not a lot of caches around here so made sure we got this one on the way to camping area, tftc
A nice quick find today. No kids on a Sunday!
It's time to start the trek home. More fun finishing off the Crayola series!! We "met" a couple of carloads of cachers on our journey, at a few caches. Another lovely day for our hobby.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

HHHmmm......right is right coming in but left going out! Lots of choices here! Finally found after a thorough search! Fun one - thanks!
Biked up from Waiau Pa to get this for the 7 day challenge. Wanted to do the other 2 in the area but high tide. Tftc
Suddenly realised on the way home from the Supermarket that if I was going to have a chance of partaking in the 7-day streak challenge, I needed to knock off a geocache in the dark. Given that I have average geocaching skills at best, I needed a drive-by cache to give me half a chance. I obviously saved this one located just up the road for exactly this occasion. Relatively quick find, under pressure with the ice cream melting in the car. TFTC and helping me at least get one run on the board!
quick stop heading out to waiau pa. sunny spells and nice quiet spot near the beach. tftc
We spent a few hours out caching with Tuolei - had a great day driving around the area, chatting, going out to lunch, finding more caches and even bumped into another cacher along the way.

Out and about collecting the great Crayola puzzle series of puzzles with Bennett24. Mrs Tuolei did most of the solving so it was fitting that my role today was largely driver with Mrs Tuolei and Mr Bennett24 ducking and diving out of the car at each stop to make an efficient trip of getting all of the caches.
This wasn't too much of a distance out of our way so we popped across to add this trad to our total and Bennett24 had it in hand quite quickly. Thanks for the cache, all good here.

Out with Merlot58 and Supernanny to collect the crayola series, and hoping to clear up the mystery at the museum challenge at the same time. Detoured to Clarks beach and stopped on our way. Quick find here.
Headed out this way to find some of the new Crayola puzzle caches, claiming FTF on 5 of them before continuing further afield. Quickly had the cache in hand and added waterproof paper.
Tyfc. Not sure but this type of location are difficult for me so when I find it I am quite cross with myself for being dumb lol
Staying in a nearby caravan park before taking the RV back in the morning and returning to Brisbane. A nice easy find. Log was full tho. TFTC
Nice quick find undercover thanks Kiwifamily!
Could do with more paper please!
Managed to squeeze name in!

On our way to Clarks Beach for the night, this was a quick and straightforward grab en route. Thanks for the hide!
Up this way to visit Spookers and arrived with a bit of time to kill so decided to go for a drive and grab some caches. This was the second and it was still pouring with rain and it was very dark so grabbed the head torch. Luckily it was a quick find here and we were out of the rain so could search without getting too saturated. Thanks for the hide
After finishing up work commitments near the airport I had a few hours to myself so I headed off to find a few caches to the South. Aah, another BSC (Bus Shelter Cache) to add to my list. TFTC, Biggles.
Found this one about 2 months ago and never got around to logging it. A relatively quick and easy drive by! TFTC
FITW FMZ and Gorby
Out for some caching fun. Our younger one is getting a bit grumpy by now... Anyways we manged to find this pretty quickly. tftc.

In the area with harisree and Gorby so decided to make find a couple of caches. A nice quick find here. TFTC!!!
Out and about caching with the harisree family X4 and FMZ. We were in the area claiming a FTF and thought we'd collect a few more caches before heading home. Thanks for that.
We had dropped off the birthday group for a fun filled night at Spookers but MrNZT and I had decided to do something a little more tame, like collecting nearby geocaches. We made this our final cache for the night, MrNZT found and signed the cache easily enough but then as we were stepping back into the car a very nasty man started yelling at us to get lost (but in not so nice terms!). Did not feel safe at all and we quickly got into the car and sped away. The CO might want to re-think this location as that was scary and obviously not a very friendly neighbour. TFTC!
Up from Wellington for the day to visit elderly relation, and had some time to fill in. Weather not good for walk on beach. Second almost identical cache - liked the shed. GPS battery died so could not do the 2 at Kingseat, TFTC
Heading out to Camp Morley and spotted this on the way. Stopped and had a bit of a look and was still hunting when Mrs Stik-a-crane turned up to help the search. I just said "it shouldn't be this hard" and she put her hand on the cache straight away.
Heading out for a weekend away at Camp Morley, knowing there was one of my last 2 unfound caches for the area here. As i drove past the street i glanced down the road and saw Mrs HeMaLuDy car stopped by GZ. An about turn soon had me parked behind her - why not join the search and knock this one off before arriving at our camp, I thought. To my (and Mrs HeMaLuDy's) surprise I put my hand on it in the first place I looked. log signing business done we were off to our 'crafty' weekend away.
After yesterdays rain, today's forecast looked a little better so we set out to explore the area west of Pukekohe, as well as Clark's Beach and Kingseat. We had some rain, mainly in the afternoon but not enough to curtail our caching activities too much, especially as we are leaving the Pukekohe area tomorrow.
The parking for this cache looked better for the return journey from Clark's Beach. I turned into the side road and dropped StreetWalker off by GZ, then carried on a little way up the road to do a U=turn. By the time I returned, SW had the cache in hand and all I needed to do was sign the log book. TFTC.

1469 I uncovered this one too. After getting the first I expected to find in the same place but not quite. Cache all good though.
Looked twice once before and once about finding Undercover Kids. But no luck here.
A quick find for the 10 year old as he is happy to do the searching the mother is more reluctant to do. TFTC.
Out for a drive so decided to try get a cache while out, only challenge being that I had very little power left on phone so only a quick one would work. Thanks for the cache.
Today hoped to find enough caches to reach 3300 finds. Falling short of goal today as we were beaten by the rain, dark and the number of repairs we have done.
4.50pm - Quick find with good hint. SLTFTC

Gap (of Fap and Gap) and I are a long way from home... We are pushing into Franklin District today and looking for caches to put towards some Geocaching Challenges... We also hope to reach some personal milestones too...
The day turned out to be more of a rescue mission. So many caches we visited required maintenance or total replacement. The state of some caches and the frequency in which maintenance was carried out by us was quite alarming. Luckily, we came prepared.
Yes, we saw evidence of what the kids do undercover... A bit of paraphernalia lying around. This was a quick find, thanks to a good hint. TFTC.

Was on my way to a friend in Clarks Beach and needed one for today...so this one was great to pickup
Quick stop on our attempt to do 50 in a day and at least 1km apart for the Geocaching Licence. 40 down, 10 to go. TFTC
