Had an idea of what to look for, but there is nothing there. Can the CO please confirm that it is gone.
Spent ages here, read past logs but still couldn't find anything. One for another day.
Not sure if missing or not, armed with tools but read posts and said missing, so thought we would not try what we thought was it, and a few straange looks from muggles driving by (was a bit busy) and a few muggles walking dogs...
Please Melpher tell us that it is infact missing and we don't feel bad for walking away....

Found this one before but has been destroyed or been taken disappointing as its one of the best
Great hide. My girl loved finding this one. May need some attending by owner.
Completely caught out by a pair of passing muggles whilst retrieving the cache
What more to do other than act official, say 'Good Morning' and get on with it!
They appeared unconcerned and continued on their way towards the station
Signed the log, returned to hiding spot and replaced cover
Apologies to Melpher for not being as discrete as I could have been
That deserves a fav point from me

Being a cooler day than the last 2, we went caching around nearby suburbs with Team Crackers.
Had to wait for some junior muggles on skateboards, to leave the area.
Cache was then found, in the most obvious spot.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Melpher, for us and others to find.

Great little cache. After some previous disappointments caching today, this was a welcome find. I had finished looking at the antiques so this made a good time killer. Spotted the hide well before the GPS (which I could have easily sold in the packing house as it a pre 2004 garmin brick). A lengthier retrival than expected which added to the fun! TFTC !!!!
Found it! Having Christmas lunch at mum and dads and thought we would go look! Thanks for the catch
Couldn't find it! Don't know if I was in the right spot but it said zero. But sort of felt a bit nervous looking around for it because I think it was next to someone's house so had a look around for about 10mins and couldn't find it. Checked the wooden post and railing thing and the metal sign post next to the fence but no luck!
Thanks for the cache anyway!

With the family away its just me and the Geo dog today. Going to spend the day down the peninsula finding as many caches as we can. Tftc.
I was heading to the Red Hill Express series and picking up some caches along the way. Nice quick (immediate) find. Nicely done, but done so many times before.
Thanks to Melpher for the cache.
Thanks to Melpher for the cache.
A very clever hide. Well done. I did manage to locate it fairly easy. A lot of muggles appeared when I wanted to put it back. Had to stall until clear. Filled in the log.
That was a good one! It may need. May need matenence as the log is worn and screwed up
When I saw the area at where the cache was, I just knew where it had to be!
It seems that we have something in common Melpher!
TFTC.

Crafty hide. Had to bide our time to wait for muggles to pass but soon had container in hand. TFTC
Found @ 10:23pm, find # 2862.
Once I got out of the car and started heading towards GZ, I knew were the cache was going to be, it was just the matter of which one. My first try was wrong and the cache was found on the second spot, a very nice first cache.
Thanks to Melpher for placing this cache.

Great hide. Not the easiest to get or put back but great fun. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kems
Started on the wrong side of the fence.
Short walk later we had the cache in hand.
Thanks Melpher.

Today we decided to make our way down to Flinders and try to clear as many caches as we could along the way.

Find #563
As I got out of my car, I looked at where my GPSr wanted to take me and put into my pocket. I knew where the cache was to be found and sure enough, there is was.
As I was signing the log and car bearing P plates drove tooting the hoon quite loudly. I don't know if it was the CO letting me know that they'd seen my finding their cache or just some 'yahoo' playing silly buggers.

I was out to find "Devil Bend (NEW LOCATION)" cache so I could finish the "Old Timer Challenge".
I found a few other caches on the way there and back. This was one of them.
This was an easy find in the most logical spot.
TB "Scrat" visited your cache, whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.

A very quick find, but wouldn't know it was there if not looking for it. Nice and sneaky just how it should be!
The kids from the neighboring house turned and were playing out front, they seemed to be use to seeing people at the site.

On the first run with geodaughter. I walked straight up to this; she could not believe I found this so quick. Nice cache, left a smiley.
Found in plain sight of many muggles who didn't seem all that interested, except one house owner who looked like he may know what we were up to! Very nicely designed and water tight cache.
I too had seen this type of cache before so it was an easy find. nice hide and certainly a tricky find if you haven't come across this type before. TFTC
Felt a little exposed doing this one. Definitely not one for the vertically challenged. Good to see some effort put into caches, much appreciated.
Another quick find once I realized that my GPS was out slightly. Luckily I have found this sort before. Thanks
One of the easier caches of the day. Found with Rabbitto in the second spot we tried, and we had to be careful to avoid muggles in such an open spot.
We found this cache today at 12:10pm as the 9th of 26 on our Langwarrin to Mornington Caching Day in company of Alansee. After a couple of DNFs in the last 3 caches, it was refreshing to see a good placement from a cacher who actually wants his cache to be found. Nice work here. Thanks from D B-A.
Very clever - at zero metres we first thought "what the heck" but geokids guessed it and with just a bit of help from Dad we soon had it in hand. Many thanks!
Found[Time to Find: 14 min]A very clever hide, it reminded me of a similar one in Deniliquin. Thanks for the challenge.
Love a creative urban hide! Nice work quick grab while visiting a friends new house... SL TFTC!
A nicely constructed cache. Very well put together and a nice quick find today with the occupants of the nearby house still asleep on a Sunday morning with the curtains drawn. Thanks for the cache.
Hmmmm. I like this sort....found them in Sweden and made them here in Oz myself! TFTC - so open yet no one around
Heading to meet the Walenators at a nearby cache for a day of caching in the rain. Hope it doesn't get too heavy or we might have to find a pub or cafe instead! A quick stop here and the Chief was on the hunt very quickly locating the cache. TFTHunt!
The best thing about a wet and miserable day is the lack of Muggles. Having encountered a few of this type of late I just had to locate GZ and with a quick look around retrieve and sign the log. TFTC
My first experience of this type of hide. Found cache but had to wait in car to replace log and restore hide because of activity at adjacent house.
We were a bit unsure about searching for this cache, but it was found quite quickly and no muggles about to put us off the search. Great cache and hide. Fav point given. SL.
TFTC, Merann,

TFTC, a nice quick and easy Cache. Found on the way home from the Briars. Living only around the corner, decided to take it off the radar tonight.
Good Friday found us heading out towards Flinders to do a couple of hours fishing book ended with caching whilst traveling. This plan enabled us to clear out a couple of areas of recently published caches on the way down, as well as the opportunity to visit two renowned caches in Cape Schanck and Main Ridge. Cold War Paranoia and Enchanted Forest could not be more highly recommended to visit as they both made our trip so worth it!!
Arriving at GZ we started looking in the right areas, as Trent checked what was to be the cache location, Katy called out "Muggle", old mate from across the road slowly walked across picked up a bit of rubbish and headed back, whilst we stood around acting non suspicious. Trent then made the retrieve successfully, only to have us thwarted by a car parking out the front of the nearby house and heading inside, making us extremely nervous. The cache was replaced and we marveled at the construction. A favorite from us!
Thanks for the cache.

I often test for this type of hide and hey, this time it paid off. Thanks Melpher.
A quick find after an away basketball match at Somerville. Thanks for the cache.
Another Demolition Crew run, but this time with The Roostaman on board all the way from Wagga..... Great to have him along, as he has cached with us before, and we all had a ball. Tonight's run took us down the peninsula, for a bit of a clean up run. Top night as always, and Roosta, the chicken rolls were great as well.... Thanks to all the CO's for their cache placements.
Nice hide, but experience lead to a quick find for us though on the night. TFTC.

Found on another TDC with fellow members TrailRunning, Quasar3671, Blacklegend and a special guest appearance my great mate from Wagga Wagga Roostaman, we had a great night with lots of laughs as usual, the boys tell me the Chicken rolls were good as well, I missed out due to my Gluten intolerance. Nice quick find on this one. Thanks Melpher for the cache.
Nice night prompted a call to Dunko for a short cache run after tea, found cache quickly
made our mark and returned TFTC

This cache was found as part of a cache run with my fellow TDC members Quasar3671, Blacklegend & Rebel Acts, and the man from Wagga Wagga ... Roostaman. A nice easy driveby, seen this many times before, but I'm not sure why I was here though.
Run Summary
----------------------
Roostaman, had travelled south from Wagga to got to Eric and Nat's engagement party on the weekend. He was keen to come out caching with the TDC, so we obliged. Armed with his famous chicken rolls for all, we travelled south down the peninsula collecting caches as we went. Not a great night for finds, with many missing, we still had heaps of fun and lots of laughs. Thanks to all the CO's for their caches.

Twas a nice night for a spot of caching said my caching mate Slink1. So off we went for a short cache run after tea, found cache quickly made our mark and returned TFTC
Found during another great run south with the TDC members TrailRunning, Quasar3671, Blacklegend & Rebel Acts. I was in the area for a few days once again and asked a couple of the TDC nicely if I could join them on this weeks adventure. With not many meal stops along the route I was glad I took along a few extra chicken rolls for nourishment, At least it wasn't wild, wet & windy all night like previous trips.
We had a few less finds this week too with a few caches needing maintenance.
Another joyous trip full of fun and laughs, as well as some exciting climbs by Quasar.
A quick find then on the road again.
TNLNSL TFTC Melpher,

Found @1007 #2353
The weather was ideal today for another run along the peninsula starting in Tyabb then heading westward to Mornington for completing some solved puzzle caches. Was on the hunt with my caching wingman Ahomburg. Today's tally was 16 finds including a FTF & further progress made with project 81 and some other cache series in the region. A great result overall and looking forward to returning to region soon to find some more.
Do enjoy these types of hides and by luck I happen to find it quite quickly. Very nice. TFTC Melpher

Well, it was the weekend again and despite the fact that I was on annual leave from work, Sunday was set aside to go out caching with my partner in crime SedgwickDave. It turned out to again be a wonderful summer's day, mid 20's, so I picked up Dave at 7.30 we headed towards mornington, picking up a few caches on the way.
I had taken a guess at what this would be before arriving at GZ, but there were a few options, It took a few guesses but dave located it quite quickly. A big container for its location. Great hide.
Thanks to Melpher for the cache. TNLN.
