Went to obvious spots. Nothing there. Wall has been knocked down behind. This one is definitely not there. CO needs to come and have a look
Sadly, adding to the DNFs here today. Nothing obvious in the obvious. Even tried looking for the not so obvious. Thanks anyway.
Had a good look but could not find it anywhere. The most obvious place definitely wasn't hiding anything either
Found during a trip to the SE with Team Waldron targeting Kingston, Robe, Beachport and Southend, with a few other cache finds along the way. Thanks for the cache cabbos!
Nice easy find thanks. Lots of interesting bold graves here.,Thanks for brining us here
Day 11 of our loop through Vic and SA then home.
With Sol de lune & Smittengranny heading home, it was fitzy_1965, albida33 & I who headed north to Kingston SE and back today. We signed as MAF or FAM to save room.
Our aim was to collect counties, oldies, AL’s and any interesting caches in-between. A fun day, especially the bit of 4WDing we accidentally ended up doing.
All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

30,995. Found with minniek and albida33 (signing either as FAM or MAF to save room and just for fun). After the last few days we dropped down to a group of 3 as Sol de lune and smittengranny went their separate ways today.
Rutherglen Mega and South Australia Trip Day 11. Today we headed out to grab our last few unfound counties in this part of South Australia, found some great D/T caches, visited Kingston and Robe, and generally cherry-picked our way around in a loop finishing back in Millicent for our last night there. This was the next find of the day, and a quick find once at GZ. Signed, replaced, then we headed off to the next one.
Thanks cabbos !! Another lovely spot to visit.

Heading home to Ballarat from Millicent...the long long way...and of course stopped off for a couple of caches along the way. No issues here and the cache was soon found and the log signed. So many caches in the area, I'll have to come back another day.
Thanks cabbos...cache all good.
Thanks cabbos...cache all good.
Southern Autumn adventure Day 12. Post Mega South East SA trip Day 6. Two of the team from this trip have headed home, so now it is just three of us Fitzy_1965, Albida33 & MinnieK, Sole de Lune and logs were signed as FAM or similar. Our goal today was more of the high D/T tree caches and a trip to Kingston and Robe to sample the delights of the coast and a few more counties down this way. We missed out on Beachport due to time and finished with some of the remaining caches in Millicent itself before calling it a night.
Thanks for the cache cabbos

TFTC cabbos for your cache Robe's Last Resort that we found today. Our second day in Kingston. We were looking to grab another LGA , Robe was beckoning. Headed out this morning to Robe to spend a couple of hours exploring. We used caching as a bit of a guide. A good day.
We did complete a few caches on the road to and from Robe as well. Another LGA to add to the list.
Find count : 15717

Staying in Robe, lovely cemetery, wind blowing and can hear the crashing of waves, great place for a last resort and visit. TFTC
A lot of interesting characters here. Janet is keeping a watch over the cache
Dear cabbos
Thankyou. Geocaching is an amazing medium for many reasons.
Today I was simply out getting some exercise on a sunny summer's day and I walked straight to the final resting place of a close relative without knowing it was there!
So thankyou again. It was emotional, educational and a true adventure story.
Cache intact and dry.
Cheers, A Personal favourite

Cache in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to find.
We are staying in Robe for our 10th wedding anniversary.

Fascinating history here.
One can imagine the standard of health care here in the latter 1800's.
GZ - its worth stating to prevent further damage - there is no need to remove sections of the wall.
Daughter took the funniest badge I've ever seen re: we are in it together. Left a sticker.
Respect.

After lunch with my now, old boss, I went off exploring the township of Robe. It was a bit windy but at least the sun was shining.

The beautiful Friday afternoon was turning cool and blustery when we came to this cache. All good at GZ, but always somber to be at a place like this. Log signed and replaced found. Thank you.
Kingston
Know set up at the RV grounds at Kingston, what an amazing location.
Today we continued up to Robe caching as we went
We found some great caches & an ALat interesting locations during the day.
Thanks for placing your cache.

Found whilst holidaying in nearby Boatswain's Point. The obvious place is looking a little worse for wear so try not to search there to preserve this as this is not the final location. TFTC!
Searched intensively for this one and no good. Quite a bit of damage at the wall, not sure if this is the reason??
Fascinating old cemetery - they did it tough and lots of child reside early. Thanks for bringing me here snd TFTC
Just realised I forgot to log this cache when I visited Robe late last year, so logging now.
I found the cemetery really interesting and wished I had more time to explore but we needed to head home. Just as I returned to the car an extremely heavy shower came down - that was lucky timing. Nearby golfers took shelter under the trees and we headed home nice and dry.

Found with sharkiefan.
Back in SA, caching around the area with out base being Millicent.
It was 2 years ago on the March long weekend we were last over here. (That was pre covid/lockdown days.)
We had a great time, back then, and when we got home it was only 20days later Vic went into full covid lockdown mode.
The world has changed somewhat since then, but caching still gets us out n about.
And it is kind of fitting that we are back here for a planned interstate caching trip to get us both back into an area we enjoy (not ta mention I always enjoy the SA caches n trails)
This trip we are both armed with some new gear for the new trails. And i had a few caches targeted to help achieve some challenges and stats.
Once again it was a great little break from the norm of life back home.
Today we toured from Millicent, hit the coast n made our way to Kingston SE. Then cached back to Robe, checked out some camping areas and finishing the day in Beachport with Ad Labs.
Interesting old cemetery. Well worth checking out.

A bit foxed by this one until a second look. Found in plain sight. Should it be like this? TFTYC
On a little weekend escape with Purrfect Di and Jack after a long week at work.
Why not go caching to wind down and mostly stay away from people [:o)]
Ohhhhh that last resort! A nice place to finally rest.
Thanks heaps to cabbos for hiding and looking after this cache on our SA geo game map

Hunting around each and every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*
---
Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now everything's opening more - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
Thank you for reading all this addition to the log word count!
Into the second month of Twenty Twenty Too Enjoy!!!

The great Geoventure 2020 tour....take 2...which is of course now in 2021 Once again it myself and AnyMules doing things that not many sane people would attempt. [:o)]
Day 11: The weather today was fantastic, so we headed north all the way to Kingston SE in search of unfound boxes. Some rather fantastic locations and caches found today
* If anything was particularly interesting then there will be a comment
Here.. I see dead people. We also found the cache.
otherwise we found all the caches we looked for and they were in good condition.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks cabbos for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

On route to the 2021 Mega at Millicent with Mogni. A run of bad weather before the mega meant a last minute change of vechicles for us. Instead of Mogni's car we took the 4x4 down to the mega. This also meant a change in the target caches on route. Now we detoured off roads to get those caches that where on sandy tracks, high clearance or in locations mogni would prefer her car not to go, less finds and highway drive bys was the result. We got down to where we staying the night with out getting rained on to badly.
Today I was making the trip from Adelaide down to Millicent for the Mega event. I planned a couple of caches along the way.
It was cold and wet for most of the day so not ideal, but it didn’t stop me caching. Not made of sugar!
I stopped in at Robe from a coffee and a walk during a brief break in the rain.
Cache found without problems.
Thanks for the cache cabbos.

Found on another short visit to the southeast - my third trip here in as many weeks.
This time it was with Mrs e.gregory1 and although caching was not the purpose of the trip, we opportunistically found a few caches if we were passing and they were nearby.
Thanks cabbos for the cache.
