As this one had a few DNF we decided to drive by and check it out, seems its gone and GZ has changed since it was placed. Time it was going. I will try to get another one here soon

House sitting locally for two weeks, had to pick an area today for the touristy thing and caching. Mackay CBD won today. Planned to visit the Art Deco buildings in town.

Today, after searching for a while we were muggles by a group of desperate housewives on their way to a tupperware party. May have to come back another time. Thanks Rainforest Cookie

In Mackay for a quick visit.
We came past and found the cache right were it usually is. somewhere near where they use to be, checked the coordinates.

All good. ready to be found.

Day 3 Mackay . Happy Mothers Day
Today we cached around the city area, being Sunday we thought it would be quieter,
This sure looks like an old railway station, didn't take long to find.

out on a maintenance run we came by and replace the log book.. Ratdog had to help me find this one as I was having cache blindness today. we have placed a bigger log book into this cache so bring your own writing stick and good luck.

Found it after i decided to give up on gps and look at the most obvious places that I'd hide things. Let the hands do the finding. It's not as small as you think.

This was a very quick and easy park and grab with nobody around. TFTC.

I never knew this was the old station.
Its a shame they still don't use the old stations anymore.
Much nicer than the modern concrete buildings they use now.

6:35am grab while on my way to work. No muggle activity around at this crazy time of the morning, so a quick find and sign.

Log signed. The cache container and contents were found to be in excellent condition.

I was awake early so I went out caching before getting ready for work. Without a car, my choices of caches was a bit limited so after making my way out to a similarly themed cache in West Mackay, I was heading back into town and came past this cache. Fortunately it was still quite early in the morning as this meant I was able to freely search for the cache in a location that I thought was a bit questionable. Still a find is a find...and I found this cache.

This was our 4th cache find in a caching run of 9 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9692.)

Today's cache run was primarily to add to our current streak of "Most Consecutive Days" cached, (which has been going since New Years Day 2014.) Our "next closest" route took us to some wonderful & scenic locations.

Finally a muggle free time to log this cache.[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Smiley Badge.

The old railway use to be here, now there's a Gym. Found this geocache but the hint didn't really make much sense, assuming there use to be a garden there before the Down low, under and up. with Jrod #ampmky
