Looks to be a new trench dug at GZ. Maybe this one's bitten the dust?

That was disappointing! I'll blame night time and the rain today but I couldn't find anything obvious. I guess it's buried under mulch or something. Thanks anyway.

I had dropped Bee3 off on the othder side of the Virginia golf course and I was heading for Chermside for a bit of mother's day shopping. Time for a cache or two along the way

Given the weather the park was empty except fo ra lone cacher.

Another nice easy find in the area. Not sure what this park is, but it seems to be a little athletics haven in the middle of the suburbs. Never seen it before, but it is fairly impressive for a public park! TFTC skibeagle163.

Last cache for today and after 30 km of walking I think it was about time too! Completed my 30 cache/33 km circuit in exactly 12 hours on foot.

Found with stairman1. No bananas today . Cache was easy to spot. Found a spot away from the rain and watched the ants move to higher ground. Maybe they knew something . Thanks skibeagle163

Dropped into the area to do a maintenance run nearby, and couldn't resist "just one" smilie for the records. Or Three
Heading home I decided this detour was worth the effort as I'd not been here before. I'd read the hint earlier this trip so upon arriving at GZ I quickly zeroed in on the right spot, and unearthed a little cache.

It was dry. I have no idea how that could be after the cyclonic efforts of last week. But there you have it. Nicely placed I think. If by design, well done. QUick signing, and with wind picking up again decided that will do me today. Cheers

We have decided to try to complete our caching calendar and today was a day that needed filling in so Mr Just a Trifle made sure he stopped at a cache on his way home from work. The cache was easily found and with the log quickly signed, it was time to head home for tea. Thank you for having placed the cache skibeagle163

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 11:58am. Walked straight up to the cache and it's in good condition. TFTC

Out and about with T-Tech collecting a few caches while we wait for a mechanic to do some work. Took the long way across the park to GZ, and then it was an easy find. Covered a little better than we found it. TFTC, skibeagle163.

On the way to clean-up a few outstanding Monsters so i picked this up on the way past on the geocycle. A few runner muggles about but they did not seem to pay any attention to my activities.

Out and about on the geocycle.....this was to be the last for the day as my old legs we feeling the ride.

Nice easy find. Cache dry and in good condition

Called past last night on my way home from work. Little athletics training was in full swing, with all the jumps, sprints and puts being practised under lights.

There was no way to search for this one inconspicuously, so I called back this morning for a nice quick find, once I stopped looking in the wrong direction.

Having FTFed on new nearby cache this morning decided to pick this one up on the way home. Once the muggle with dog and muggle oval mower had moved on quickly retrieved and signed. Off to get the desperately required petrol now!!!

Jumped on the bike for a bit of exercise and headed down to pick up the cache. Nice easy find.

It was a great morning for caches to be released within my FTF hunting zone. Although this one was a little out of it, I thought I would have a look anyway. Arriving at close to GZ with mini munchkin we quickly skipped to the area. When... another cacher magically appeared, nice to meet you C.ponies. So after finding the cache and chatting a short while it was time to travel to the next one.

FTF at 12:50! We were just in the process of clearing out and updating our GPSr with new pocket queries when this one arrived too late for the PQs.

You might take another look at the bearing in the hint.

Congratulations Skibeagle163 on finding a suitable spot. We have been eyeing off this park for a couple of years but were never happy with hiding places for the purpose we had in mind. TFTC.

The elusive first FTF is still out of our reach, for now. TFTC and opportunity to visit a corner of Brisbane's north that I didn't know existed.
