Sorry to say that the cache is no longer there, looks like the park has had gardeners visit. No -where really to rehide another cache (of the same type) so will archive.

***LOST****
Today while out caching I lost my gold ring. This cache was one of 4 I visited today. This ring was given to me by my mother. It is a solid gold band with stars around it. There is also a date on the inside of the ring i'm not 100% sure of the exact date but i'm sure it had __/__72 (this is the date it was given to my mother). if anyone happens to find it please contact me Janine on 0424824735.

A lovely lake with impressive water feature. Howver the park was totally deserted today - probably dur to the heat. However it made for a quick find with iluvtrekking.

Found on a quiet, hot day with richlink. The lake nearly looked good enough to dive in. Thanx Luna.

Headed out today for the second last day of my "cache a day for the holiday" streak.

After turining down the wrong road to start with I soon ended up at a close parking spot for this cache. I walked in and started searching where the GPSr said that ground zero was. Nothing to be found. Except lots and lots and lots of mozzies that is.

After a bit I read the hint and very soon after I found the cache. And lots and lots and lots of mozzies

Log signed I was on my way again.

Neat container and thanks for the cache Luna Maya

Cheers Cool

I had to go down rockingham way to babysit today so i left a bit earlier to look for this cache as yesterday i logged a DNF for it. When i went there yesterday i pulled into the parking bay and there was 2 people next to the tree where the cache should of been. I got out of my car and started slowly walking over and they walked off so i searched the area and there was no cache there. I went back to my car and made a call to mistrluna to confirm i was in the right spot and while i was doing this the 2 people went back to the tree again. I can only assume they found the cache, had a look at it and decided to put it back again. I didnt want to walk back over there yesterday again but today i am HAPPY to say i found it and that was cache number 1100 for us. Well i have to give you a favourite point now, liked the cache container and i do hope it doesnt go walk abouts anymore. TFTH Luna Maya

I was sort of in the area today (about 20kms away) and decided to grab this cache to make our total 1100. Unfortunatly it looks like the cache has gone missing. I even rang mistraluna to confirm i was at the right tree and the hollow of the tree is empty. I had a look on the ground but i couldnt see it anywhere. OH WELL my total will have to stay at 1099. Out today with OOH YEH - mostly successful day doing the Anaconda series by AmstradKid. Now on the homeward run. Couldn't resist stopping in here to grab this one. My son used to race cross country around this park when he was younger. Thanks Luna Maya for bringing me back here.

The caching for November continues, and the recharge has allowed me to gain another day in the challenge of 366 days.

I have been past this park on more occasions than I could count, but I never realised the name. Thanks Luna Maya for another fun cache. I found the spot, and he container, magnificent as it is, was very exposed. I signed the log and returnd the cache to its hiding spot, and used some pine needles to better conceal this container

A great spot an a great cache. Thanks

Well ... what a nice surprise this one was Big Grin. We were in the area grabbing a few treasures, and about to head home for the arrival of our cars from QLD, when the notification came through on our phones Surprised. We soon realised that it was only 5 minutes from where we were after punching the co-ords into the garmins, so off we raced like we had a hire car .. OH, hang on .. we do Wink
Arriving at the neat looking park, we struggled to find a parking spot as we realised that the area was being used by parents waiting for their kids to finish at the nearby primary school. We managed to find a lonely spot for the X-trail, and made our way with the kidlets towards GZ
We could see the hoards about to be released from the school, so we knew we had to be swift in our mission. I set about the hunt immediately, while Janine kept an eye on the water-loving rugrats ... and after coming up with nothing at my first target, i moved to another close by. I soon spotted a likely spot, and was very happy to uncover the treasure [^]. We sat and admired a container that we had not not seen in the wild before, before signing the log in the #1 spot Cool
A surprising *FTF* to finish off the day .. gotta love that [^]. TFTC Luna Maya, and for the FTF prize Big Grin
