The fire has left nothing of the cache and very few places to rehide. So I will archive this one in favour of a new series in the area.
Bushfire in the area. When it is safe to go into the area I will go and check the cache. Until then I will disable it.
Headed out for a trip around Gidgey with MitchDem this morning, covered with lots of leaf litter as it hadnt been found in awhile, TFTC
Could have taken a while here, but luckily spotted the container as I approached. TFTC
Thanks arnott.family for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Itskate getting a few smily faces.
I couldn't find the geochae and the hit didn't help as there is no timber trees
Took a drive out East with the geowife as she wanted to visit a nearby succulent plant seller. Decided that I would drive if we could grab these two caches, she agreed and we had the best of both world. Thanks Arnott family for the hides.
Out for a little drive to pick up a handful of caches on my hit list Pretty warm today so have plotted them so that I end up at the nearby lake so the geohound and I can cool down Parked up along Strawberry Hill Drive which then just left a short walk along the path towards GZ. Once there the clue helped narrow down the search area and it actually made for a pretty easy find No problems here, everything is as it should be - TFTC
Trying to grab a few caches between showers. Managed this one with no trouble. tftc
Good cache, took the dog and threw a few sticks, was a great place for her to get some good exercise. TFTC!
Headed out yesterday with the hubby to finish finding the caches in Ellenbrook, to finish off the swan valley caches and to pick up the last few Toodyay trek caches. We also picked up a few caches inbetween including the DM Thunder series and with only 2 DNFS for the day we were very happy. Most caches were found quite quickly with a few that took a bit of searching. TFTC Arnott.family
** This is a very late log**
The caches I am now logging were ones I have found since setting off on a geocaching roadtrip with Eaglette2017 - the mission was to pick up just 5 more LGA caches as well as my geocaching centroid to enable me to qualify for a challenge cache over in Victoria that I visited when over there late last year. We had an absolute ball on our three days away, visiting many great locations, having lots of laughs and picking up many smileys.
Since then, I have been putting off logging any caches until I caught up on the ones from that wonderful adventure. Many, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed since then too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
Shared today's adventure with Eliktrisiti and we had the best day. Thanks so much for all our smileys arnott.family.

This one was a nice little cache and an easy find. It seems I was right behind jman82 today. Not sure when he was there but I signed the log at 4pm. Maybe that's why the farmer driving his tractor nearby was watching me and wondering what I was doing. Thanks for placing this cache for us all to find and enjoy.
Out and about with my kids, we stopped to find the caches in this area... This was another quick find after a pleasant walk to GZ

A nice spot for a cache, a short walk and an easy find. Not sure why someone left two AA batteries in there, but they were starting to rust so I took them out to avoid the other item being damaged TFTC
Finally one for geomum....... . Tftc...... We have enjoyed the caches on this series.
Parked on the side of the main road while geo-hubby and Mr iluvtrekking walked down the track to make a quick find. Thanks arnott.family
out geocaching with the kids while on holidays visiting family in the hills. Clouds are rolling in it's a pity we can't stay to explore TFTC
With our first cache find under our belt we were ready for #2. Finally found it - took a while as we are obviously very new to geocaching and don't have any experience yet. Good hiding spot although probably too many items jammed into the small container and had trouble fitting everything back in. Loving this geocaching game
Checked up on this cache today. All is well. Right where it is supposed to be and in good condition
