Have decided to archive this series due to maintenance issues and other geocaching commitments taking priority. Will look at the option of getting another series for kids up and running though.

Accompanied the CO on the maintenance visit. Did enjoy the rockhopping to GZ and then, although the hide spot was pretty apparent, enjoyed teasing the CO about how sneaky she is about cache placement.

Mandurah has some great spots and thanks Mistraluna for bringing me to this one. Lots of fun

Was out on the mountain bikes today with mikirst and we trekked up to this one. Didn't have a spare log on me or I would of replaced it but the log is very wet because the lid of container has a crack in it which will need to be fixed/replaced. I dropped T.B. Tftc

The day started with cloud cover and a spit of rain, as we travelled to Dawesville.
But it soon warmed up, and became very humid.
We travelled the western side of the estuary, picked up a few caches and some
solved puzzles along the way. We were unable to attempt some caches, due to the
high muggle activities with the long weekend.
This cache was well hidden, but an easy find.
Thanks for the cache, Mistraluna.

Already loving this series, as the geokids are finding them before me. Well obviously I would like to find them but just to see geokids faces when they find a cache is the best feeling!
TFTH Signed log.

10-Jan-13
Just about out of time for today so I came here to gather this cache before heading home. Once at ground zero I had the prize in hand within moments again. I like the fact that all of these are in logical places and easy finds

Thanks for another cache Mistraluna

This one had a cracked lid but things were still dry

Cheers Cool

Out and about geocaching again with Seekers Inc. this time we swapped the geo-bikes for the geo-cruiser.

This was one of many caches we found before lunchtime.

And then we continued on from Lifes' Little Instructions 2 to this cache where a motorist towing a boat delighted in covering us all with dust and then turned around and did it again. Hmmmm..... and the day had been so relaxing up until that point.

29-Nov-12
Finding another park not too far away, we headed towards GZ... we found the likely spot although didn't spot it straight away... I think all this rain had settled the leaf litter Wink Nice houses around this part of town. TFTC Mistraluna [^] Log is dry, however the container has a crack in the lid.

29-Nov-12
Out doing Sea Creatures series with Janine. What great fun. There was a little hole in the container and no plastic bag so at risk of getting wet. Log signed, TFTC again Mistraluna

Great views from here so we stopped to take it all in while enjoying a quick bite to eat. Cache blended in so well at gz that it took a few minutes to reveal it. Will have to return another day to complete the series as we ran out of time.

(catch up log as part of chwiliwr team)

I like the views from up here. This one was easy to find.

Thanks Mistraluna for the cache.

27-Oct-12
I like the views from up here. This one was easy to find but something jagged the back of my hand and I left blood everywhere. Lucky the GZ environment disguises it from casual view and the cache itself didn't get any on it.

Thanks Mistraluna for the cache.

Big Grin FTF @ 18:10 Big Grin
On the basis of a helpful prompt I looked at my alerts as I left work and sure enough this series had been published Smile I was up against a hard stop at 7pm for a meeting in the centre of town but calculated I could grab a few and turn up only a few minutes late.

We hadn't been to this part of the cut before and were pleasantly surprised at the area and the walk trail. Took a circular route to GZ to look around and enjoy the view. At GZ the cache was quickly found and another a nice clean log on opening the container.
2nd of 3 with 3 FTFs in the short time available - leaving a chance for others to share in the FTFs on the series.

Thanks Mistraluna for the cache & series [^] will be back on the weekend to finish the series.
