I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, SeabreezeOZ, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by SeabreezeOZ and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

We climbed on the furniture. Not a good idea because it's getting very wobbly then climbed on to the fence. Mr fwd is tall. Couldn't see anything where it should have been
Tftc seabreezeOz. Had time this morning before brekky to go and hunt some local caches b4 things got busy in town. Looked for 5, this was 1 of 2 not found. Rest of the day spent on a local tour bus sampling wine, beer and chocolates.
Find #554. Pretty easy find in a busy place. You do need a taller searcher. TFTC
We were here a couple of years ago and had just started to cache, we couldn’t find it then but today it stuck out like a sore thumb tftc
Arrived in Margaret River the day before and couldnt wait to start finding caches, we took a detour from the nearby farmers market to grab this one. The first of many over the next 3 days I hope. TFTC
Taking a 4-day weekend to chill out down here and eat food with my lovely other half, Spiderlance.
This was our first find of the weekend! Took us a while of looking up and around, until I (the much shorter of the two of us) decided to climb up to see if that gave me a better perspective. Whilst I was feeling around without much success, he suddenly spotted the edge of the cache. Success! TFTC

Travelling down south for the first time wanted to cache as we went, wanting to to find 2 as we went. This was a reach but easy find and thanks it’s my 400 wow
Our first find in the dark, after all the picnicking people had left. You need to have a long reach!

Not many muggles when we went through, around 6.30pm...everyone probably out having dinner. Found it within a couple of min but did need a bit of a stretch

Cache # 2804
We stopped off in Margaret River on our way back to Perth after visiting friends in Albany.
It was way too hot but we still spent some time wandering the streets and found this one cache.
We then set off to an amazing beach for a swim before heading off back to Perth.
Luckily D is so tall so managed to retrieve the cache after a stretch.
TFTC SeabreezeOZ
Not all who wander are lost...some are just geocaching!

We only made one GC during our Australian holiday. This was the one! Loved Austrlia, the beaches, the snakes and all that ozzie stuff... Thanks a lot.
Found with cullum68 while in this lovely area time for some caches thanks for the cache
Third time lucky. Thought we would have one last look and yeah. Log signed and returned to where it was found. Thankyou for the cache
Searched high and low for this one but no smiley face for me. I will look again befor i leave for Collie later in the week. Thankyou anyway.
Came at night and relatively quickly located the cache. Contemplated buying some salt and pepper squid nearby, but in the end decided I had well and truly eaten (and drunk) enough on the wine tour today.
Short visit to Margaret River. Not much time to do many caches but managed to stretch to this one. Thanks.
We hadn’t been able to hunt for this on our outward journey as there was a guy sitting where I thought we needed to be, on our return a school girl was sitting playing on her phone but she soon moved and Mr CD was able to retrieve cache stamp and return. TFTC

For a second time in the area we did a nice bike ride and stop here for this cache..An easy found with the hint...and it was pretty quiet today...TFC
#231 Visiting from Sydney and snuck in some caches. Staying nearby and found this relatively quickly, height is an advantage and ******ing. TFTC SeabreezeOZ
Our caching exploration of the south west of WA goes on with ilook4geo. It is quite hot but still very enjoyable to do some caching.
This cache was actually spotted on approach to GZ, so it was quickly retrieved, signed with both names and replaced before any muggles appeared. Thank you to SeabreezeOZ for placing this cache.

The caching tour of south western WA with goingplaces2 is going well with lots of caches to be found. This was one on our list for the day. TFTC.

Saw it right away; just had to wait for muggles to leave. TFTC TNLNSL- cache is in good condition.
Couldn't seem to see it from the ground so took a bit longer to find. Very high muggle area - hard to get to without looking just a bit stupid. TFTC
Started my caching day at 0600 to pick up a few around the West Busselton area, before hitting up WAGB 2018 in Dunsborough. Following the event I decided to pick up caches, following the coast down via Yallingup, Gracetown and Ellen Brook, before cutting in to Margaret River. Once in Margaret River, I had a nice woodfired pizza for dinner whilst sitting in my car, waiting for the rain to stop. All in all, a pretty good day! [^]
Quick grab in the first place I checked, thankfully! Shortly after I decided to go have pizza across the road for dinner. Cheers SezbreezeOz!

Driving up from Augusta with Thro60clan for the event this afternoon and thought we’d stop to collect this cache on our way past. A few muggles enjoying lunch as we pulled up so walked down to the fudge factory to try some fudge. When we came back down only one nearby muggle so sat and had a surface look. Once he left we left our fingers do the looking and eventually turned up the cache. Tftc!
