Phetlern was spot on with his comment in the logs. Otherwise a long search would have been required. No trampling of garden required. Nice hide. TFTC. 50th find.

This was my 1st find - sorry about the late log.

04-Feb-13
We had a chance to pick this one up while on the way to an Geo Event.

I too, needed to move about 6M west from my coords to locate the cache.

I did see the tied up lawn mower while stopped there.

No swaps today.

Finished all my diving at Mt Gambier, time to grab a few caches with Bettyboo3747 on the way back home.
The billy goat looked up when we arrived, but obviously recognized us as more cachers, and went back to his grass.
The cache was found as Phetlern said 7 meters NE. There is no need to stomp on the garden!
Thanks, Robmc.

# 2822. Robmc and I had been in Mt Gambier for the weekend and stayed in Pt Fairy last night. Before leaving town today we had a few caches to find. This was the first. I don't know why we made such hard work of this - oh, yes I do! The coordinates were reading about 7 mt out. Thanks to the log of Phetlern we zeroed in on the right area and Rob finally found it. How could we have missed it. A good size and nicely hidden but as we are all saying there is No Need to Walk on the Garden! Took: Bright Blue Racing Car TB. TFTC

DNF at 1:14:38 PM. We looked for ages, but just could not spot the cache. We also noticed that a lot of damage has been done to the garden, which unfortunately we also added to.

Found on our way back home from the Big Little Event in Nelson. We looked for awhile but couldn't find it. Was about to jump in the car and leave when a young lad turned up and started looking for it as well. After only minutes he had found it. TFTC Team R'n'B

Quick find as we entered Port Fairy - no trolls today, only a billy goat. Satellites had our GZ 7m north east of where we found the cache.

Dropped off Trackable "Sol de Lune's Blue Lake Keyring" (TB4K16N) that would like to get to Mount Gambier.

TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Team R'n'B.

We found this one on our way out of town. The Moose made a super quick find, much to the chagrin of Mrs Happy Pants who had spent a goodly amount of time looking for it the previous week. Thanks for the cache.

Had a wedding in Port Fairy this afternoon and afterwards decided to try our hand at a couple nearby caches. This one had us looking all over as the co-ord's just wouldn't sit still, once found, we thought how could we overlook something that size. TFTC

Archie had never seen a goat before and wondered what this strange invention was.
It did take some several attempts to find this one and great distances were covered in case the GPS was wrong.
This is the hardest large container difficulty 1.5 the bananas have ever come across. but that does not reflect an error but rather how clever it has been hiden.
Due to its size we were able to drop a TB at the site. Probably gone by now.
Well done Team R'n'B.

05-Jan-13
After four unsuccessful tries we ceased to rely upon the GPS and brought in Trish Fish with her GC finding ESP. She located the site and off we went. TFTC

This afternoon, we were once again stuck with nothing to do in Warrnambool so I planned for our attempt at the water cache 'Pea Soup', in Port Fairy, to take place. About an hour before we left, Ministro published a new cache by o'cholio so we incorporated it into the plan of attack. Only got STF on it but no matter. We also cleared out some of the newer caches in the vicinity of Port Fairy meaning the closest unfound cache to Warrnambool is now about 23km away! Our attempt at Pea Soup was successful and a bucket load of fun. This was the 2nd find of 4 for the afternoon.

This was a nice easy find here today. I managed to spot the cache in the second place I checked. Nice little addition to the box, too. Just as we were about to leave, tackle_head came in to attempt to locate it for the second time today. He noticed our car and thought it looked like a cacher's, and luckily for him, it was! We had a chat about all things caching before we went our seperate ways again.

Thanks for this nice little cache Smile

25-Dec-12
Riding my bike on a beautiful day in Port and I hear some little voices in the thicket. Had a look and lo and behold some little trolls on a container – I went to pat one and it sunk its teeth in my finger to the bone!!! Lesson learnt “Don’t pat a troll and they are NOT CUTE!”. SL left silver motorbike and butterfly, took the puzzle (I like puzzles!) and TB. TFTC. Off to hospital now to get some Tetanus and Rabies shots.

25-Dec-12
Hehe, what an awesome box... Fortunately, we were quite lucky and escaped the wrath of the trolls after that quick find.

16-Dec-12
Had to look twice as my GPS was afraid of the trolls and kept sending me elsewhere. I said hello to the goat. He's a friendly fella. Not gruff at all.

14-Dec-12
The trolls were no where to been seen today!! Trolling around i guess, Tftc

10-Dec-12
Nearly did not get this one, went past this morning and the trolls where not showing them self I think the goat had them running, but on the way home gave it one more look and found it easily just in time too as rvgeo's pulled up. They where great people too meet and it was great to get the FTF. TFTC

09-Dec-12
Great fun, almost got the FTF but a more tenacious cacher was there first. Congratulations John, great find. We don't meet up with cacher's accidentally too often, a nice friendly chat and we were off for the next adventure. TFTC
