### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there ozpirate,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Heading down to Warrnambool for Christmas . Drove over the mountains ? today through some very heavy rain . Enough time to head out for some caching as the rained eased. Head for the visitors centre as I was then going to head over to the. Wetland for some caching. But that did not eventuate as the track was under water.
When I got to GZ I found the same thing as mratt. The Garden has been redone and cache looks like it is missing.

There didn't seem any likely locations *at* GZ (with the garden beds possibly redone recently). We searched further afield but without luck.
Tourist info centre was great!! So much rain today. Thanks for the smilie.
Had etched this weekend out for a Mega down south, but with that postponed we thought a weekend adventure in the Tumut region would help fill the gap. A lovely trip with crazy weather (I love spring snow) and a few surprise side trips. So glad we made the trip! Thanks for the cache.

Great cache for the geokiddies.
It was a bit waterlogged ( pun intended of course) so we've added a fresh paper to the baggie.
Found with QuofThorns and the geofamily.

Found at 2:34 PM GAFF1.
We thought that this was going to be a nice experience, but that was soon dashed. Container totally covered by ants (not that is the fault of the CO), but the log book was totally saturated - another one!
We went into the Old Butter Factory and had a quick look.
Thanks ozpirate.

Between (and during) showers did a quick walk around the wetlands with part of my family. In between doing two bed counts and standing under a tree I found a few caches.
Returned via the visitors centre where we had visited earlier to get some local tourist info. Hoped there would be a pen as I lost mine in the wetlands (I should buy shares in ArtLine) but to no avail - no signature left. As I collected a vagrant Channel-billed Cuckoo flew over with an Australian Magpie in hot pursuit.

Travelling through from Nerandera to Eden and decided to stop at Tumut for lunch. Got in 10 minutes before lunch so thought we could sneak in a quick cache before sitting down again!
Great cache - nice easy find for the kids and lucky there weren’t too many muggles around on the long weekend!

Great visitor’s centre! Bought a postcard for grandma and grandpa and a birthday present for my nephew before finding the cache. TFTC!
After wandering about aimlessly, we read the hint. What a difference that made!

#6027 21st for today
I was starting to get a bit stir crazy at home so I decided to head out and grab a few caches around the Adelong & Tumut area. It was a beautiful sunny day, not too hot and mostly muggle free, for obvious reasons. I was a bit late getting away due to ScoMo's broadcast this morning. But I still managed to make a good impact on the unfound caches in the region. I particularly enjoyed the wander around the old gold-mining works around Adelong. A bit of water flowing through here today and with the green, it was good to see. Also enjoyed the walk around the wetlands in Tumut. Some lovely views along the Tumut Plains road later in the day too.
Apologies for the smell of hand sanitizer on the log. I went through a lot today.
Thanks ozpirate

Easier than expected given that there was an exercise class going on inside the butter factory.

Great easy find for people just starting off. In great condition since it is 5years old.It took around 10 minutes to find. Contains small toys.
Lol it was the first tree of looked under fun experience as it was the first one I have done in ages
There was a small group of "us" heading off to meet more of "us" in Tumut for the weekend. Our merry band of misfits was made up of MTrax, Tankengine, Joolay, Aquilus1 and myself. In the car we all thought of a name that we could call our gang, but in the end we decided it was a Canberra Invasion Trip that we were on so just went with CBR5. We signed logs either indiviually or with the group name.
It was an awesome weekend all up, with lots of fun with friends. We cached all day then met up with the rest of the Invasion Team for dinner Saturday night, then cached some more on Sunday until it was time to head home.
**The Cache** The first for the morning. We parked right in front of the cache and a quick find was made. Signed, replaced and back in the car to the next one. Tftc ozpirate!!!

Day 2 of our invasion of Tumut saw us packing up camp before heading out for a full day of caching.
Teamed up with Albida33 for the most part of the day before we headed home.

Found with dty73, Aquilus1, Joolay and Mtrax on our Canberra invasion of Tumut and surrounds! (Log signed as CBR5). Of course, we also had a lot of other Canberra cachers in town this weekend, and we all had a dinner on Saturday night at the pub! It was a great weekend, and I think a lot of us "cleaned out Tumut" Thanks for the cache ozpirate.

Found with CBR5-DTY73, Tankengine, MTrax and Aquilus1 on a caching trip to Tumut. Having a great day, lots of fun. Unless otherwise stated cache found in good condition.
Took too long as Sam (sung) couldn't make up his mind where he wanted to lead me.
It is the second day of Canberra's Invasion of Tumut. It was a bright sunny day and I'm more relaxed with no plans made. Pa, the friendly but often impatient muggle, is however ready to go again after a day off, so I left it to him to plan the route we should take, filling in gaps that I hadn't previously cached.
It was great fun meeting up with fellow cachers around the traps, walking with them at times and exchanging hints , stories and ideas . Thanks to all who attended this weekend adding to a most enjoyable experience.
Unfortunately though, I feel as if I have logged more DNFs this weekend than in the rest of my caching life.
This obviously was not one of them, so the log was signed, usually as SG, as I often do in small caches to save space or when I am in a hurry.
Many thanks to COs for placing these caches which added to my experiences.

May the Fourth be with you. The Canberra invasion of Tumut has begun! Found with Boeing747. TFTC.
In Tumut with Trodectus for the Falling of the Leaves Festival. As we had time to kill before the parade, we stopped here on the way to the markets. Easy find and retrieval despite the few muggles about. Log signed and returned. TFTC
Found with Coybear2000. We were in Tumut for the Falling Leaves Festival and we were near this one. We started searching and soon C came up with CIH. Log signed and replaced and we moved on to the next one. TFTC.

Found with nissan 65 on a few day away caching. Headed up last night after work. Thanku for the cache.
Found with cullum68 on our way to Tumut for a couple of days thanks for the cache
Found while out and about cycling around Tumut. Luckily there weren’t too many visitors today so finding the cash was quite easy
Visiting Tumut again, this is such a great area in the Riverina to venture to. There is so many thing to see and adventure around too.
There are so many fishing spots including dams, even some falls and caves, just so much to do also a lot of caches too, it is just an amazing place to camp and to go out on many adventure.
I collected to Trackable from here, will send on his way soon.
Thanks to ozpirate for this cache, Lil Donna

After staying the night in Tumut we were driving round checking out the lazy Sunday morning waiting for anything to open up from 10am. When we parked there was a dude loitering right around GZ, so we wandered off for another cache before returning to find him gone. There are two containers at GZ. I hope I signed to right one!
