Early finish at work, so thought I'd grab some caches and headed to Bickley on a whim.
Hiked along the paths to this one using the sat pic for guidance unlike others. Once at GZ though, didn't hang about too long after checking the previous logs as I was getting badly attacked by the ants.

Did some bushbashing to get here, only to find the path once near GZ. Couldn't find the container though.
Out with Eliktrisiti today on a very specific mission. That accomplished, we headed over to grab this one too.n Things didn't quite go to plan though. We searched the obvious locations, then worked our way outwards, finding nothing. Hope it hasn't gone missing. Thanks anyway hosmos78
Sorry mate, but nothing in and around the obvious spot, so maybe time for a check?
Spread out all over the place. Found lid off container with water in it. Log book wet and out in the open. Put back together but needs maintenance.
Out and about in the area nearby here, had to grab this one on the way to an older one.

Found the cache, then found the path once we were nearly back to the carpark...... Definitely a lot of bush bashing for us.
This ones been on the radar for a while. Had the opportunity to stop in today and go for a quick stroll. Find it quite easily once at GZ as it was slightly exposed but still performing admirably. I added a bit more cover before I left, still should be an easy find.
Couldn't stand in the one spot for too long here otherwise I would have been carried away by the ants.
hosmos78 I found your cache at 1:14pm, this was the 1st of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2909. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

We enjoyed our walk around Bickley bushland today, the weather was perfect, the view spectacular, and we collected a few good caches along the way too. Thanks hosmos78.
Out for a little stroll for some exercise and to find a couple of caches. This one lived up to its name for me - I only found the trail on the way back. Oh well, filled a space in my D/T grid so it was worth it.

Tagging along with K.B. while we were in the area for the event. Thanks for another opportunity to log a find hosmos78.
Decided to do some caching along the Bickley Brook today. This was the second stop after doing Thorn in My Side and heading back toard the car-park. Crossed the creek just downstream from GZ and made a quick find on arrival.
Cache was quite exposed, so I covered it a bit better after signing the log. Thanks for the hide hosmos78.

I was up at Bickley for the Easter weekend with a few other families on a Natureplay camp. I took a few of the kids out on a short walk from the camp to find this cache. They loved the walk (Except the meat ants) and even found a birds nest on the trip. Many yells of excitement when they found the cache at GZ. TFTC.
Headed out this morning with Jinta29 to grab a few puzzles.
A nice early start and hoping to be home at a decent hour for the family.
A nice walk with the sun rising. A quick find a we continued on our way.

It was my first trip to Bickley today and was blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the area. With a few hours to myself I decided to explore a little and discover some caches along the way. This was cache 3. A nice little hide in the shade. I stirred up the neighbours dogs as I walked past but they had completely moved on to some other distraction by the time I got to GZ. TNLN TFTC
Pre caching days we used to live a stone's throw from here, and have been meaning to get this one off the unfound list for ages. Lovely day today for a walk, the dam was overflowing ++, the Brook has morphed into a river, birds singing, sun shining and wildflowers blooming.
Found the cache quickly and left my pathtag. Had hoped to do the one across the way too, but couldn't find any safe crossing areas.
Thanks for the cache hosmos78.

An easy find after frightening off the muggle kangaroos. We were were tempted to try the cache just across the brook but it was getting dark so we decided to leave it for another day. Starwars seemed to be the theme - sorry we couldn't oblige. TFTC
Have been meaning to come and do the two unfound caches in this area for some time so after doing some in Kalamunda we came down here and walked to this cache. Found without problems and dropped in a trackable.
Thanks hosmos78 for the cache.
