on hands and knees next to a rotting animal carcass full of flies. Yay 800 TFTC tasry !
Out to Caboolture with MinkosDes and *SuzySquirrel* today to tick off some caches. After a lot of looking around in and under we located the cache quite near a dead animal whom we decided we shall call 'suzy the squirrel' Signed and replaced log before quickly leaving due to the smell. TFTC tasry! And congratulations to the lovely *SuzySquirrel* on her 800 finds, quite a milestone
After initially approaching from the wrong side, we were soon in a spot for good access.
Made our way towards GZ. What an unusual structure just sitting here.
Took forever to find, so we resorted to PAF. Soon located in a spot I had earlier dismissed. See what happens when you get a preconceived idea what the container would be.
Log signed, cache replaced.

Out today caching in the company of FastEd59. This is a strange little park in an out of the way place. Bet the locals have it all to themselves!
Speaking of strange, what is this structure? The only apparent purpose it serves is to hide a cache. Speaking of which, Ed and I made really heavy work of this, having to resort to a PAF, before our head-slapping moment when we found if based of the PAF advice. Now THAT was embarrassing!
Thanks Tasry

Passing through the Caboolture area today and I stopped and grabbed a cache or two on the way. This one was a quick and easy find today.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

TFTC was about to give up when I found 1/2 an old container. But decided on one more try! Yeh a smiley face.
12:30 Nice quiet location, quickly pinpointed cache at GZ but found it hard to remove; signed log and replaced.
Well now, that was a bit embarrassing. Looked too hard at first. Geo-son spotted it. Tftc
Visiting grandma near by thought we would go for a little walk and grab this one. Nice easy find. TFTC.
Glad to finally cross off the closest cache to home! Going the long way with a toddler trailer behind my bike wasn't the best idea but I made it! Found the cache quite quickly but I knew what to look for. Grand? Grand waste of wood I reckon! I bet this never gets used.
Thanks for the cache guys!!!! Picked this one up while waiting for the lil man to finish school. Love the container and a great location. Tftc
Found with only slight fuss. Lovely spot, nicely tucked away. The local canine neighbourhood watch was certainly effective. All good with this cacheTFTC
We did our best to be stealthy after a host of yappy dogs announced our arrival near gz Using the hint, fortunately we were in and out quickly before anyone could investigate Tftc tasry!
We had been here before but had to give up due to a muggle sitting at GZ. This time we had the place to ourselves and made a quick find - whilst listening to something rustling in the bush behind us! TNLNSL TFTC

Found after a bit of searching, I let 6yo geo son think he found this one, he was very excited.
Out and about with teamdfl. As we arrived at GZ there were a few young people with a video camera, but they quickly moved off. We searched a few spots before teamdfl finally made the find. I like the container and now I really understand the title. TFTC, tasry.
Taking the very scenic route home form Beerburrum with IolantheK. We probably took the long walk to this one, but it was nice walking along the riverbank. There were some teenage muggles at GZ when we arrived. The were doing some movie making. Luckily they packed up and left, leaving the coast clear for us to hunt
Loved this one! Was a quick & easy find tho had to walk back because someone forgot the pencil -.- lols but was a nice walk
